I brought my husky Takanni here for his first grooming ever as he was a rescue, and they did a fantastic job with him despite him being aggressive when he's nervous. They adjusted to his needs as well as our other dog Copper. They both came back looking stunning and so soft. Please bring your pets here I highly recommend the staff too, they are very friendly. Happy to come here again!

Miss April has been grooming my sweet furbaby Zoey for over two years now!She always is so nice and loving to Zoey, and usually always gives her the cutest collar! I recommend Riverside for all your pets grooming needs!Zoey is a Pomeranian and this is her version of a teddy bear cut! So cute!! So soft and smells so nice

I had never taken Bentley here before so I did not know what to expect. He went in shaggy with matted hair on his ears. He came out looking amazing! I could not believe he was the same dog! He looked so handsome and sleek with cropped ears. He had a nice scarf tied on that looked really cute. I would definitely recommend this groomer.

Our 2 dogs, Penny and Billy Bob had never been here before. When we arrived they didn't care that we were leaving them. They were accommodating as in we couldn't get there in time on Sunday evening that we picked them up after work on Monday, so we didn't have to rush to get them Monday morning before work. They are well worth it.

Okay this place is awesome. We have a doodle and he is hard to care for with our busy schedules they where very nice and explained everything we needed to do to keep him happy and healthy. The cut was great they where super professional and friendly and take good care of the pets. 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome place. When we first started taking our puppies there, April took the time to answer all our questions and show us what they do. That must have been a little difficult to bath and cut the hair of an active puppy while the new dog owners watched. But it didn’t seem to bother April. We have since boarded our puppies there and because of April, they have all our business and trust. We love this place and April is great!!!

We contacted Riverbanks on a Saturday afternoon in a panic bc our original plans for boarding our two dogs fell through. We were set to have our baby Monday at 7a and had no where for our fur babies to go. When we spoke to Riverbanks they were friendly, accommodating, and immediately set up a time for us to come in and see the facility the following day on a Sunday!!! As soon as we went and met with them we felt immensely better and confident that our dogs would be in good hands. My fiance dropped them off Monday morning and we were able to view them on the Webcam which made me feel way better. The staff was AMAZING with both of our dogs especially our problem child Lola who is a big lab mix and can be very intimidating when she's nervous and barking. They made both our dogs very comfortable and provided them with lots of love and treats while we were away. Our babies came back to us happy, cleaned, and nails trimmed!!! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable by sending photos and just reassuring any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend them and will definitely be going back for any daycare or boarding needs!!!

So professional and under standing with my old man dog Tucker, whoPrefers to nap while being groomed. They were perfect with my other dog Fisher, as she’s not a fan of having her nails trimmed. Fisher even let them paint her nails.

Everyone is very friendly. Our lab has stayed many times and he always comes home smelling good. This last visit, we were coming back in town and I called at closing time on Sunday to say we were 20 minutes away. She said she would wait for us! Wonderful service, beyond what is expected.

I am amazed at how awful my experience was.I had been emailing about having my rabbits stay here. I was told they had cages for rabbits. I was told they can take care of rabbits.I dropped off my rabbits and set them up in a small room upstairs. When talking to the staff they very clearly had no idea anything about rabbits. They didn't even know rabbits need hay 24/7.I was nervous but was hoping everything would be okay.I left them here for only a couple nights.And when I got back I requested to go upstairs to see my rabbits.I wanted to be the person to put them in their carrier. The second I see them I am livid. They were in separate cages. They are BONDED rabbits. Meaning you can't even take them to the vet without the other rabbit. Their bond can very easily break and they can fight. And when rabbits fight it is UGLY they have extremely sharp teeth and can kill each other if angry enough.Then I saw the blanket that was in the carrier was torn out and put with my smaller rabbit. He could very easily eat it when left alone and possibly develop a blockage. Blockages kill rabbits all the time.Then I saw they both had way too many pellets and they had water in the pellets making them soggy!They weren't eating and were clearly unhappy.They were in tiny cages where I could barely get my 5 pound rabbit out of the tiny hole they call a door.And there were DOGS on the same floor as them!If one of those dogs got out my rabbits would be a snack!Dogs have been known to break out and hunt down nearby rabbits.I was so mad. I was shaking when I left. I sent so many emails with instructions and clearly they were never passed on. I sent a very clear photo of what the food should look like. And I provided lots of instructions.They also had ZERO hay when I saw them. Rabbits should never be without hay.I emailed them once I got home. They lied and ignored my concerns. They told me they request people bring cages. But I was never told to. I was told they have cages.Do yourself a favor find a place that really care about your animals and actually have done research on the animal you have.This place is awful. Unbelievably awful.

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I was told by the person on the phone that I was to drop my dog off between 8:30-9. I wrote down the time as I was booking the appointment, so I know what I was told. I was 2 minutes from arriving and a very unprofessional condescending woman called me and told me I was a no call no show. She stated I was suppose to be there at 8am. I told her what I was told when I booked the appointment (I was told the same thing when they called and reminded me of my appointment a few days before). She said that was not the case and she had others dogs to groom. She asked how far I was from the place, like she would still try to squeeze him in, however her angry condescending attitude did not make me feel comfortable having her work on my dog, the groomer is stressful enough for my pet, he didn't need her bad attitude making it worse.

Riverbank Pet Resort and grooming one of the few place I trust with my beagle. My small beagle has some nail issues. M.J. is wonderful and take care of she each time. I just can't say enough about M.J. and the group there. They are very kind and caring and I'm very glad they are there for us.

I have used Riverbanks a couple of times and I have no complaints. They are very friendly even with my big hyper dog. I believe that they treat the dogs well here. I would definitely use them again.

Just witnessed a girl who works their that was walking a german shepherd and the dog was excited and started to jump at her so she decided to start beating the poor dog with a leash and yanking the dog around. I talked to Michelle who works at the front desk to let her know as well.
