Open up the automatic self serve cashier lane again in Algonac Store #8148Or I’m going to rite aid. They have a better selection, take my insurance, and have at least 3 people on the floor plus pharmacy every day. There is no reason lines should be this long. The only reason I even come here is that the 1 employee you do have working at a time is amazing, but she can only do so much as one person.

I went in used the atm, then grabbed a few drinks. Then proceed to the SELF checkout. Why this employee felt it necessary to come over and start actually touching the screen and checking me out.. told her to back away from me, why would you still try to touch the screen and check me out?

CVS surprisingly has great values on a variety of items—if you use the app as a CVS MEMBER. It’s easy to use. The store is always clean & staff very friendly & helpful . My preferred pharmacy, etc place to shop still!

I realized yesterday again why I do not go into CVS Algonac. Brought a package in for UPS drop off Amazon. Was greeted by a nice young lady and an older heavy set women with blond hair interrupted our conversation and was very nasty. I made a comment about Amazon not saying I needed to print the receipt and she started getting nasty telling me it’s on CVS’s drop off instructions at the counter. She didn’t know from the get go what I was talking about but interjected herself into the conversation. Just to be nasty, the younger lady was very nice, just figured the old lady was having a bad day. I will not be making the mistake to go there again. Rite Aid all the way.

This place was fine until they hired some young short dark-haired girl who even if you spell out your name three times to her write it down on paper for her and give you her ID she still doesn't know what to do and thanks it's fine competent of being able to do her job starting to agree with other people to go somewhere else this young new girl is also rude

The young lady with the glasses was giving this poor old lady a hard time and kept yelling at her to speak up and she slams people items down on the counter her vibes doesnt match that pharmacy i am sorry but she was pretty rude today and also slammed my meds also is like they she didnt want to be there if you dont like your job why even bother

GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE THEY ARE SO NICE TO ME. IT IS SO REFRESHING!!!!!!! TO GO SOMEWHERE AND HAVE THEM TALK TO YOU LIKE YOU'RE A HUMAN BEING, IS JUST WONDERFUL!!! THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT E EVERYTHING!!! I WOULD ASK THEM ANYTHING AND BELIEVE THE ANSWERS I GET. THEY WORK SO HARD, AND, ARE SO UNDERSTAFFED SOMETIMES.
