I blew a tire on i75 in alder Spoke to Trista on the phone she had her driver Roadkill arrive in less than 10 minutes. He diagnosed my tires realizing the inside staples were showing behind the wheel where you couldn’t see causing them to deflate. He then hooked my car up to his truck where he then took me and my car back to their shop where James and roadkill set me up with two tires good as new. I am completely satisfied with the time and them bailing me out such short notice. They laughed and joked with me the whole time. I let them know outta all the people I could of been stranded with I was glad it was D & N. They provided a great service and I would reccomend them to anyone and everyone.

OUTSTANDING service yet again!! These guys and gals are Amazing! Have used multiple times and they always go above and beyond. This time it was record timing on my rescue (less than 5 minutes to the scene, less than 15 loaded and hauling my car to safety)! A+ for excellent customer service. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️✨🌟 I would.It’s Michigan and it’s winter and when you least expect it 💥 you’re an ol lady in a ditch… SO THANKFUL for D&N towing this evening. Huge shout out to the most amazing young man Jake “James”… asked his name because James deserves the recognition of his timely and respectful response to my off road accident experience. Once I made the call and gave my location I received a call back from “James” letting me know he was in route and minutes away. (So appreciated that call while waiting). As he arrived on scene the the weather was getting so much worse but he was definitely skilled and did his job perfectly. I was safe and secure to continue home. Thank you so much I appreciate you Jake “James”😊

Phenomenal company save me and a whole slew of ice cream and hot dogs! My experience was beyond the best. It was amazing! My driver Road Kill was in route on I-75 near Frankenmuth with an ATV already on his trailer. He passed by me stranded; backed up and begin his assist. His main concern was my safety. He promptly changed my shredded tire to my spare, which needed air. When he finished since the air hose would not reach my spare, he followed me to the next exit , filled it so I could make it home. I want to thank D & N Towing for having great caring drivers. Road Kill quoted me a price; and it was great! Road Kill's service was prompt and I could use my credit card. I immediately got an email receipt for my insurance. Road Kill, your an angel! Thank you! When you are hours from home on a dark cold February night and your transmission decides to die in the Taco Bell drive through in West Branch, who do you want to put a smile back on your face and take expert care of you? Roadkill from @D & N Garage!! We were two hours from home when my husband's truck blew a tire and the spare was stuck under the truck. The release mechanism wasn't working. We called Progressive Roadside but they said they didn't have a service provider available until 9 am the next morning. A few minutes later a tow truck pulled up. "Roadkill" just happened to see us and stopped to see if he could help. He had us hooked up and on the way to a tire shop in West Branch within 20 minutes. I was able to call Progressive back and get the bill covered. Roadkill and D&N totally saved our day! We travel through the area frequently and will always use them if necessary.

Huge shout out to D&N and our driver Scott for not only saving our night, but our groceries too! :) We got stranded in West Branch and had to make our first ever tow-call -- thankfully every step of the process was fast, simple, and included very pleasant people to talk to. I couldn’t be more impressed with this company and Mr. Roadkill Thorn. Showed up very quick after I called AAA. Blew my transmission on 75 and coasted off the highway. Roadkill had my truck on the wrecker in under 5 minutes and even towed my trailer for me to the dealership. Super friendly and amazing people. After having a car breakdown on Fourth of July, I needed a part to make it back home and nowhere nearby would have the part available for at least 3 days. After posting on local Facebook page asking for help, the owner personally called me at told me he would open up the scrap yard for me outside of business hours so I can pull the part off of wrecked cars that I needed to get back home. Seriously one of the best experiences I’ve had. Very nice people

We blew a tire on our RV while traveling southbound on I-75 on 6/10/2023. D&N saved the day. They promptly dispatched their driver, “Roadkill” (true story) to help us. Great thanks to the crew at D&N😉. Put my bike down in the swamp coming out of a bad curve (luckily I only injured my pride, bike-not as well😖). Scott and RJ saved the day and retrieved my bike very professionally and efficiently. Took great care of my bike and even gave me a ride home 😁. Extremely grateful for the Angel sent my way by the name of Roadkill!! This past Sunday on the way home from Vacation in WI 20 miles away from home I got a flat. Stranded what seemed like the middle of no where a bunch of ladies and a baby were stranded After several calls unanswered from supposed 24 hr tow companies i saw tow lights behind me and a sweet gentle.soul approached and said...Do u need some help? James and his team are AMAZING! I broke down last weekend (Labor Day, so most other shops were closed), but James showed up within 10 minutes! Once my vehicle was in his care, he and his team arranged all transport of my vehicle to and from the mechanic who fixed it (Harry, if you see this, you're the man), and they even delivered my vehicle to my house once it was fixed to save me the trip... Was stranded on a Sunday afternoon on the busiest highway with my 3 kids after our tire blew. They showed up quickly, and got my tire changed out and us back on the road safely for our hour ride home! So thankful for that!

They are always great! The fastest ive ever seen a car hooked up/towed and tire changed. When the weather is bad they even let you sit in the spacious truck cab while you wait. So nice and friendly. Only ones i call in the area
