1st time in and I can't say enough good things! Was greeted by Tatiana (she greeted every person coming in with a hello and a beautiful smile) and enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee and muffin. Enjoyed some quiet time reading. The owner was in shortly thereafter and he was so welcoming. Highly recommend you check out this little diamond I'll definitely be returning

This was a very interesting shop, definitely had a great small shop feel. The coffee bar in the back is great, lots of choices.The boom section was pretty good but I think there was a way to order a book if you're looking for something specific.It was a fun shop that I'd visit again

The staff member was very friendly and told us a lot about Albion. The coffee is so good! Even my daughter, not a big coffee drinker, really liked the coffee. The children's book selection is very nice. I highly recommend Stirling to everyone.

STIRLING Books & Brew is a shining example of positive community spirt. Jim and Staci do an amazing job of having a wonderful showroom full of many many books ranging from the high fantasy of Tolkien all the way down to local authors of Albion. They have a EXCELLENT variety of tasty hot/cold drinks and snacks, as well as ice cream which is a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one. But most importantly, the space is used to showcase members of the community that want to interact with its people. There’s always something going on at STIRLING so definitely give them a look and pick up a coffee and a good book to read.TLDR:10/10 experienceCoffee is greatBooks are fairly pricedMore parking in back if none on street.

Me and family went here we love it! The lady is very sweet and she lets you have your pets in here. They have books, coffee and sweets too! A lot of old things and alot of seats for everyone! This lady here fed our dog and was such a sweet heart and coffee is good too! Worth coming here it's a relaxing place to be.

There are so many things to love about Stirling Books and Brew! The selection certain isn't as big as big box store book sellers, but they have curated offerings. If they don't have something you'd like, just ask them to order a book and there aren't any minimums or requirements. We often order books for our son around the holidays and they always take our list and get everything in for us. Their coffee offerings are delicious as well and they'll make you drinks any way you like it! Don't miss this gem in downtown Albion!

Would be zero stars if I could. Stood in line for ten minutes and not once did the barista even take notice. She spent the entire time talking to her big group of friends. Hope the owners love paying them to chit chat and disregard paying customers. This was my first and final visit.

I go here weekly. Wonderful spot for reading and hanging out, and the staff is very nice.I am not a coffee drinker, but the hot chocolate here is better than anywhere else I've been.

Extremely nice people the owners are very sweet and friendly, the bubble tea my girl friend loves is really good all the type she's gotten so far, and the smoothies are also amazing and affordable. They have many pastries and there all good especially the cookies. there's also an amazing selection of books you can buy and just sit down and read while relaxing. Truly a humble and relaxing place.

Stirling Books & Brew is a great place to stop and chill in the Albion area. Fully stocked with new and used books at affordable prices, a cafe to get your coffee on, and baked goods to satisfy your sweet tooth. The woman who was working here was absolutely incredible and very helpful. Pets are always welcome (within reason of course!) And there's plenty of seating areas, perfect for pulling a book off the shelf and finding your happy place.

Cozy atmosphere, with multiple types of seating, and wonderful bubble tea and great coffee. I have bought honey, books, and enjoyed a dance performance and poetry reading here. Unlike a chain coffee shop Stirling is a part of the community regularly hosting local events. My favorite place in Albion.

This was my first time in Sterling and I was super disappointed. The girls at the counter were super rude and I paid $5 for what was supposed to be an iced vanilla latte but it tasted far from it. Not to mention the girl was working with other customers and around the space and grabbed the top of my straw, the part that goes in my mouth, with her bare hands and puts it right in my drink. I heard great things but unfortunately didn’t experience them.

I am glad that Stirling books and brew is located on superior street because it is superior in service, in atmosphere, and in selection. I am very thankful to have found out that this place serves Bubble teas. My daughter found the tea via YouTube and had to try one. This is not just in/out type coffee place, the employees care about the drinks and converse with patrons. Stirling books and brew is great at engaging with the community. There are free events every week. If you you are looking for stop on your trip, this one will not disappoint. There is indoor seating or outdoor, weather permitting. I would rate higher than 5 stars if it was an option.

I visited this cute little store and coffee shop a few months before my daughter was born. My wife and I read to our daughter every night so she could get to know our voices. Stirling books has a great selection of children's books that reminded me of my joy for reading as a child. I ended up buying Welcome by Mo Willems. That was the first book I read to her the day she was born. Upon purchase, Steve at the checkout was so friendly and knowledgeable of the book and author. Best all around bookstore I've ever been to.

Thank you Sterling family for coming to Albion and making books and more the new home of Sterling books and brews. The coffee is extraordinary and the hospitality is unmatched. I'm very impressed how this unique couple has made such a difference in the appearance of the interior on this building. Sterling books and brews is definitely a big part in the New Albion. This book store is so cozy and cute, the perfect place to get a coffee and sit and read a while, or get some work done! I went for an author meet and greet and book signing for Rebecca McLaughlin and it was well put together and fun. If you need a book or a cup of coffee, this is the place to go.

A wide selection of reading materials with a great little coffee shop in the back. Plenty of seats to sit and study at...and a piano to play, if you're feeling like tickling some ivory. This place also hosts various events, like a trivia night, meet the Mayor and PAINT PARTIES. Definitely a nice addition to downtown Albion.
