This place is super convenient. Prices are good. The lady that works there is super nice and very helpful. They have two filling stations, or you can get new bottles, but you have to pay for the deposit. I had two bottles already, and they let you fill any of them. This is cheaper than buying bottled water in smaller quantities. Their hours are M-F 8-5. They offer delivery if you find that to be a better option.

The water taste great, has a very low PPM, and good PH. Preferred over any bottled water at a fraction of the cost. I usually stop in about once a week to refill and have never had a bad experience. Combine that with great customer service and the beloved Coop and you can’t go wrong!

I called to get salt because I was out wouldn't be there for a week and a 1/2 and I live 8 miles away And when they did arrive only gave me 2 bags in the past has given me 5 per delivery, When I call to take my name off the list of deliveries the lady did not seem to care And for some reason already had me off the list of deliveries which I did not give permission. Since they bought that store from Jack Couling I think the customer service has dropped because Jack never treated me like this in all the years I used him.

Talk about saving money...BEST purchase I've ever made for my home that has a real tangible savings...I'm saving over $100 per month since going to the 5 gallon machine over buying water bottles, the water tastes great and Cooper and his mom always greet me with a smile during my weekly fill up!

Been doing business with them for 5+ years. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to go the extra mile. If you stop by their office, make sure you say hi to Coop!

I am not as strong as I used to be, however, Mackenzie is so very kind that she carries my 5 gallon water jugs to my trunk. She does this every time! Imagine 5 gallons in each hand! Talk about Wonder Woman!!

I visit Culligan weekly and I look forward to Coop the Dog greeter and his mom Mckenzie who gives top of the line service with her beautiful smile. If Mckenzie and Coop are gone the other guys help me carry my water out.The personal touch is what living in a small town like Albion is all about! Way to go Rupert's Culligan of Albion!
