We were treated with kindness and respect from the initial contact, up until we can inform our appointment, etc. The doctor was very informative and we look forward to bringing all our fur babies here for their veterinary needs

I love this vet and staff! They took excellent care of my dog who has been getting constant ear infections. My other vet just treats and streets. Dr. Jennifer discussed causes and made suggestions to prevent reoccurrence. I'm a believer! I have 4 animals and we are transferring care.

I love Irwin Ave Animal Hospital. The staff always greets you and your pets. They are always willing to get information for you if you have questions about prices for meds, vaccines, etc. I enjoy talking with everyone and the environment they've created. Very clean, friendly and welcoming. My pups just love everyone there. 🖤🐕

Everyone here is so nice and they always take great care of my dogs! I never have to worry when I am there and I trust them whole heartedly. If something is wrong that they can't solve, they always recommend some place that is very trustworthy and caring. My family has been taking our animals here since I was a child. Every time a new vet has started here, I feel like I can trust them because of the reputation. Irwin Avenue Animal Hospital has always had spectacular vets and vet techs. One of my dogs is very high maintenance and has a lot of anxiety. He hates to be touched by strangers but he absolutely loves the vet techs here and will let them hold him and pet him like a baby - I am utterly amazed they've earned his trust! I never thought I'd see the day when he would let anyone hold him. I'm so happy with everyone at Irwin.

We are new here but have had Lacey when she worked at her previous office. She is fantastic. The experience to switch was easy and painless. We switched to schedule our Great Danes neuter. Quotes and expectations were easy to request from staff (some places won't tell you ANYTHING unless you bring the dog in, an extra visit apart from their regular checkup, and pay a fee) Staff has been so kind and helpful thus far and we are excited to have our favorite vet back!!! I'll update the review in the future when we've been here a while and get all the dogs circled around a few times.

New to Michigan, and left a one of a kind vet back home. But glad to have found this location here on the first try. Recently had my new kitten in to be spayed, it was much more expensive than at the humane society. But it was worth it. The level of care is amazing.

I have been taking my fur friends to Irwin Ave for 5+ years now. They are AMAZING. Staff is wonderful, the vets are even better, they always listen to what concerns I have & are as accommodating as they can be. We had a kitten who we rescued years ago & unfortunately, despite all efforts to keep him alive, he passed. The staff called to ask how he was doing one day & when I informed them that he passed, they were extremely apologetic & caring. a couple days later I received a card in the mail with their condolences for his passing. Best veterinarian office I have ever been to.

This place is excellent! I have been coming here since 2000. They are very caring and will go above and beyond to help. Dr. Jen and Lindsey even came out in a snowstorm the day we had to put our Harley to sleep. I cannot express how much we have appreciated all the things they have done for not only our personal pets, but our fosters as well. I recommend them every chance I get and will continue to do so.

I've spent a few weeks taking my dog in 1-2 x a week. They did a great job. The only concern I had was the communication and the amount of time they kept him in a room (over 2 hrs a couple times) before they did the procedure. I would have liked to be aware ahead of the delay and kept my dog with me until they were ready to treat him so he wasn't nervous/high anxiety.

Never been there but, they we super helpful getting me the paperwork I needed on a dog I rehomed that was returned to me.. so that's a good for at least two stars.. other than that I cannot really rate them for services and prices .They were super friendly though.otherwise I would say for my experience it was five star communication.

The care and concern shown by the staff at Irwin Animal Hospital is top notch. They treat you like family. Always greeted with a smiling face, caring heart and lots of information. The Dr’s are knowledgeable and give you all the options to care for your pet. The techs are amazing.

I have been using this vet since I was a kid. They have helped me take care of my animals, make decisions about treatments, and even say goodbye when I was not ready. Loving people, great with our animals and EVERYTIME I have had an emergency, I have gotten the help needed. Irwin ave veterinary hospital is, in my opinion “THE BEST!” I drive from Michigan Center to Albion, for Veterinary care for my fur family! Heather Lewis has been caring for my fur babies for over 15 years. She is reliable, Patient, kind, caring, & experienced. I could go on & on, about how wonderful this facility is. Friendly knowledge staff. Lucky our dog loves them.Edit, needed to board Lucky over night. He has never been boarded before, he was also due for his shots. They were very loving and calm with him. We dropped him off Tuesday morning. They did his physical and groomed him, plus gave him his shots. They did all of this at the beginning of his stay in case he had a reaction. We picked him up late Wednesday afternoon. He was calm and happy to see us. All the physical was explained to us. They offered a wide range of heart worm plus worm prevention medicine. The lady at the desk took the time to explain each one. Then found us a rebate on the one we purchased. Was not made to feel rushed or high pressure sales. We have been going here for over 35yrs. We will continue to bring our animals here. And our youngest son is following the tradition with his rescue pup Ella.

We're only dealing with them on the phone and asking for files to be transferred to my vet they would have no issues and were very helpful I've never dealt with them with any animals or any services otherwise that's I would probably give them a 5
