Very happy with Christina and the other friendly rep who helped us. They were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, two of our items came with free gifts that were out of stock in store. We were told to "order online " for the remaining stock. It's sad that online orders have advantages over store visits. This will hurt brick and mortar.

I placed an online order for curbside pickup. Before heading to the store, i clicked the I'm on my way button. Upon arriving i parked in a marked curbside pickup spot. I completed the I'm here and completed all the info. Then i wait and wait and wait. Finally i called the store. They didn't show any info for a curbside pickup so if i wanted my purchase i should come into the store and have my id ready. Seriously... the sign i got the number from said to call that number for curbside pickup. I could see her thru the window. Did wasn't busy with customers she was pidling around behind the counter.

I went to get my hair cut for the first time in about 6 months (I'm a Mom of two under 2 years old), and Rue not only did a great job, she gave me advice on what cut I should go with. I love my hair now! I would 10/10 recommend to get their hair done by Rue.

Shout out to MONIQUE!I haven't worn makeup since the pandemic, now I am wearing it everyday. I have always used powder concealer and foundation and blush. It just looks cakey on my older skin.Monique helped me select a whole new skin care regimen, foundation, blush, concealer, and mascara.I have hooded eyes, and she showed me how to apply the mascara, allow it to dry, so it doesn't smear all over! You can teach and old dog (me, I am 66 yo) new tricks!I am so excited about my new regimen. Thank you Monique!

Miles assisted me with my makeup the other day and was an AMAZING help! Friendly and very personable. Helped me find the perfect products for my personal needs. I went in a bit blind so I appreciated him asking questions and investigating in order to help me find out what would work best for my skin type! I’ll be getting his opinion more often!Alonda has been bringing my hair back to life and is an incredible stylist and person! I have been scheduling consistent appointments with her to bring my hair back to life. Had my haircut at the Adrian location with Lyss and she was absolutely WONDERFUL! Highly recommend her… it was like catching up with an old friend that asked if I wanted a haircut! This location does not carry many brands that are popular. It sucks that I would have to order online and hope it doesn't come broken. Is it too much to get some good eye shadow pallet brands in there? That is my major complaint. The staff has always been really nice. My daughter loves the store. Good variety of non makeup things. I love buying my shampoo and conditioner there. My husband was with me a week ago. He said something about the price. Told him it's a good thing I buy my own things lol. I would really like to find someone to help me with foundation and powder to match my skin tone. I stood there for 10 minutes looking around for help. It's organized nicely. Easy to figure out where things are you know you want. I love the sales rack. I would recommend this location to others.

I have officially clocked out from my last day as an employee of nearly 3 years just today, so I can finally leave my own review! As someone who has spent years with the ladies working at your Adrian Ulta, let me just tell you that each and every single one of them start and end each shift putting the customer first. I have never had the pleasure of working somewhere where the managers and employees all care so deeply about you. And that's just it, they are one big family.So. Rest assured that when you walk into our store, you are family. Leave your anxieties behind. They got you as soon as you step foot into their store. Need help finding your foundation shade? A gift for your special someone? Someone to just listen? They have your back and will do anything in their power to make sure you're taken care of. I can promise you that.To my ladies: you are all so incredibly amazing. Thank you so much for being my home away from home. I love you all so much!

Every time I come to this Ulta I am greeted by friendly staff who always make sure I find what I need without being too pushy! The salon is also good - very clean and the girls do great work. I just had my hair cut by Bree and she did a fantastic job! She made sure to cut it exactly how I wanted and brought so much life back to my hair. Definitely prefer this store over Ann Arbor's. If you hit up the salon, definitely ask for Bree :)

I was helped by a woman named Pheobe who works there in Adrian! She was absolutely amazing and helped me get my Christmas cologne for my boyfriend. She was so sweet and kind. She even gave me some very helpful life advice while telling me the benefits of getting the Ulta credit card. I am so grateful for her!

First off, I adore Ulta! I've frequented this location since they opened. That being said, customer service has gone down hill. I visited this location for about 40 min on the evening of January 31st. I was nit greeted when I came in and in the time that I was there not a single employee, to include the woman I believe is either the store manager or owner, asked me if I needed help. I struggled to find twork of the mascara testers & finally had to track someone down to help me. They quickly found them for me and took off. I was one of 3 customers in the store with a staff of at least 6 people. The other customers weren't being assisted either. I don't expect to be followed around the store, but I do expect someone to at least acknowledge me and let me know that they are there if I need help. I worked retail in college, that's basic 101. If future experiences continue along this path I'll be shopping Ulta online or in Toledo.

Friendly staff is very well versed in the products they sell, and can help you with questions, color matching, and appropriate product selection. Go see Kayla at the Prestige counter for excellent service. Paige for brows and Bree for salon are excellent as well. The store is clean and well stocked.

I always have a great experience when I come to this location, however, my last visit was WONDERFUL! I was on a mission for several different items and Kristen acknowledged me twice as she was doing laps around the store making sure all shoppers were satisfied. When I asked her for some advice on a product she then became my "personal shopper" lol and gave me such amazing product recommendations- I ended up walking out with the best smelling lancome perfume for my upcoming wedding, Pur touch up powder, boscia peel off masks, sunscreen, No.7 products (and more) as well as some great products for my fiance! I cannot rave enough about her product knowledge and the wonderful service she provided!

Placed an online order last night and picked up curbside today. When I called to inform the store I was there for my order, the employee asked for my information and brought out my order. When she handed me the bag she said that she thinks the policy for pickups is an hour before close. However when I called the stores recording said curbside for this week was from 11am-6pm and had the policy not reflected the hours she could have informed me then. I picked up my order at 5:30-5:35. I’ve placed many online/curbside orders and this is the first I’ve ever heard of this policy. This is really disappointing since this ulta is only 5 minutes away and I do most of my beauty supply shopping here.

Bree gave me a neck trim today, and it is FANTASTIC.I was unexpectedly in town, with only one of my kids (who was asleep in the car with my husband to watch her), so I decided to try for a walk in appointment to get the back of my hair trimmed up.I was greeted promptly by an associate at the brow bar area (I was just walking past, but she was friendly and welcoming none the less), only waited a few minutes to get in for an appointment at the salon, and I seriously couldn't have been happier with my experience today.Bree is the one that cut my hair, but the lady who booked my appointment (one of the other stylists, I didn't catch her name) was also incredibly helpful and fantastic customer service-wise.The store/salon area was SO clean. I'm a former hairdresser (stopped doing hair when my second was born), and am incredibly picky, and super judgemental about how clean a salon is kept. Like, really really judgey about it. I was very very happy with the way it looked today.I'm so incredibly satisfied with my visit today, and wanted to make sure that these ladies got some sort of acknowledgment.

Girls are ALWAYS super friendly and knowledgable when shopping around. Also use the benefit brow bar services. First Paige did my brows and now Morgan. Both are fantastic and I trust no one with my brows!!! Also got a facial for the first time at the dermalogica bar and Katie was also very knowledgable about skin care and you can tell these girls love what they do!!! Would recommended anyone to come to the Ulta in Adrian for their brows, facials, and hair. Or just to shop!!

Managers are consistently rude when we come in. Kind of off putting to hear “what do you want?” when you walk into a store. I wouldn’t be upset if this happened once, but almost every single time I come in I feel unwelcomed.

Love it! No MAC Cosmetics, but they do have a good selection of products. Everyone is friendly, and it's pretty clean inside. Overall, very good shopping experience!
