The bathrooms were clean! The food/ was delicious but they didn’t get my order right, the service was okay. The workers seemed like they didn’t care what they put on the counter, but they didn’t give any push back when I asked them to remake it. I don’t blame the workers, they don’t make enough money to deal with half of what they are put throughParking: Need more clear parking lot, paint some arrows on the ground or put up a sign to show traffic what way to go

I waited in the drive thru line behind a couple of cars for a long time only to end up with my drink not made right the first time after I repeated it twice at the order speaker. I went back through the line after I discovered it was not made right, told them about it and they did remake it but, I should have gotten a refund for this whole inconvenience. Not good customer service.

Probably on par with every starbucks. Super slow despite a drive thru and instore. Drive thru blocked emergency lanes needed for another business needed for medical emergency. Nobody cared they were blocking these actual helpful spots to park. Typical starbucks. They only care about their business. ADA? keep wishing. Between parking and the trash store. Nope

Lack of customer service…. If it’s not the next ticket on their list you are ignored.Waited to order then waited a long time for someone to re-heat my already cooked food, which was burnt and dry. They don’t look up from what they are doing to even greet people.Everything is over priced.

2023 Update:I would give 5 stars if this place were run by a select few- Corbin, Nathan, Taylor and (never caught his name but he has an accent.) The four of you ROCK. Always friendly and smiling.As for anyone else I have been served by, RUDE and uninformed of Starbucks policies. I always end up contacting corporate because they overcharge and don't make the drinks correctly. Or because you ask for a remake, they sloppily do it and don't fill your cup.

This is the worst Starbucks I've been to which is unfortunate because there are only two around. This one and Tecumseh (which is much better).The only reason I still stop at this Starbucks is because they have a drink my wife likes. Otherwise, go to Biggby nearby.Staff here is remarkably rude. There are more instances than not that I have to ask for a drink to be corrected. And rare is it that it's done so without an attitude or comment.Yesterday was the last rude interaction I could take before I felt like I needed to leave this review.

This young kids are very rude. I waited for them to speak up and when I heard nothing I pulled up instead but guess what? they get mad at me. This “manager/supervisor stated that “for future reference, just wait unless someone said to go around or wait”. Which I waited for more than 5 minutes and heard nothing. No apologies or nothing, just walked out rolling eyes. Ugh.. what a day

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Expect to wait 20 minutes or more, even if ordering ahead. If getting something other than a black coffee, you’ll be placed on the back burner as other people who ordered AFTER you get their coffees first.My husband and I ordered at the same time. He got his coffee and I waited 20 minutes more for mine to be done. That shouldn’t be a thing. Nice people but terrible service.

Terribly managed location. Every time I've come to this location, the staff is super unorganized and slow. A simple drop coffee took 15 minutes. Another time, I made a mobile order, and half my order was ready when I got there, the other half took 20 minutes. Save yourself the headache and go to Tim Hortons or a gas station.

Very upset with my visit. Waited in the drive through for approximately 20 minutes. Things happen but what really upset me was , I was next to pay and the person Infront of me order was taking a long time to complete sat behind that person for 15 minutes when I get up not even a sorry for your wait or a we had a little problem. A little courtesy goes a long way.

I keep meaning to write this review but have yet to get to it until now. I moved to Adrian in may of this year and was so excited to know there was a Starbucks in town but I was not ready for the experience I got. I have been to MANY Starbucks and even worked at one for a few years. NEVER have I encountered such amazing happiness and helpfulness and overall kindness at one of these stores as I have this one, and every time it’s the same. Way to go guys! Kept it up!

Don't bother to even go here if its even close to 5pm. I was in like at 445pm today, with 8 cars in front of me, and finally get up to the window at 5:03pm and the Starbucks employee turned me away bc they were already closed. I politely informed the employee that I had already even in line the whole time and he pretty much just said " oh I know, sorry(but like not sorry)". For future reference, please send an employee out if closing early at 5pm and have them close the Line down rather than waste peoples time waiting for nothing.

Usually pretty good when ordering for mobile pick up. If you order in store or the drive thru, you will be waiting several minutes. Either the store is too small for demand or they need more staff. They also need to up their inventory and ordering. They seem to run out of product quickly and it takes forever to replace it. When visiting here I like to try new items. I love other drinks besides coffee as well. Their entire menu for cold drinks is unavailable and has been for months. I would like to see these become available again.

Incredibly friendly and thoughtful staff! They made a java chip frappe for a customer who never picked it up and so they gave it to me for free! Also when I went to order another coffee the lady told me refills are only 53¢ since I had been hanging out there, so got a nice and cheap second coffee. Additionally one of the staff members was willing to let me sit at her table in the back so I could conduct a Skype interview in a more quiet area. Seriously awesome workers there!! Best Starbucks I've been to!

Speak very slowly into the speaker, or plan to repeat your order five times to get it right. Make sure to read the screen to ensure your order is correct. Very over priced, but they did have the shortest line in the morning.

I had a gift card I needed to use, so I ordered a coffee with a lot of cream and sugar. I mentioned this twice and again when at the window. I found that it had hardly any cream and sugar. I parked and went back to the shop but the door was locked (drive thru only). I drove back around only to find six cars ahead of me. I had to wait till I returned home to fix it properly.They also only have one type of coffee available. This has happened the few other times I have gone there.I’m sticking with Tim Hortons from now on.

Literally never open at the same time regularly, always out of ingredients, you may never get the same drink tasting the same way twice. Quality is hit or miss, and so is service!!! Tried to go tonight at 6pm and they were closed although cars in front of me were being served and the website said open until 9pm and there were workers inside. Sat in line for over ten minutes and no one said anything to myself or the rest of the cars in line, just let us sit there until we gave up.
