I was assisted with signing up for the Staples app, to allow me to accumulate $25 worth of points for my next shopping trip. The woman who assisted me was very accommodating and helpful.

Shannen, in the printing department went above and beyond for me, what an amazing person! You do not find many like her in the world today . Definitely needs promoted, not only was she helping me , she was helping 3 others as well, she definitely is great at her job !!!

Does this company even care about maintenance!?! I've only ever seen one person making an effort, but with equipment so sadly inadequate it was pathetic. Can't imagine how nasty it is under that shelving. Is corporate begging for a health violation? Probably a fire safety violation as well.

Been going in here for months to print off my invoicing for my business since my printer went down first time in August from there on after everything I show up once a month their printer is broken. Mulitbilliondollar corperaton can't fix a printer for 6 months?

I just put in an order for business cards. There was a woman working by the name of Savannah. I did not catch her last name. However she was very patient with me and I appreciated that ! I'm thankful that Staples has that employee. Not only was she quick to assist me, she was assisting others effectively. Staying busy.

Purchased a printer from Terri Anne, what a Great Employee you have. I needed to return it because my phone and the printer weren’t talking the same language..!So Terri Anne stepped up and handled my return and new purchase in a flawless manner. Thanks Terri Ann!Ohh by the way, it’s nice to see your closed on Sundays. Makes it nice for families to enjoy a day off together.

Just a shout out with customer service. My hard drive was faulty. I was nervous calling the "insurance program" alone. They helped me through the online chat and are even going to call them when they are open during the week to verify information. They discussed all my options and were not pushy in any way. I was very pleased with there concern and the time they spent to help me.

Had a job interview today. Thought I'd use their computer to make some copies. There wasn't one.I was looking a bit confused wondering what I was going to do....then here comes Crystal to my rescue. Not only did she help me she went above and beyond. She printed my resume,put it in a sleeve. Gave it that professional touch.That was easy ( just like the commercial).

Got what we wanted plus some we didn't. Too many things come in blister packs, so you wind up buying more than you need or want at the time. Needed 1 or 2 highlighter colors, ended up 3 colors and 8 more highlighters than I needed. The extras will probably go dry before I will need them. Staff friendly and efficent and helpful.

Bought my laptop hybrid here. They would not stop with the hard sell on their overpriced virus protection. Just horrible. How many times does a person have to say "NO"?? In addition, the salesmen weren't very knowledgeable about their own products. Would not recommend this retailer.

Once again copy department failed to deliver on time and without mistakes. My order had over 100 missing pages. The order was not put together properly. I was not contacted and asked- they said they send an email and then discovered it hadn't gone through. I had 3 trips at a cost in gas of $24. this is not the first time the copy center has failed to do what it was supposed to. It will however be my last visit.

Keonna is an incredible employee at the Adrian Staples! She helped me with my project from start to finish. Plus she waited on other customers and gave them the same great service. Very knowledgeable of the printing and copying process including the mailingma feature that Staples offer. She needs to be recognized. I know it's tough finding great employees and she is a keeper. Very helpful staff and good selection.For some reason, Google Maps took us to the H&R Block. I suggested an edit, but until that takes effect, Staples is about 5 minutes south in the same lot as Big Lots.

Don’t bother going here for poster printing. We received our 24x36 inch poster with one side having a dip to 23 inches in it and they smudged the ink in multiple places. Not worth the money they charge for it.
