Delivered a load here recently. You have to drive around building to alley on the side. Staff very friendly and delivery went smoothly. Very tight getting semi around building and back out the other side so be careful!

Most of the staff were quite friendly, though I couldn't figure out why there was only 1 employee there, that had ANY idea where the kitty flea meds were located! Though there sure were a lot of people just roaming around! One girl was evasive and just walked away. A boy seemed to genuinely be upset at US for asking HIM for help! But best, worst employee goes to 🥁... girl who cried just when we asked her if she'd give her opinion on the 2 different brands! Dear Lord help us!

So my daughters Montessori is right next to this store. Very very clean and very friendly. We always go see the kitties 🐈⬛ after school.

The place is always clean and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful, however, the selection for cats and cat grooming is borderline non-existent and what they do have is either way too expensive or so cheaply made that it's just not worth it. Amazon it is.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. We found a painted turtle with a cracked bottom she'll. They fixed us up with a reptile tank set up complete with everything we needed to nurse "Scotty" back to health. They even carried to my van for me. Scotty is doing great. Thanks so much

8/14/2023 @11:30 am I have been coming in weekly for almost five months to purchase three 20" 10 gal. glass aquarium top for my aquariums. This is something I much need so contaminants do not get in to these very fragile ecosystems and destroy them. I would purchase online but it cost 3 times more to ship glass. Every time I have come in to check I always have to hunt down an employee to ask if they have come in. All they ever say is if I want to be on list they would call me when they come in and never check back in to it. so today I thought I would check online to save me the hassle of another run around from the poorly untrained staff. the web site said in stock so I proceeded to place online pick up and I thought to my self something feels off so I called the store to verify that they do have it. after being passed off twice to two different people who came back to ask what is it was I was looking for many times. I started to quickly realize what was going on there. so I asked to speak to a manager and same employee came back to the phone ( Not the manager who should know what's going on but apparently dose not have time for customers who are trying to spend money in there store.) so I explained to the employee that there is a very good chance there counts are off. they put me on hold now for 8th or 9th time now and comes back and confirms the count was off.(again not the manager who seemed to not care at all about there business.) I will have to say this place has been falling apart now for almost two years now. most of the staff doesn't know anything about the store or the product and all ways seems to be hiding in the back playing around with each other or on there phones. I have had to walk into the back several time just to find a warm body that worked there after looking around store just to check out. also how dose management let there inventory get so out of hand for so long and no one notice when several people are asking for some thing for months and the shelf is still empty. How do you not check on hand counts. I feel bad for the company that store must be bleeding money compared to what they could be making all I know till something changes there I guess ill be driving to Toledo to go to other pet stores. I spend about 300 to 350 a month there on food and supplies for our 2 dogs, 2 cats, and many other pets.

Love this store. We took our newly adopted Boxers there to get updated on shots and heartworm meds. Staff are always very nice and very helpful. Highly recommend this store!

Nice clean store, very friendly staff. They have pretty much everything for your pets.We use their dog wash pretty often, which is very helpful when you have large dogs! The wash area is always clean and stocked with everything you need. Be sure to ask about the card for 5 washes if you plan on coming back again.

Found my gecko sand, same brand somewhere else paid for 10 lbs what I could have paid for 20lb at the other store. I'm kind of upset with this store they are completely overcharging people. I paid 6 dollars more than I should have for that bag of sand. Shame on you pet supplies plus!

The manager was very helpful in making our online order workout the computer did not seem to want to take our order and she helped us at the desk as we checked out we had over $100 worth of pet food and items in our cart. She assisted us through the checkout process and got the order straightened out! Thank you very much..My pets can now eat the food that was recommended by the veterinarian.

I just have to rave about the management and staff at the Adrian Pet Supplies Plus. I was in today with my two crazy kiddos and the staff was so patient with us- even playing with the kids and did not make me feel like a burden at all. The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. Daria the store manager was running around and playing with my kids while I got a problem sorted out and I couldn’t be more thankful for her today.

It's not about having the products I need, it's about the atmosphere. I have no other option than to shop here for food for a reptile I have. Frequently I have had negative encounters at this location. The staff rarely engages with customers shopping and I have been there quite a few times and seen where guests need assistance and they're left to fend for themselves. I have more than 20 years in the companion animal industry, I'm a certified master groomer, and a certified positive based reinforcement dog trainer, I also work in corporate retail management. Each time I go in I find myself witnessing guests needing assistance and finding none, so while shopping I find myself helping answer questions of other frustrated guests.I could ignore them and carry on with my shopping experience, I do it because none of the staff seem to care and guests deserve better.There was more than one occasion where there was a team member stocking and either myself or another guest had a question, the stocker paused and began to answer, but a female abruptly appeared (short, thin build with long thin blond hair) and didn't interact, instead she made loud buzzing noises like a bee as the stocker attempted to interact. Almost interrupting the conversation and to redirect them. The stocker paused and looked at her and quickly ended assistance. As I said, I've seen it happen more than once and with people other than myself.Edit: As someone who works in the same industry, I find it unsettling you'd post even partial names and positions in a response to a review. Also, attempting to call out "no one matches the description" is a veiled attempt at calling my experiences false vs. A sympathetic genuine concern that your business isn't actually providing the retail experience it should to it's patrons. I posted this review in the hopes of reflection on the business behalf and a solid attempt to be better, as guests deserve better.

It would have been nice to have the person assisting us with fish to have some knowledge about the fish every question that I had asked her her response was I don't know, I'm not sure. And was sad to notice there were several clearly sick fish swimming in other tanks
