They took good care of my pet and were kind and understanding while they helped me set my cat up in her final resting state. The quality of the cremation jewelry is good and the box I got her ashes in is beautiful. Make sure to note that it takes 3 to 5 days to get your pet back BUT that is because the owner is the only one working here and they make sure to do solo cremations so you get only your dear loved one and no one else. I really appreciate all the heard work that they put into my baby's after death care.To the owner,Thank you!

Took the time to meet me on a weekend, was extremely kind and caring, explained everything great and I left feeling good leaving my baby in great hands. I was guaranteed pickup by Friday and got a call the Wednesday before that she was already ready. Easy pick up and a beautiful urn. They also offered many types of memorial options. Plus the cutest kitty there that I swear meows hello when you come in. Quite comforting and adorable❤️

The owner(s) at Peaceful Paws were very helpful and professional. We needed to have our dog cremated and they stayed open until we could get her there late at night. The lines of communication were always open and they were super accommodating with the pick up time as well. A+ We would definitely recommend them to others who need this service.

They charged me 200.00 to have my dog cremated and I never received him back. It's been 3 months and I still don't have my dogs ashes. They released him to someone I don't know. Also you never ever called or texted me about my service dog being done. You contacted the other person not me. Or I would have come and got him. Also I have found a lawyer to sue these people for stealing a service dogs ashes

Our best friend passed away suddenly at home today. It's a Sunday, I couldn't even get in touch with a Vet for HOURS that was willing to see him when he was suffering....when I finally did...I brought my 4 kids over to give Bruzer hugs and loves to say goodbye before we took him...and he took his last breath surrounded by his entire family. Ive passed Peaceful Paws every time I'm in Adrian, so I called their emergency number as it was after hours on a Sunday, and I wish I could remember the woman's name who went in JUST to meet with us to drop our baby off. I was so emotional I can't remember it, but she was blonde, blue eyes, she was very sweet and caring. She really made me feel comfortable to leave my boy in her hands, reassuring me that she would care for him the entire time and while describing the process I could just tell she was passionate and caring... we got to pick everything we wanted, and customize the urn with a picture, and we get a clay paw print. We pick him up later this week and I'll update with a picture.I highly recommend them if you want your fur baby to be well cared about, taken care of and feel 100% confident. I'll also update with her name because she really deserves a shout out for everything said and done today!!!

The paw prints still had some of her fur and dirt from playing days prior I really appreciate you guys not wiping them off. Our dog Rico died recently (mid-winter) and my wife wanted to have him cremated so that we could bury his ashes in the spring on our property. I found Peaceful Paws online and gave them a call. Dave, the owner, was superb. He is gentle and understanding about how much grief there is over the loss of a pet, which to many of us, is as difficult as the loss of a human we care about. I can't thank him enough for how kind and sympathetic he was. I would recommend Peaceful Paws to anyone who has lost a pet. Thank you, Dave.

Had to have Midnight my best friend for 15 years put to sleep Dave and Angie were very understanding of the hardship we were going through with having to say goodbye 😢. They were on vacation and still made time to make sure we had their full attention and they made sure everything was taken care of they offered to pick Midnight up from the vet's but we had to give Midnight his last ride. Thank you so much for making this hardship a little easier to handle and now we can have Midnight with us forever ❤ 🐕❤🐕❤🐕❤🐕❤🐕

I wish the customer service was as nice as the product it self. The day I dropped my pet off was easy going, but the day the women called to pick my pets ashes up, she was rude, and hung up on me.. I wish I could say I was coming back here, but that was the topping on the cake,.. after I paid them and loosing a pet, that was disrespectful.

Blonde lady is very rude. They messed up and had an attitude when I asked for them to fix the mistake THEY made! Be very specific when telling them what you want because otherwise they will do whatever even if it upsets you. Dave is nice so hope you deal with him.
