My wife has been ordering for grocery pick up for some time. I've been complaining to get for awhile now that they don't even know how to get groceries putting meat with eggs etc... now I'm on my third trip to get my order and they still don't know what to bring me. Three tries and you don't know how to get it together. I appreciate companies like thrive that are giving me more options because I'm done shopping here. And all I get is an apology and twenty bucks off. I'd recommend you do your own shopping and let these yahoos go find something else to do because this seems too difficult.

the greeter mid day, on the right side. Needs to learn that all disabilities are visible. And to treat me the way she did, I’d get her checked for dementia and I’m not kidding. Aggressive, vulgar, and beyond rude.Other than that, the store is always very clean the new remodel is fantastic. Always has stuff in stock. Store wise it’s great. Gave one star for how disgusting she spoke to me.

This store is always clean and the employees helpful. Good produce and meat. Prices on some items are slightly higher than WM, but well worth it to avoid WM.

It's a little higher priced than other places but I do enjoy their 10 for 10 sales. I didn't care for the new remodeling job they did. I can't find things as well as I use to. The pharmacy is great, though!

Honestly Meijer is a thousand times better than Walmart. I've SO FAR, NOT had any issues with staff being rude or disrespectful, they are usually very sweet with my kids, they don't rush you out the door constantly harassing you, just let you check out and get on with your business. The store is much cleaner, and the prices are practically the same. The produce is not rotten. Just shop here, do NOT settle for the harassment at Walmart, go where you're actually welcome and comfortable. Thanks Meijer staff !!! Yall are doing awesome 🤗

Much better than Walmart (thats a low barL and MOST employees are incredible and kindHOWEVER, Management is rude to workers and customers alike. The store director is also a terrible person. The store never has what you need or is up to date on their online stock.I was originally a 3 star rater but after the way the employees treated customers in front of me today, it's going down.

It's amazes me that the bottle return is still limited to a 7pm close time even though they are open till midnight. I don't understand why this has to be a thing, if it's a problem with clean up just hire more people for the job or specifically hire someone to do the job. All it does is make me have to take my business elsewhere which is just across the street.

Very very busy! Employees really nice, but alot of customers evidently thought they were the only ones in the store! Rude, pushy, & no smiles. My advice is go early morning or later evening. Otherwise meijer is a great place to shop. Love the M-perks program .

Selection is good, but only 2 cashiers (out of 18 available lanes) at 11am on a Monday. The lines were backed through clothing. If you're buying more than 20 items, go to Country Market. It's much faster.

The new layout is pretty confusing compared to the old setup, but the store is much nicer now. The aisles are not set up in a very productive way to direct and streamline customer traffic, so try not to go in when things are busy.

First time using their pickup service and they cheated me on grapes. Also, they charged me for a item and didn't give it to me. Back to Walmart pickup.

One of the produce employees really did a great job, he pointed me in the right direction for something I couldn't find by myself, but instead of leaving at that when I got to the area and still couldn't find what I needed this particular employee came over to assist me further! When he found the tag but no product he went to the back to check if they had some in the cooler. I really appreciated this extra step and who ever that employee is deserves a Raise or a promotion and need to know he is appreciated.

We visited the Meijer in Adrian, MI tonight b/c my daughter was so excited to go back to school clothes shopping. This is a Big deal as she rarely likes to purchase clothes b/c she is uncomfortable and very self-conscious. We went, only to find there are NO fitting rooms at this location since the remodel. I was beyond surprised, disappointed, and felt heartbroken when I saw the look on her face when she found out there were no facilities for her to try items on. How in the world does Meijer expect families to purchase all these items, take them home to try on then to have to come back and return those items. Who has that kind of time, money or energy? Shame on whoevers idea this was!!! I wanted to leave with our cart full right then but knew it would break her heart as she found some super cute items she really wanted to try. I made it work, we tried the items on in the restroom and purchased, but NOT b/c I wanted to give any of my hard-earned money to Meijer. She found some great items. For the love, consider putting fitting rooms back in these stores. Retailers are pushing to get customers in their stores and to Not shop online, well, then take care of the ones who DO come in!!! Fix it!

I love this store. It's always very clean and carries great products. The place to go for the best produce in town. They also carry top brands that no other store in Adrian carries.

Great store with great customer service and selection but no fitting rooms for their clothes section. With all the work they did on this store you would think they would at least have a fitting room for their nice clothes section but nope. Come on now Meijer even Walmart had a fitting room.
