Keep in mind any appliance you have installed, has a good chance of being a nightmare, Lowe's farms it out to a company that hires very cheap labor, that will use channel locks on the install. They will bang your appliance around as well. Buyer be ware. Good luck, i have had my last install/delivery by them.

Bought a fridge from the Adrian location and had it shipped to our house. The delivery drivers were super rough with our fridge, they told me immediately after that the handle was broken out of the box and someone would come out to fix it. Waited hours for a call from their customer care for delivery, and they tell us we either get a new fridge or nothing. Which is okay, but they won’t give us a new one the day they pick it up. Instead, they won’t pick up the old one and won’t bring us a new one for another week.Overall, not happy at all. We have a broken fridge taking up space in our house. Given the choice I’d never buy another appliance from Lowe’s because of how bad we were treated.On top of all this, the driver whether it be by accident or on purpose took my tape measure and now I have to wait for his supervisor to get in contact with him, so I can get my property back.Worse purchase and customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Do not use the back yard lumber yard. They accidentally under charged me for 10, 2x4s then wouldn’t let me leave at the gate because they told me I owed them money still. Made me go back to the register, return my lumber and recharged me the correct amount all because they messed up. It was a $10 difference. They never would have happened in the front of the store. The lady at the gate acted like I was stealing something and checked all of my lumber and bags twice. I’ve never felt like a criminal until today. Ridiculous.

I went to Lowes in Adrian, MI, this past Saturday, to purchase a refrigerator. The sales staff were excellent, kind, and helpful; Supervisor, James.My complaint is with their inventory and not offering service to hook a water line, that is already in place, to the new fridge for the ice maker.We received a fridge on 2/27/24 and the water line will not connect to the fridge. Mind you, I purchased a new line, but didn't need it as I have the kind that doesn't need replaced. When I called Lowes to inform them that we were having trouble the guy that answered the phone, "supervisor" Jeff, was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He kept talking over me and would not listen to what I was asking for help with. It was if he had a scripted line to tell me. His solution was to send a new fridge to replace it, as the fridge sounds defective.My other complaint is there's nobody to help customers with service or repair and they will not do a work order for a repair shop to come and help us.We are getting the delivery today to replace the new one we just got yesterday. The delivery guy said, the problem might be because it's a "garage ready" fridge. However, I was told that the water line is universal from 2 sales people at Lowes, so who knows.Overall, I am highly disappointed in this location of Lowes.

Delivered my 2,000.00 drywall and quickcrete order in the pouring rain on a flatbed truck. My 4x4s are not 8 footers and this whole order is wrong. He left. I'm mad as hell and I'm done with this store. Stupid. I'm gonna shop at Carter lumber from this day forward. Lowes can go bankrupt now and close down. You'd be mad too.😫 I'm retiling my master bath and shower and my bathroom is 81sq feet. I ordered 10 boxes of 12x12 ceramic tile and that gave me 10 tiles! Is this a joke? OMFG nobody can be this uneducated can they? I'm so upset I'm having palpitations.

Always deliver my products on the time and date that's expected.They usually have all the stuff I'm looking for which is nice because we don't have many options in adrian.

Lowes is the place to go if you want to wander around aimlessly and employees scatter when you try to walk over and ask for help. My husband and I did a lap around the entire store and the garden center and not one person asked us if we needed help. Just save the trip and buy from Amazon you can just type in what you are looking for.

Disgusted that every checkout is self checkout now. Unless you walk clear down to the "pro" desk where the lumber is. Unless youre going to give me a 10-15% discount for doing your job at self checkout i will continue going to the pro desk and holding up your precious contractors

Ryan in plumbing helped me with all tools and components needed to replace my shower valve. He took extra time to make sure I had everything from fittings to flux, solder, pipe thread tape etc. it was a pleasant shopping experience for someone like me who isn’t an expert plumber.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is above a five star at this Lowe’s location in Adrian, Michigan. This morning my husband needed a few things and Jim and Lonnie were there at different times asking if we needed help. Thank you! It is a very clean store, too!

UPDATE 11/13/2023: The broken fridge that I returned back in July still hasn't been credited to my account. They expect to charge me over $2000 for a fridge I don't have. Can I PLEASE give less than 1 star?!?!I recently bought a fridge and washer. The fridge was a scratch/dent model and the washer was (supposed to be) new.I started putting the shelves in the fridge and cleaning it up when I noticed I was bleeding. I looked and noticed a small piece of glass. The associates I had talked to told me that I was going to be 1 shelve shy because it had broken. They claimed to have cleaned that up, but when I removed the bottom drawers, it was full of glass. When I called the store, they claimed to have cleaned up all the glass and tried to blame the delivery guys, but there weren't' any other broken shelves.When I got my washer a couple days later, it appeared to have been used. It had water in it, which I'm told is normal from testing. I'm not sure if that is true, but it also didn't have the drain line. They tried to blame that on the manufacture not putting it in the box. They told me they could get me a line, but it might take a few days. I don't currently have a washer because I had just moved the old one out.The associate was rude when I called back and constant would cut me off and talk over me. I believe his name was Jeff. I think he might be the head of that department, but he should probably get some customer service training.

Got a wire cutter tool that didn't work, so I had to return it. The people were helpful and courteous. I then decided to go with a power tool- a cordless grinder. Had to wait a long time for someone to come and open them up for purchase. The associate over in tools was Kathy ( what a wonderful associate!) who finally got the tools unlocked for purchase. The woman was overrun with rude people demanding assistance immediately even though she was helping me at the time. I thanked her and paid for my purchase and left. When I went to use it at home, a key piece was missing: the adjusting tool. I was very disappointed that I paid so much for an item and it was incomplete.

Lowe’s had everything we needed. Spent about $200 for all of it. My clothes broke the one the previous owners had put up the wrong way. My husband fixed it and I’m in love with my closet. We will be back for more on the other side and more lights. We also changed our light in the living room as well.

Was good. Great customer service, but you all took my vet discount away because your losing money. Logic the washer and dryer I was looking at is around $1k and they put a $300 discount on it then say sorry to the American vets on there discount because they are losing money on product. Then if your losing so much money that you had to take the military discount away. Why are you discounting them for everyone and losing more money.

Went to the Adrian Lowe’s this morning to buy some quarter round. Ask 2 guys talking and they just pointed the direction. Told them that I was already there but needed help. They told me to asked the people in a different department. How rude and lazy.

Went in to look at microwaves and bought one. A nice fellow named Lyric helped me put it in my car. He was so nice. We put it in back seat so it wouldn't mess with wires in trunk. He was so thoughtful.

Well, if anyone knows the code for the saw at Lowes please feel free to share. Waited for at least 30 minutes waiting for someone to come make one cut for me. Tried to do it myself, but need the code. Thought maybe it may be their address or something like 2 4 6 8. Sadly my board is still sitting there next to your saw. One star because I can't leave negative stars. Will go buy my boards somewhere else. 2x4's looked like garbage anyway. I wouldn't waste your time here for lumber. If you need a job, Lowes in Adrian is hiring a lumber employee.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. The stores is extremely large, so if you need assistance be sure to ask an associate in that department for help. I asked two employees for assistance, and with their help I got everything I needed in one trip.It is nice that all US Lowe's allow pets, this one included! Cats are an uncommon pet to have harness trained, but my little lady had a nice time walking around and riding on my shoulder. Staff was nice to her as well.

Lowe's is basically your One-Stop shop for all of your dwellings that you wish to build or have not built yet. There really has not been one time I have been to Lowe's and not walked out with what I wanted at a decent price. I also know that I could probably find the stuff cheaper but I do know that you get what you pay for also. I want to also say that their staff there is always courteous and always willing to lead you in the right direction to find what you are looking for. I will also say they will work with you if you don't have a receipt and you're trying to return something and that happens to me all the time but they usually find a way to work with you. So overall the Lowe's in Adrian is why I gave them five Stars

Damaged door wall installed...Bummed. Erased my original review of always having what I need which is true HOWEVER... today we are having a 3000 square foot roof installed part of the roof included a balcony that we were having redone and rubber. The roofers said they were going to need to take out the door wall / sliding glass door and wanted to know if we wanted the old broken one but back in or go buy a new one. Due to extreme time constraints my husband ran right to Lowe's met my father there bought a new slider door wall had it installed last night because the roofers were waiting. This morning I woke up and cleaned the glass and there's a one and a quarter inch scratch into the glass and dents all along the side of the metal on one of the doors. We know it was not the installers as we watched their every move so it was like that from Lowe's. So aggravating as now it's not like we can just pull the door out and have it replaced. Really wish Lowe's would put a heavier quality control on the companies they use to buy materials supplies and stock from. Will be contacting Lowe's today or tomorrow hoping they make things right as much as they can
