I haven't been to Kohl's in a couple years but I need it undergarments and I hate shopping for them!! I walked into the department and someone greeted me and asked me if I needed help she was wonderful she helped me and other lady we actually had fun trying to find the right sizes I didn't catch your name but I wish I had she was amazing!! Went to go check out and didn't have the right credentials to get the 20% off but cashier (Laurie) gave me the 20% off anyhow she was so sweet!! Way to go Kohl's keeping staff on hand to greet you to answer questions to help you find things just like the good old days!! I will shop here again!!!❤️

The checkout staff are so friendly and fast. The line moves quickly. The store is not as well kept as it should be in the stock seems quite low for this early in the holiday season. The location of clothing is strange. I love their coupons, but I dread going there for the above reasons, but you can’t beat the prices so it forces you in you just have to know it’s gonna be a mess and a journey.

I was there on 2/19/24. I wasn't impressed with the cashier, and i didn't get her name. She seemed in a hurry to get rid of me. I was trying to look for my coupon on my phone. She seemed put out. She didn't even ask me if I had a rewards card. I guess since I ended up giving her the gift card I had gotten for my birthday, she thought I didn't have a Kohl's account. Second time I have gotten a rude cashier. Two strikes against you, Kohl's of Adrian. Next time, I will just close my ctedit account and shop elsewhere. If you hate waiting on the public, get another job. If you are having a bad day, don't take it out on the customer because whatever the reason is it wasn't their fault.

The security clip was left on my purchase. It wasn't detected when I left the store. I will have to travel almost an hour to resolve the issue. I plan on requesting a refund.

Amazing customer service, Kim helped me find the correct sizes and options for my husband by searching through an entire rack and shelves of dress shirts. She explained how the larger sizing letter system worked as it was unfamiliar to me. Kim was patient and kind throughout. Kim also offered a matching discount for the nogo since the brand size needed was not in stock. We found out at the register that Kim is the store manager. Since our cashier Tracy was so helpful and radioed to see who helped us. Super job from all who helped us so quickly and thoughtfully.

Such a delight to find Christmas ornaments, and fun Tee shirts on sale. One hiccup at checkout though... possibly a new hire who seemed to be pressured to have a speedy check out and made some errors. But I'm never in such a rush to be nasty...the more expensive she gets, the more natural it will come to her.

It's a typical Kohl's. That Kohl's cash actually ends up costing me more money. The wife is great at spending that Kohl's. I really like their clearance sales too. The staff was nice, the selection was good. I will return When I need more clothes.

On checkout, the customer service representative helped me find my missing $20 Kohls cash that wasn't applied to the balance. There seemed to be computer problems going on. She was great!

Got a shirt says on the counter 10.00 on sale got up there and she they charged me 12.99. It literally said two for 20.00 or 10.00. Thanks for the 30 percent off. Not a deal when you are being ripped off to begin with. At least my sheets were the right price. That's why I give it a ok.

All your employees are very friendly even when we where standing in line ,the young man made conversation with me to help while we stood in line.
