Came in about 20 minutes before closing and at 15 minutes till, they shut off half of their lights so I could barely see what I was looking at and decided to leave. I understand wanting to get out at a decent time but closing wasn't for another 15 minutes and they didn't make an announcement or anything.

Love JoAnn Fabrics! So many fun craft and sewing supplies, as well as home decor items. Prices are often discounted, and coupons make purchases even more affordable. 😊And it's our main go-to for face masks that fit and work well for daily wear! 😊

Staff is friendly and professional. They have everything from sweing, crafting, and baking. The store was very clean, as was the restroom. I will be back looking for my bakeware, the cookie cutters, and molds they have a very large variety.

We absolutely love this Joann! The employees are super friendly and very helpful. I just recently learned to sew and the employees are always happy to answer my many questions. If one doesn't know the answer, they find someone who does. They even allow us to bring our dog, Chaucer in. When we first started shopping there, they asked if he could have a treat. I told them that he has allergies and they actually remembered this the next time we came in. Chaucer loves the employees and they always make him feel so special. Their selection of fabric is fantastic. I can't recommend this store enough!

So glad I was able to find what I needed in Adrian MI!!!So much better than Monroe St in Toledo where they won't check for an item, tell you to just order it, then cancel the order because they don't feel like walking in the back room to open a box.Thank Heavens Adrian MI treats customers right UNLIKE Monroe St. in Toledo!!!

Not like the bigger craft store, but more than adequate for your crafting needs. As a quilter, I find their selection of fabric outstanding. The staff treats you like you're a friend, not just a customer. It's always a pleasure to shop here.

The Hens where at the consignment shop next door. I didn't want to hear them clucking a y more and had been to dollar general. They have a lot more than just fabric and friendly staff.

Employees excellent....however, coorperate needs to know mailings don't arrive until day of sale or after. Needed a lot a material and wanted to use the 50% off. Coupon had expired. Did not by material. Through voicing this several other customers complained of same delay mail situation.

They are extremely helpful and friendly! Sadly the inspiration for a new project just was not there, but overall I wanted to buy the whole store! Everything is so we'll organized it is easy to find any item you need.

Longtime employees are awesome!!! They know their stuff, they are friendly, and go above and beyond to help you, and help you find the best discounts for your particular purchases. The store could use a little cleaning, or updating. They attempt to be a mini JoAnn's Super store, and fail terribly. Need to expand, remodel, and become a REAL JoAnn's Super Store.

They have quite a selection however you will find bolts that have half pieces on them which is misleading when you're looking for large quantities

Could probably be a bit cheaper for some things, I have some projects I would do if they didn't cost 2-3x as much as buying it new. But they have plenty of options and some cool fabrics

No electric chairs for the handicap. Exit was blocked with carts. That being said, the clerk was nice, polite and patient. I Doncaster a dollar to st Jude.

Absolutely love Joann Fabric in Adrian, Michigan. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful unfortunately today there was a family of loud, obnoxious, overbearing people there while I was shopping so I cut my visit short and will return another day. The staff remained courteous to every customer they dealt with and I feel so badly that they have customers who behave (and allow their children to) so poorly.
