They have a great selection of items. I needed a chain for my battery operated chainsaw. They have a great selection of chains and replacement bars for Stihl. The store is huge and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helped get what I needed.

The store is clean and well stocked, and the service is friendly. It's a small store, so the selection is limited, and ( as in my latest trip there) they don't have everything you may need. What they do have is employees who aren't agitated when you ask questions and who can sometimes suggest another option to help meet your needs. One drawback is that they are noticeably higher in price, more so than our big box hardware store in the area.

What happened to the days of people going down to help you find something your looking for ?? You and your company costumer base sucks. I asked for help and they pointed me in the right direction but I needed more help and so I went to the paint center and again she did not come with until I asked her a question... then she copped a attitude. I can get more help at Walmart then I can at your small town store... STEP IT UP.

Waited 20 min. For someone to help me make a key. Called up front to ask for help she said ok. Another ten min and guy was helping a guy behind me. Felt invincible and irritated so left. At least a I'll be right with you would of been nice!!! 😩

Really like this store. The prices are not cheap but their sales make up for it. Really good quality items here. Top of the line quality actually. Can find things you wouldn't normally expect here. Bought out their lotion since it's the only brand I've found that actually works on my damaged skin. Hope they restock it. Their Muk LUKS were on sale so cheap had to buy more of the slippers and socks. Really like this store and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable here. That helps a lot.

Easy in and easy out, has most items you might need. No need to go to Lowe's to be disappointed with bad customer service. This place is awesome!Most items are true but it is harder to find some of the things you are looking for these days.

A nice little hardware store for a quick trip. Staff is great. I've personally never had any issues. They are polite and helpful if needed. The price is a bit more but the quality of the store and quick service is what brings us back vs other similar stores.

It was my first time shopping at this Ace Hardware. Had what wanted/needed. Friendly associate directed me to where it was. Associate was knowledgeable about product and was able to answer questions. No "big box store" here. Just friendly professionals.

This a great little gem as opposed to the big box stores. Although the isles are tight they have about anything you need from a hardware store including a great paint selection, lawn and garden supplies, Stihl and EGO brand lawn equipment plus much more.All the employees are knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. The store is definitely well managed.The ACE rewards membership is fantastic.. offering great savings through points earned and coupons sent.

They have a large selection of hardware items and other items for home and shop and they made me two extra spare car keys which is hard to find, because Walmart isn't allowed to make car keys forcing you to go to the expensive dealership

Great Lakes Ace Hardware in Adrian, MI, gave us excellent service and value when we needed a new natural gas grill this summer. Not only was I able to order exactly the grill we wanted from their website, they got it in promptly, assembled it at no charge, and delivered it for free! I’m very impressed.

Prices are good but the layout of the store is awful. I couldn't get to half the store because the employees were.tslking go some friends of theirs and stood right in the way. And the main reason I went there, they didn't even have any stocked. Kershaw shouldn't be sold in such a shabby tool store.

Store is stocked with many needs. Love the seasonal section. The employees are helpful. The have good sales. It is a nice place to just walk tbrough as there are so many things to see. I love just walking through the store.

It's always a pleasure going into Great Lakes Ace. The staff are always outgoing and seem to really care about your needs. It's a more personal experience that you get from a small-town type of place, and sometimes that is exactly what a person needs. They have a great selection of all sorts of hardware store type items. And although I like the store in general, I really like their aisle dedicated to screws, nuts, bolts, washers, and all those other small hardware items. They have the best assortment of that type of thing out of any hardware store I've ever been. If you're looking for some tiny obscure little component of a project your working on and you've been to Lowe's, Menard's, Home Depot, and Tractor Supply and you can't find it at any of those places there's a good chance that Great Lakes Ace has it and it's going to be at a fair price. I would recommend anyone check this place out for their hardware needs.

I refuse the option to review this place. A worker told me to back up when I was about 7 feet from anyone in the store. This covid-19 business is too much! Am tired of being politically correct. Am sick of Government restrictions that are pointless. If I or anyone was sick using the same key pad an card machine but don't stand less than 6' apart. What a joke.

I like this place because there is usually an ample amount of parking and you can find just about anything you want in the store. However the one thing you will get with Great Lakes Ace Hardware is much higher prices then what you're going to get at Lowe's or somewhere else.

A bit understaffed. Overall good selection. Prices are a bit more than most larger hardware stores. But all in all average. Anxious to see how much different after covid sanctions are lifted.
