Unprofessional and rude employees. My daughter tried on some clothes and left a small pile in the dressing room. We had to go and I told her to leave it. Two of the ladies loudly shamed her and were rolling their eyes. I have donated hundreds of dollars in items and spent hundreds of dollars in this store. I don't think that gives us the right to make a mess in a dressing room, I did have a conversation with my daughter about keeping things organized when she tries clothing on but it also doesn't give them the right to react unprofessionally and talk about her right in front of her where multiple customers can hear. I won't be donating or shopping here ever again.

My experience was absolutely disgusting. For one the prices are way too high when it comes to more then half of their stuff and when I asked who comes up with the prices the girl really couldn't give me a answer and she's there manager. Then I went to try on a pair of jeans and discovered major stains on the inside and out that was either period stains or poop so obviously they don't check the stuff before putting out to sell

I asked the cashier to split the transaction on 2 cards. She put it all on one causing me a $20 overdraft fee. She said there's was nothing she could do because the sale already went through. This store is going downhill. They seem to have lost focus on customer sevice. The Items are overpriced. My daughter waited 20 mins one time to try on clothes. When asked about the other dressing room the response was we're not really suppose to use them. No valid reason why was given

I absolutely love this place! I visit often at least once a week. The staff are amazing!!!! very friendly and helpful. It is also very clean and well organized. Dressing rooms are available for you to try on clothing, just ask for a key. They also have a restroom (Available for shoppers only), 🙂it is also very clean.😍 Wednesdays are Senior citizen discount. 10% off your purchase... This is my favorite good will. Have fun shopping!

9 people in line and only one register open and taking forever. you have at least 10 workers on the floor and 1 register open that’s ridiculous and no stocking is being done they’re just walking around.

This is a great place to shop. Lots of good deals and cool stuff. Store is always clean and employees are always happy and having a good time. I love seeing John every time I go in and he's always happy to see me!

Clean and a friendly staff. Went through the store and Sunday morning must be the day they clean shelves and rearrange items. I probably would have bought more but when I can not get close to some items to look at, and saying excuse me didn't work, just paid for the two items and called it a day. I am from out of town and was killing time.

Only at a place called good will will you lose your employment for standing up for your and your coworkers rights while they exploit a town for baseless greed and profit while exploiting the disabled and employees they swear to protect ban and close all locations donate to local groups that don't throw out and crush half the items donated and sell the others on ebay

Staff is very nice. I dislike the limited selection of boys clothing. they have at least 3-4 different racks packed full of girls clothing, yet only have one small area of boys clothing. while there are alot of shirts for boys, there are barely any pants. since winter is rapidly approaching, pants are a must. time to get rid of the shorts and swim wear hanging in the boys section and fill it with pants!

This store is not enforcing the mask mandate. Today I dropped off several bags that I donated, then went in the store to shop. There were three shoppers there with masks well below their noses, one of them had his mask only on his chin. When I was checking out, I asked the cashier if they ever said anything to people in violation who were non compliant to the mask mandate. She said they were told they were supposed to call the manager. I said “the woman ahead of me in line that you just checked out had her mask below her nose”. She said nothing further. Another woman in the next line checked out with her mask below her nose and no one said anything to her. No one in the store is enforcing wearing of masks. A teen age girl came in the store with NO mask, no one told her she needed to wear one.Also, I bought a paperback that had two price stickers on, one said $1, the other 50 cents. I asked the girl if I could have it for 50 cents, and she said no, it wasn't their sticker. The 50 cent sticker was from a store, not a garage sale! I wasn't asking alot, just to get the book for 50 cents less, as it was marked! They couldn't even go to the effort of removing that sticker before they put on the $1 one! I will never, ever shop in this store again!!

Big let down! I purchased a "new" storage organizer in the box. Prior to my purchase I asked to see the item but the clerk said they can't let me open up the box. Once home I took it from the taped up box and saw it was missing a panel. I called and spoke to the manager, and assumed she'd allow me to return it. Nope. She said that's not "her" policy. When I asked why the staff doesn't check this stuff before putting it on the sales floor she flippantly responded that they can't check everything and it's always a buyer-beware. I am so disappointed that they wouldn't at least give me a store credit. When complaining about this to a Goodwill staff member again last week he let me know that they are known for having poor business practices and said he wished he could change that.

this is an really great place set up. it looks better then there old one and is easier to get to. and oh my god the inside is bigger. the stuff is in good condition. that they sell. what people dont realize is they sell what they get. and that is why there are no that many boy clothes. they not as picky as girls. so they dont need a million shirts. the staff was helpful and nice.

STOP DONATING TO THIS "Company" as a homeless man, living in my minivan, I called goodwill to seek help with clothing. Millions of dollars worth of clothing inventory, and this agency pretty much told me to get stuffed. What good are you to the community? ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

This one of the worst ran Goodwill store around. Seems as if the management has taken a nose dive in the past year. The items here are what you'd expect, sometimes you might find something good. Ask for a manager....and expect sarcasm and walking away feeling as if you were wasting her time. I've been to a dozen GW stored around and this was the most disheartening.

There is nothing more frustrating then not hanging clothes properly according to sizes, its very hard to find sizes cause they are all mixed in together xs, small, large, and xl all in with spot where it is supposed to be 2xl and larger, ive addressed this issue mulitple times and its still not fixed, you need someone who is not in a hurry to hang and just put them anywhere they want this has been going on for last couple month pretty bad and needs fixed asap

This place is a joke the prices are way too HIGH on almost everything even their name brand clothes and shoes it's ridiculous I don't know who is pricing your stuff but they are insane especially making money off the items you get for free off the public I will not donate anything here anymore for the price of your items I'm better off spending TWO DOLLARS more and BUY BRAND NEW

Goodwill has gone overboard with their prices! I don't understand why this has happened because even a few years ago it used to actually be a THRIFT store! so many of the employees are so rude!...they DO have a few that are very nice thouht.

Not organized. Need to open the furniture store back up. Store not big enough for furniture.Also to much stuff laying on the floor and some aisles are not passable
