Cashier was sitting outside smoking as my boyfriend walked up 10 min before they open . She clearly seen him and instead of politely saying we aren't open yet she throws her cigarette down walks in and locks the door on him. NEVER coming back here . I used to love this store until the customer service has dropped horribly.

I live close and like to give the Family Dollar my business when possible. Normally things go great and I even find unexpected cool things. However today they have soured my opinion a bit. I have a 3 year old. We walked all the way to the store and, of course, almost instantly she needs to use the bathroom. For anyone who has a newly potty trained child you know that when they tell you they need to go, they need to go! I hadn't had a chance to get the things I walked there for and even if I had them, there would have been no way we could have waited in the line. I asked if it was possible for my daughter to use a restroom and they politely told me, "Sorry we do not have a public bathroom". I must say this was a first for me. I know that letting customers use your bathroom can be iffy but this was my 3 year old! Needless to say we left immediately, spending $0 at the store. And for an added bonus, my daughter found herself running home (about 3 blocks)trying to make it to our bathroom in time. Super disappointing experience for my family and I. I even saw some cute clothes I was considering for my kids before we left but I can't bring myself to go back.

Manager and Cashier, are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and should not be allowed around customers. The store is filthy, and staff goes outside and smokes, leaving customers alone inside. I have never shopped at a store as disgusting as The Adrian Family Dollar

I only hit one star because it wont let me write a review without it. Adrian michigan store is the most disgusting store I have been in for some time. The floors had trash all over and looked like they hadn't been mopped in months. There is to much in the isles but the worst part is the staff working between 1:30- 2:00 pm. It is a shame how they treated someone bringing signs to them. The doors need to be closes until the store is cleaned and better staff hired. Never again will I go there. I walked out without buying what I needed. Sad for Family Dollar to allow a store to be run that way!!

This is the most dirtiest store I've been to but the cashier was friendly after the I can only assume to be manager was talking to him about his schedule while he was ringing up customers which of course is distracting and could cause register errors. Good thing we all used credit cards 😌

Good prices, sometimes you get what you pay for but a good store to get the necessities! And I always look forward to spring time when the outdoors section comes out! Usually they have really trendy things, but like I said some things are just worth paying the extra for quality on items like solar lights and what not, I usually dont get more than a year out of stuff like that. But I still enjoy going there to spend a few bucks on it, it's worth getting a year or two out of something cute for the lawn or house!

They ask for your ID every time you go in and I'm there every single day. Bought three beers there went back later and they refused to sell to me cuz they could smell alcohol on my breath. Well duh. If I had one . Beer you would smell it. Your not a bar. Very rude and slow service. Will never go back.

Very dirty and hard to maneuver around due to stock and stuff being left in the aisles. Staff was friendly but more concerned with chit chatting with customers. This is probably one of the worst family dollars I have ever been in period it was very dirty the floors were nasty and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time period. Came in and left without anything due to lack of stock all the items I needed were not available. Went to dollar general down the road and got what I needed.

I know it's Christmas and all but.....I find it very hard to walk down the isles without running into your merchandise! I mean I get it about maximizing sales opportunities per square foot for revenue, but it shouldn't come at the costs of people's safety if they happen to trip over all the stuff you got crammed into the isles! I won't return back here until after the holiday seasons.

The management is rude, curses when customers are in the store, wont take the homeless guys bottles or any bottles an hour before they close. Management also complains when they have to actually work to provide customer service. Store is filthy,(must be 500 cigarette butts in front of the store on ground where entrance is!) This store is a joke , if it wasn't the only store in the neighborhood I'd definitely go elsewhere!

i love the thing s that you can get here. the only problem that people will have with this place is something the store themselves cant fix, the parking-lot. but this has good clothes for an very good price. and i love the make up here.

Excellent they had everything I was looking for plus more. I go in for one thing and come out with at least 3 bags everytime lol cant help myself and the people are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy going there!!!! Thank you all for your service at Family Dollar!!!😊😊💕

My visit was not so good because the lady told me I could get up to $40 back cash back and when I did it charge me I spent $42 and it charged me a dollar fifty to get $40 back cash I thought that was a rip off cuz I already spent$42 a product I love Godless General

Milk is very expensive 3.25 a gallon ,bread is 3.00. Aldi is 1.20 for a gallon of milk and bread is 86 cents , just went and bought dollar candy
