They got me in and out the same day with a new rifle and pistol. The counter guy was absolutely awesome and super friendly. I couldn't speak more highly of the workers they have there.I'll always go there first because of that.Keep up the good work guys

Bought a gun cabinet had the wrong key would not let me return it to the store left me to deal with the manufacturer still have not heard from the manufacturer about getting a key for it. if I could select no stars I would do so, I'll will never shop at Dunham's again.

Service has been way better here lately. Had trouble getting help before with trying to look/purchase a 22 LR. But the staff lately has been very helpful and polite.

I rarely go to this store. Hard to figure out how to get into checkout. My item was on sale but it rang in as regular price. They called for a manager to correct. Waited 5 minutes and no manager. As soon as they called for a manager the employee turned her back to me and never turned back around until I told her, “ never mind”. I left. Probably won’t return.

Plenty of selection, fair prices. However the guy running the checkout had body odor so bad, I could hardly finish paying for my items. Totally unacceptable, how can management allow this behavior?

Well it seems that they 8 - 10 workers but 2 are helping , 1 at checkout and 1 helping customers and the other 6-8 workers chit-chatting on the floor with each other.My daughter got new shoes and I've got a new shirt :)

Good store relatively decent prices they need to get some more people in there to help I'm back at shoes last weekend 10 minutes saw no one had to walk to the front desk all the way back to the front of the store to let someone know I needed help in shoes then walk all the way to the back of the store back to the shoes to get the shoes I called about, I should have checked before I left, drove 31 miles home open the box got the wrong boots. Nice boots though didn't take them back couple I'll eat them

Of course I'll credit them for their assortment of sporting goods that are much harder to find other places, the problem with this location is the store is an absolute mess, constantly. In most cases, majority of the team members are found to be up by the register area, but what good is having all of the things they do if nothing is where it's supposed to be and you can't find a team member to help you locate it? Like I said, I'm crediting them for having things that otherwise I'd have to search online for. There are frequent occurrences where entire gondola sections are being reset and sitting vacant for long periods of time. Also, the parking lot is a mine field. There are horrendous potholes EVERYWHERE! It's extremely easy to do severe damage to your vehicle just trying to get into the location!

NOT SO HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE.... I BOUGHT A TENT THERE AND KEPT THE RECEIPT THINKING I'D BE ABLE TO RETURN IT THE NEXT DAY IF I DID NOT NEED IT AND I KEPT THE RECEIPT AND IT HAD BEEN UNOPENED... THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. YOUNG KID AT THE COUNTER SAID THAT WE COULD NOT BRING BACK TENTS EVEN IF THEY WERE UNOPENED. TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY. IN ADDITION TO PRICES BEING HIGH... ON VIRTUALLY EVERYTHING. YES I'M RECEIPTS AND EVERYTHING IT WILL TELL YOU THAT IF YOU KEEP YOUR RECEIPT YOU CAN RETURN ALL YOUR MERCHANDISE THERE BUT THEY'RE VERY PARTICULAR I WANT YOU CAN RETURN IN WHERE YOU CAN'T EVEN BEING MINE OPENED AND THE COMPANY AND I GIVE THIS STORE ONE STAR.

Good selection of most merchandise, store was clean and fairly organized. The lack of staff and especially knowledgeable firearms associate's that I see as a problem. This seems to be a common issue with Dunham's training. Basic safety when handling firearms should be first and foremost in the head of any associate working the gun counter and no matter what store I visit there's serious lack of concern. And Lord help you if you ask a person not to point the barrel at you, it usually ends with an associate giving you an earful of "I work here I know its not loaded !"

Seems to be a well stocked store. Usually not real crowded. Clean store. Sometimes you have to go to front register to request help as they do not have an over abundance of help. Thankfully they had all the potholes in the parking lot fixed.

Music playing in the store was so loud I had to talk very loud just to communicate with the help. I complained to them about it and they agreed and said that the company decides the loudness of the music. I couldn't look for what I went in for because the "background" music was giving me a headache.

I’ve tried the Adrian location twice now. There is little to no staff and who is there is not motivated at all to assist you. I’ve tried to buy a set of golf clubs and could not get anyone to assist me even though the front desk called someone over. Left after 20 minutes. Bought them somewhere else. Today wanted to buy 2 pairs of shoes, same thing. No one there to help. Wanted to go into stock room myself and find the shoes. Left after 15 minutes. Will buy somewhere else.

One of the last surviving stores in a dying mall. Does not have the variety of products that you will find at other big box sporting good stores but you can usually find what you need. In Adrian they are pretty much the only game in town.

A bit smaller than all the other Dunham's locations I've been to. But what else should I expect considering it's like the one store open in a condemned mall. Would be nice if they restocked their knife selection occasionally though.

Always go here to buy our comfy shoes. I usually buy Sketches slip ons, but this time bought walking tie up shoes. They are very comfortable and I love the style. My husband gets a good walking shoe. Always satisfied shopping here.

Although this used to be a JC Penneys store, it is now one of the largest Dunham's stores in Southern Michigan. The selection is almost unequaled in retail sporting goods stores.Sales prices are typically as low as any other store.My only complaint is that in some departments the inventory includes older items with different price tags on identical items. This is especially true in the tennis accessory section. Although I love clearance price tags, it is disconcerting when there is a variance in pricing. Otherwise I would have previously purchased all of their clearance tennis strings.But that's just a small nit. Overall, our great store!

Love the store. Mall is falling apart but my kids buy most of their clothes there. I have 3 teens. Found these on sale for $21.99!! Very comfortable
