It's a big lots.. it's clean inside, staff are decently good. It's still hit or miss on if you can find what you want, or the prices. But overall, not a bad store.

Decent sized store. Unlike other big lots I've visited this one was clean and well organized. I only give 4 instead of 5 because I didn't have any interaction with employees. No one greeted me, said hello or goodbye as I was leaving.

They had very few Christmas lights available. Their entire back holiday wall was empty; the shelves were picked clean. I'm surprised they didn't have an abundance of selections as it is the season...

I want to buy a mattress and box spring! I was 3rd in line, the employee helped the 2nd person then disappeared. I've been standing here for 30 minutes my total time here has been an hour so far.Do not recommend

We were looking for a flocked Christmas tree that was NOT pre- lit. Did not find one however, their trees were beautiful and great price. We bought an electric fireplace last week from there. The two store we were in were beautiful and very clean. Adrian and Okemos, MI.

An amazing variety of not only indoor furniture but an awesome selection of outdoor furniture as well! Surprisingly low costing items throughout the store. & I was very impressed with all of the staff. They went above & beyond to answer any and all of my questions & helped me locate items I needed.

Good store lots of good deals on almost everything. The store was well stocked and orderly. The staff was nice and helpful. The place was clean. Definitely a place to go for anything you may need for your home or even groceries.

1st time in this big lots. They have a lot of nice furniture with reasonable prices. If I was in the market to buy furniture it would be the place I would go. Don't forget four times a year if you sign up with their Big Lot card they have 20% off weekends for furniture. Many unique items. I will return again. I have just about everything you need under the sun with prices comparable to other big box stores. Employees were nice friendly and assertive.

Worse customer service, no communication within their team. We ordered a couch, and they told us they had it in the back for us. Turns out they don't carry the couch anymore when it was time for us to pick up. No email, no call, nothing to let us know. We've had trouble with them before due to Lawrence, the old manager. This is the last time we shop with them, they need to train their employees better!

Haven't gone to big Lots in a few years until today. They've done a great job with the new store and layout. Very fresh and comfortable. Becoming a vendor for Serta was a great move. I spent a few hundred bucks today, so good on them. I still would never touch any of the electronics offerings. The whole electronics section consists of the defunct Polaroid and poor quality Sentry brands.

We were shopping for a gazebo, the only ones left were display models. We offered to buy the display and the young man explained that he could not sell it to us that only a manager could. He then took our name and number and the manager was supposed to call us. We kept trying to call and speak with a manager but there was not one there for over a week?? Today they tell us it is sold!!!! Great customer service. PS are you hiring for a manager?

Went to Big lots about 5:00 yesterday and was treated like total dog s*** by the checkout dude with dark hair he did not our presence checked us out without even looking at us was the most rude obnoxious cashier will be the last time I spend money in that store if they're cashiers are not courteous when I'm spending hundreds of dollars.

Went in during their closing sales event. A lot of stuff had already been moved out. But there was still a wide assortment of items left. They were having only 20% off. Anxious for them to get moved into the new location. Always seem to have friendly staff. And many items that you can't find in other stores. Prices are comparable to most other stores.

I really enjoy this particular big lots. They have alot of products here that I cant get anywhere else. Always well stocked and clean store. Member had a bad experience and the service is always top notch.

Horrible service. Called about a sofa and they confirmed they had it in stock and would place a hold on it for me. Drove 45 minutes to pick up the sofa and they placed a hold on a completely different piece of furniture- not even close to the sofa I had called about. The sofa I had called about was not in stock. Also took 45 minutes for anyone from furniture to provide service.

Ok, once again I am blown away with the people who work at this store. I am planning my Moms funeral dinner and though it may seem insignificant to some, I really wanted to make a spice cake, with cream cheese frosting, but Big Lots is the only place that normally sells it. I had purchased some a few weeks back, but now they were out! I was desperate to find it and Stephanie, being very compassionate first of all, towards our loss, went and searched to try and find some, but not making any promises, because she really didnt think they had any. Well, she did find some, and I almost cried! I honestly, would have hugged her, if it weren't for covid. Stephanie, God bless you... you absolutely made my day! Thank you so much! Thank you Big Lots, for hiring caring people, who do there jobs over and above, time and time again!!
