This location is know for price gouging. Price is up on coffee this morning I paid $2 for a small coffee. The cigarettes are more expensive at this location than all other stores in Adrian. The customer service is beyond horrible and the store is by no means clean

When Anton and Jake were here it was the best 7-11 around.Now that they're gone, EVERYTHING is terrible.The food used to be amazing, but now, if you don't see them pull it from the oven, assume it's hours and hours old because it most likely is.Also the owner is incredibly rude.There are days that I walk in, see who's working, and turn right back around and walk out.

Whoever was working had bad attitude. I asked her to cook the pizza and she starts complaining abt having to do her job. Then cuts the pizza like she has nubs for hands

I have a mixed experiences with this location. Anton and Jake are the best staff that have ever been a part of this place and I give them their due credit. They're willing to make fresh food for me and they give me the best customer service which is why I will not give this place a one star review. On the other hand there are a few things about this 7-Eleven location that have been a major inconvenience. For some reason the hot dog buns are almost always firm and stale instead of being soft and fluffy like bread should be. Most of the time the slurpee machine has flavors that are not working and there have been so many times I've tried to go into that store to get a Slurpee and the flavor wasn't working.The worst experience I had with this store was this man who is Pakistani who works there on weekends. He is rather impolite and impatient. And furthermore, he doesn't even know how to use the chicken and Pizza Oven whatsoever. He told me that if I want a pizza to go to Domino's which is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. When this guy is working here, All the food on the rollers is always completely charred to a crisp as well as the food in the glass display oven and it's always completely burned to a crisp and dried out and completely nasty. This Pakistani guy needs to be fired immediately because he obviously does not know how to use the equipment to prepare food and I'm surprised he was even able to get a food service vendors license with his lack of skills.

As a long time customer I stopped bringing my wife and kids here about a year ago because the place went downhill fast. Employees were rude and the owner didn't care and it just turned to trash. People congregated outside and it made us feel unsafe.Hearing that things changed a few months ago I walked in and it's a world of difference from before. The place is clean, looks organized and you can walk in and smell just how fresh the coffee and food is. In talking to the store manager you can tell that he loves his job and is great at what he does because in just a few short months it's getting to where it needs to be.He is exactly what that store needed because it was a disaster before. I've let friends and family know and we'll keep coming back as long as this guy is in charge.Great job!

Older lady with glasses very rude threatened my sons with violence, bad customer service when he asked for a pizza, waited so long in line while cashiers chatted amongst themselves that my slurpee melted. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT CUSTOMER DRIVEN!!!!

Just stopped in and bought a 5 dollar lottery ticket, $1.79 water buy one get one free. Paid with a $10 and received $1.49 in change. The cashier was on his phone the entire time.

My daughter from out of state placed an order for me and although receiving a $15.00 TIP THE DASHER SCOTT SAID HE WAS UNABLE TO RETURN TO THE STORE TO PICK UP THE ITEMS HE HAD FORGOTTEN... THE #1 PRIORITY ON MY LIST!!

Don't expect sympathy for children who need a bathroom. You won't get it here. My son was having an emergency & the clerk couldn't care less. I will never step foot in this store again.
