I paid full price (minus veteran discount) for 3 live resin and 1 live rosin cartridge from this location. The production dates are 11/21, 11/21, 12/22, and 1/23. Not a single product was produced in the last year, and 2 are 29 months old. Before I left I told them I did not want them anymore but told me too bad and could get 25% off in the future. I would never waste my time and money at a place like this ever again. I was the only customer there and they still fail to offer any respectable amount of customer service. Instead of pretending to appreciate a veterans service with a 15% discount, maybe they can just pretend to care about customers.

For my first time indulging in cannabis since it was legalized, I popped into Pinnacle Emporium. The staff was super friendly and were very helpful suggesting which edibles to aid with sleep.Edit: I have returned several times; for the service, quality products and helpful staff.

Very friendly !!! But the new company gauge that took over is not so much they want reviews. How about you give her 10% local discount back that’s why we shopped at this dispensary. The prices are higher but they were appreciating local business not so much anymore.

Just visited a couple days ago and my bill has doubled. Went from getting $40oz shake to no warning and changing the price to $80. I came here bc at one point you guys were cheaper than elite. That no longer seems to be the case. My bill doubled last visit. You guys use to care about saving us money. But I felt screwed last visit

Just another dispensary. They offer all the typical items such as plants, gummies, creams, edibles, as the bigger stores do. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. The pricing is right in line with other stores. I'll return whenever I'm out that way.
