Very helpful. They care about the animals and don’t overcharge like most vets do. The walk-in service is amazing and with multiple animals I will definitely continue to take them there! My cat had a huge abscess on her face and was able to get her in & antibiotic’s same day. She healed quickly with the meds.

Very kind and caring people. I recently took my dog in when he wasnt feeling well, and ended up having to put him down on the spot. They were very caring and took their time with me and gave me time to say goodbye and grieve. Highly recommend

I love this office and appreciate Dr Kelly more than I could put into a google review. Even though this is a very busy office, the staff is always patient and helpful. Dr Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable, and has a kind and compassionate way about him that puts my fur kids and myself at ease.

This will be my first time going. I'm 35 mins away. The phone call alone won me over and spay and neuter prices are great to at least try it. She was very sweet. I heard great things. I see complaints on the wait. It's walk in. Go on days you have more time. Simple fix. Your fury family members are worth the wait. !!!!!! :)

I absolutely love this vet clinic. My dogs do as well! I’ve been going here for years since I found them an I will not go anywhere else. The staff is always super nice and helpful and the doctor is amazing as well. They also have walk in hours which is super helpful for people who need in that day! 10/10 recommend this vet!

The wait is kind of ridiculous because it's a walk in, but the girls in there were so loving to my pitbull puppy who had to have his leg amputated. Doc Kelly is professional & honest. The vet clinic has reasonable pricing compared to other places I looked into. My dog got the proper care he needed & is doing absolutely incredible. They provided an estimate for his surgery, gave me time to gather the money & then did what they had to do for him, plus he got extra love from the girls.

Sitting in the parking lot for 3 hours. For a 5-minute visit, is unacceptable. This place should be shut down. He wouldnt touch our cat unless we got a neutered.hes very self inflicted on an opinion and aspect of his own self thoughts then the actual care of the animal. Got charged for an exam then there wasn't even one done!. Just looking at the cat in a cage isn't an exam.

First time coming here. We have two kitten's who needed leukemia test, all the first vaccinations, and flea, tick, and worm medicine. The bill was surprisingly low. Walk in was great. Loved the Vet and staff. Thank you all so much.

Had a routine exam scheduled for 1 dog, then an emergency came up with my other dog. The staff was super awesome about me bringing both dogs in, and didn't charge a ton of money for the emergency visit! Highly recommended!!

We love taking our dog to this clinic. Dr. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. Reasonable prices. Dr. Kelly's staff is hands down amazing! This clinic is busy, busy, busy and they do a great job in providing every family/patient with the best care! Our 12 year old dog recently had some severe medical issues and Dr. Kelly and Kristin were so good to all of us!! Words cannot describe how much respect I have for the staff at this clinic.

The best vet in the area who provides wonderful care at an extremely affordable cost. He is worth the drive and long wait! Doc Kelly is very forthcoming, doesn't do any unnecessary testing, doesn't charge ridiculous prices and is very knowledgeable. He cares about your animals, and cares that you care about them. He is always packed but that is because he is one of the best.

Wonderful staff! I have a female German shepherd who’s very timid at the vet and likes to hide from people. Dr. Kelly always takes his time with her each time we come in. He’s the only vet I’ve seen her comfortable around. I live almost 2 hours from Dr. Kelly’s office and will always drive the distance for him and his caring/compassionate staff.

Doc Kelly is great. He treats your animals as if they were his own. It is a 25 min drive for me, but I won't go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the cost is below anything I've seen at any other facility in the area.

Dropped Emma off to get fixed they were nice enough to let me know she was have more babies but she just had a litter so I got her fixed anyways that would of been to much on her little body she had 10wks old kittens already. They did a great job she is very healthy and happy now

Made us wait in parking lot for 35 mins, they dont answer the phone, and then they tell you they won't even see your dog. This place sucks balls. Po-dunk back woods small time dog shack. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

The staff at Addison Vet are always friendly and caring. I have two geriatric dogs and they always treat them like family. Recently, my dog had dental work done. Kristen was absolutely the best! We didn't know if my dog would pull through it. She went above and beyond and my dog made it! Plus, you can't beat the prices.
