Everyone on the AHA team, from the front desk staff to the docs and everyone else, is so friendly and helpful, and you can really tell that they all love what they do and truly care about all of the animals (and people) that they see. My dog is treated like royalty and I'm convinced that she actually enjoys going to the vet!

I’ve been going to Ada Hospital For Animals for years to take care of my dogs. Everything about this place is the best. The staff are friendly and helpful. The doctors are absolutely wonderful. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and explain everything in a way that makes sense. They make me and Willa feel cared for and cared about. I’ve seen Dr. Lam mostly, but all of the doctors are great. I recommend them to many people and if there were a way I could get my healthcare there as well, I would.

This was my first visit and I was recommended by a friend to Ada Hospital for Animals. The technician Bridget was great and very welcoming and made my dog feel at ease during his yearly checkup and shots. And Dr. Juergensen was awesome as well, as she gave me the run down of the vaccines my dog needed and what she was doing as she was in the room with us. She talked about next steps and about future surgeries to consider. I am waiting on an email from her this week on some information for my dog and the the situation we are dealing with for the sty in his eye. I look forward to bringing my other dog here next week for her check up! Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to bringing my pets here knowing they will be well taken care of!

I highly recommend Ada Hospital for Animals! We had our first experience there recently and were very impressed! All of the staff members were kind and truly cared about our dog. The doctor took lots of time with us. She answered our questions and provided answers/possible solutions. We did not feel rushed at all. We are thrilled to have found this wonderful animal clinic!

Had an annual physical for one of my dogs. She needed several vacination for her health and to enter the indoor dog park. I met with the new doctor at the agency and she was wonderful. She was professional and informative. She and her tech handled my poodle with care and kindness and explained everything to me. I love the new addition to the clinic! I recently moved to the area and most vets weren’t even accepting new patients. They got me in to treat my pets pressing health issue and took great care of her while she was there. She is generally nervous, but they took care to make her comfortable. They also explained everything to me very clearly before proceeding, which I find important. I also found their facilities clean and well kept. I would absolutely recommend them!

EVERYONE is wonderful, supporting, friendly, and helpful. Oliver just loves Dr Juergensen and loves coming to the Vet. He is a handful and yet everyone just smiles and takes him in stride. Medical issues are handled professionally, carefully, and referred to specialists when needed. A super group of people!!

Ada Hospital for Animals takes pride in their service, animal care, attention to detail and quality of professionalism. They are reliable, timely, responsive, and follow up on their services rendered. When Nathan had his dentistry recently, Dr. Lam immediately contacted me following the procedure plus I received an uplifting call from Paige who was part of the procedure administered. In the beginning, I was concerned as Nathan is a Jack Russell Terrier in great health but as he is sixteen, this procedure could have been a risk. My fears were put to rest with the excellent care he received! His teeth are pearly white again! When I picked him up after the procedure, the receptionists were all so helpful and kind! Nathan recovered quickly at home and was his high energy self the next day! I highly recommend Ada Hospital for Animals because their professionalism and quality is worth all five stars!

After taking our pets to the same place since I was a child, we had a recent negative experience with a sick pet shortly before the holiday weekend. We switched to Ada Hospital for Animals due to needing care during a normal office day and normal office hours and being unable to get this with our own vet.I could not have been happier with the care we received. Dr Juergenson was thorough, efficient, kind and caring. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We even had a follow up call on Christmas Eve from their office due to new results. This is a place of business that truly cares about your pet as if they were their own. I couldn’t be more thankful that we made the switch and look forward to bringing both of our dogs here for years to come!

The environment is welcoming and warm. The care is exceptional; they are true professionals!
