If I could give the pharmacy staff 0 stars I would this is the 6A yarmouth port location when they switched from rite aid they lost all their great employees there is one left with reddish long hair who is not new and is on register at pharmacy she i would give her only 5 stars she was a rite aid employee for years before and shes the only one who is professional caring and sweet and she deserves way better help shes always helpful the rest are just not very helpful they will leave you on hold for hour and a half and or just hang up on you and they just don't seem to have enough help which inturn makes the new workers have negative reaction that reflects on customers everyone that has gone there for years will tell you we miss the old crew they were the absolute best! Its sad really

This pharmacy was great when it was rite-aid. Now as Walgreens it’s disorganized and completely inefficient. They never have common medicines in stock. They are rude when you question them about it. If the former rite aid employees are there - they are great. But the new pharmacy just doesn’t provide good service. Time to switch to cvs!

The staff and pharmacist are all excellent, especially Cliff and Dave. Not sure of Walgreen, however. Not my favorite . Hope they are treating their employees with great respect. Don't have insurance so have to go to least expensive place and sorry that they don't accept Blink Health anymore. Not looking forward to changing from this family pharmacy!

Outstanding service ! The friendly staff goes out of their way to be helpful.However, the recent changes at this store have been terribly inconvenient. The pharmacy is Not open on weekends. People do get sick on weekends!!! And they have abbreviated hours.I've been forced to move to another Walgreens b/c of these awful changes.

If I could give the folks at this Riteaid a "10" I would. I experienced the most amazing, professional and compassionate customer service. We were vacationing nearby from out of state and a family member needed a script. The script was critical to avoid serious consequences. As soon as the script was received I was called. They were filling the script as we drove to pick it up. I am so impressed. Their kindness helped calm the situation. Hats off to them all!!

This store,which I live near and do shop at, has a pharmacy. However it has now been bought and turned into a Walgreen's store and pharmacy. Its prices are higher now than when it was a Rite Aid,and the Cash Rewards and other reward incentives were taken away (when it became a Walgreen's) from all Rite Aid customers who have shopped there,often earning up to 20% off of every sale like I used to myself.So,in my opinion,Rite Aid had much better prices,more sales,and better buying incentives than when this store at 918 Rte 6A in Yarmouth Port,Mass.02675 became owned and operated by Walgreen's.
