Go here for dinner. Seriously. Rustic outdoor picnic tables, and you order through the window of a shed. We got the kale and ricotta pizza, which turned out to be one of the best pizzas I've ever had. True ultra-light Neapolitan style crust topped with freshly whipped ricotta, roasted garlic, kale, and lemon. We washed it down with a bubbly fresh-squeezed lemonade garnished with mint leaves and couldn't have been more satisfied. May seem pricey at first, but the food is certainly worth it, and we will absolutely be back. Hidden gem worth driving to, good luck finding a quieter spot serving food of this caliber.

White barn is amazing. Great produce, flowers and dahlia tubers. RE the pizza, flavors are amazing but crust is soggy and floppy - even more so if takeout. I think if you can fix the crust you have a real winner!

This place has really expanded in the past two years! Great selection of fresh fruits and veggies, fresh local dairy and meat. Staff are very friendly, and there is plenty of space to move around and socially distance.

Who doesn't love farmers markets? The corn was delicious, the tomatos were perfect. I plan on trying more foods from here next time. Plus, it's outside under a tent in the open air--safer than a traditional grocery store during this pandemic.

We love White Barn Farm, it is practically our second religion! The people working there couldn't be nicer and the produce is always top of the line fresh and organic. They also carry local honey, eggs, meats, beans, cheese. Really you hardly need to shop anywhere else. The setting is also picture perfect with a big old home and barn and beautiful rolling hills. They offer a Community Supported Agriculture program, which we strongly support, or you can just stop by the stand and buy at your convenience. Oh, and did I mention the Iggy's croissants, rolls and breads? You just can't go wrong.

When you drive onto the property of the White Barn Farm you feel like you have entered a world from a postcard. In fact that is what we kept saying to one another......"look at this, it looks like a post card". If anything their website doesn't do it justice. Dozens of acres of spectacular fields of grass and wild flowers surrounded by steep hills on every side. The land and gardens are nothing short of amazing. Cannot imagine what the Farm looks like during the foliage season.The most imposing structure on the property is a huge white barn, almost 200 years old standing in a field with hills behind. Mike Desocio provided a tour of the interior, huge hand cut posts and beams , several stories high , with the history of a world gone by everywhere you looked .Also tours of the beautiful gardens and the 100 or so acres of majestic woods of pine, hardwoods, birch , ferns, rock walls and meandering streams. If you like the outdoors and beautiful scenery it doesn't get much better than this.The interior of the Main House and smaller cottage are almost as beautiful as the grounds, everything is recently and tastefully decorated in Farmhouse motif with great attention to detail and comfort and with big windows and glass doors to take advantage of the views.Food was amazing too and lots to do in the interesting quaint towns nearby if you are inclined to leave the property including a weekly auction with prices that will blow away any city dweller. Most importantly , the Desocio's, Sue, Mike and their daughter Angie are the perfect hosts. They make certain that every need is taken care of including bag lunches, fans in windows when the temperature goes up and the most amazing margarita we ever had!!!!!This was our first vacation to southern Vermont but we will be back to the White Barn Inn for more, probably for skiing or foliage or just relaxing. I attended an Earth Day Celebration at this location and it was a wonderful time learning how the farm works as well as finding local, organic products and learning how to grow mushrooms! Everyone was kind and there was fun for all ages.
