We usually go to the New York location, but we drove 3hrs to try this new location for the first time. Because we live so far away, called the store before we made a trip. Erren was who helped me on the phone. He explained thoroughly how the outlet works! When we actually came to the store, he helped us road the dining table to our car. Very polite, nice and helpful. We had a great experience here! We are coming back to this location again for sure : )

I stopped by during the week to purchase some items for my nursery and Erren (one of the managers) and his staff were so incredibly helpful and patient. They checked their inventory and the backstock for items that I inquired about. Erren even offered me an item that he was reserving for himself. 10/10

Digging through curtain rods, I wasn't sure how to know what style was in each box and what additional parts needed purchased separately. Aaron was extremely helpful explaining the codes to me to help my search and what needed to be purchased additionally. He searched the back room for me, finding what I was hoping to purchase. I should mention it was a hot day and the store was warm making the search a bit uncomfortabletemperature wise. After finding the matching rods (thanks to Aaron, I would have given up) he carefully checked each box to ensure the correct color and pieces were inside. His customer service was exceptional! Thank you, Aaron!

Paula at this outlet location deserves a shoutout — she is one of the best salespeople I’ve ever met. She was incredibly patient with me as I seesawed between buying one dresser vs waiting for a different kind (and this decision took me a substantial amount of time - close to an hour!). Paula was just as invested as I was in helping me find the right piece, and even went out of her way to point out that a separate accessory I was purchasing had a small scuff/helped me pick a different one. It’s rare to come by someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond without pressuring a purchase. The store itself has great variety too! Highly recommend.

Big shout out to Connie, she helped us find the right bed! I'm very happy with the purchase and more happy with Connie and there west elm outlet team's service! Connie actually wrote down my contact info and called me, multiple times, to let me know when there's a King size bed comes in. I really appreciate all the help. Will recommend to friends and families!

Heather was incredibly helpful and let us browse a little more even though it was after 6pm. They also have a dedicated instagram account which has a lot of current items. Unfortunately, we didn’t find what we were looking for but would def consider the outlet in the future.

Was told I wasn’t considered a customer because I didn’t purchase anything…. ask the sales associate what her name was she said nope you don’t need it your not one of our customers. The manager was there apologized gave me her name I said and what was the sales persons name was told she’d handle it internally. Very odd that no one seemed to want to give this woman’s name up , oh did I mention she hit my 4 year old daughter with the store door . She didn’t regard it till I said excuse me she responded with we open at 10 I said I know it’s 2 minutes past…. So rude

It all depends on your luck. We found a sleeper sofa for just $199 within others starting from $1.5k.You can also find good deals on decor items. The main downside is that they don't have address delivery.

Check prices of west elm website , Compare it.My experience: I Like one sectional, when inquired about prices, because it wasn’t listed on That particular item. They told me regular prices like $5000, $6000 and they offer me discount of 30%. I checked the item on the website West Elm regular stores and the price was $3700 normally..
