Drove 1.5 hours to take my daughter here. They won't allow her to enter changing room, it's against their policy. Really? Why? We buy the clothes. They don't fit. Now we have to drive 1.5 hours back. We go back and exchange clothes. The new clothes didn't have the security ink tag removed. At this point, I'm not wasting another full day driving 3 hours round trip plus an hour at the store to fix this. I tried to remove the tag. The ink ruined the clothes. The teenagers at the store don't care, they didn't do their job. Will never go back and suggest nobody else wastes their time there.

Horrible experience!!! One girl worked the cash register and the other was on the phone hiding one the opposite side of the dressing room!!! The store doesn't deserve any stars.

My friend and I went shopping here and felt awkward upon entering the store. When we walked in we were not greeted at all, while the employees working stood behind the register on their phones and gossiping with each other. We wanderd the entire store checking for sizes and got offered no help. My friend and I were baffled at the custom service giving both of us have extensive history with working in retail. The worst part was when we were leaving I said “thank you for all your help” to the group of girls ignoring us, and one of the girls in an obvious rude manner responded “no problem! Have a good day.” Very weird atmosphere and rude employees.

I have been here multiple times only because I work at the outlets and will go shopping on my lunch breaks/free time and I have never had a good experience here. Large selection but employees are always rude. They won’t even greet you when you come in or tell you to have a good day when you leave, they look absolutely miserable and trust me they are. Employees won’t offer help/assistance of any sort and to be quite honest I don't think i’d feel comfortable asking for it as a customer. Work on your customer service skills and just...... be kind?

Same review as the last woman. Signs ALL over the store read, "Buy 1 get 1 50% off Entire Store." Employees reiterate this verbally when you walk in. So imagine my confusion when I choose two denim items from a table that reads, "Denim Buy 1 Get 1 50% off," and am told unapologetically that the shorts I picked are excluded. I point out the several signs but no care was given to accommodate me. When I suggested they clarify their signs, the cashier told me "Those are the only signs we get from corporate." I can no longer support this sneaky company and no one else should either. As a professional retail marketer, I know the best marketing is clear and consistent. This is not only horrible marketing, it's false advertising. They should be penalized by BBB!

Walked into the store and a woman worker told us everything was buy one get one 50% off. I got two items and then was told that only the same brands are buy one get one 50%, even though the sign said entire store. Then the woman rudely told me I wasnt looking at the signs hard enough. The customer service here is horrible, not to mention the false advertisement and outrageous prices. Do not recomend.
