I have been going to this Dunkin for years! And today was a frustrating experience for sure! I ordered my iced latte and accidentally ordered it for the Dunkin 15 min down the street, I politely asked if they could make the drink for me as I was late for work on Black Friday. A young boy replied “no we do not own that Dunkin”. As I can understand the employees are not obligated to make my drink, there was no one was in line waiting and I had my receipt of my order as evidence. A little kindness can go a long way, and if kindness is too much, an abrupt, short, rude answer is not the way to go! Speaking from someone who works in customer service, everyone has always been so sweet at that store until this young gentleman! Not wanting to quarrel I just bought the drink again at the store and left…

Is a Great Dunkin Donuts in the Wrentham Area, not too Far from Foxboro.After the New England Patriots Game, I stopped there, and got a Large Iced Water, a Large Hot Chocolate, and a Medium Pumpkin Iced Coffee extra cream 2 sugars.I also got a really awesome Dog Toy for my Brothers Dog Duck, we were Dog Sitting that had 3 Donuts on It, and my Brothers Dog Duck absolutely loves the toy!!!! Duck especially loved when I threw the Donut Toy, he'd run and get it, and come back and give it to me, and I'd throw it again. That happened several times, until hed get tied.

The best Dunkin's in town... They always get it perfect every time. The drive through is a little difficult to understand at first but the service is fast, friendly and accurate, I don't go to any other Dunkin's around!

The employees in the drive thru were really friendly and had nice attitudes - it was a refreshing as the coffee! The drive thru itself is a little funky - you have to go around the building and we weren't sure we were doing it right. There are arrows clearly marking the way, so just trust those!

Go to ANY other Dunkin. This location is constantly out of everything after 11 am. I get that it's busy but they should compensate for that. I also get the sense that I am bothering the employees when ordering. Sure, you deal with the public and sometimes it's unpleasant, but that doesn't mean you need to be unpleasant to everyone.

The people at this location are always so nice and friendly. (In addition to the fact that they definitely know what they’re doing when it comes to making coffee.)The woman at the window gave me the sweetest compliment today and left me with a smile on my face. It’s not so common to find service like that anymore.

The coffee has become worse and worse over the years. The quality of Dunkin's products has steadily eroded to the point where I wonder why so many New Englanders are obsessed with their sub-par coffee and don't get me started on their food.It's almost as though the cooperate big-wigs are leaving all their terrible menu ideas to chance by spinning the wheel and hoping - no, praying - that they land on something with staying power.The only good thing about Disappointment Donuts is their ice machines. They have the best ice that last the longest!

Cannot get anything involving toasting without it being burnt. Even tried asking for "lightly toasted” to no avail. Breakfast sandwich will be hard and burnt, begal will be burnt, the only thing that they don't seem to burn is the hash browns because those are always soggy for some reason. i keep trying this shop for years thinking i can't be the only complaint and they will adjust the toaster but either people love everything black and burnt or they just like messing with me.Stick to coffee ☕

I wish the Dunkin id1878 donuts in Falmouth mass could be as good as this one and Wrentham. Apparently Kate Potter's don't work because all the Duncan's on Cape are closed and calm and lobbies aren't open wines 20 cars and longer if they are open through the drive thru. It's ridiculous Biden just given people money to stay home and do nothing so you can't even get a coffee

Difficult to park and difficult to turn left out of the lot. The service is hit or miss. On my last visit they could not get the size right. When I pointed out the mistake, I got attitude back. Drive on by. There is another DD's down Rt 1a Norfolk and another on 140 Franklin within a couple miles.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. I order the same thing multiple times per week and after 2 years they still can’t get it right. Literally any other Dunkin’ Donuts makes my sandwich and my frozen coffee perfectly. Seems like they are making my order wrong on purpose. Never going back there again

Dunkin Donuts is okay. I much prefer the coffee at Cumberland Farms however. The fact that it's only .99 cents doesn't hurt either. Dunkin Donuts is still classified as a bakery. Which in my opinion is far from being a bakery at this point. Most of them if not all of them don't even make the donuts on site any more. They are brought in on a truck now. Then there are so many different sandwiches and other things being offered by them.

All these Dunkin Donuts are an ugly thorn in the side to ANY community! Doesn't matter if they give good service or bad. They all need to be DESTROYED! If you go to any of these places PLEASE STOP! Go to a shopping center and get your own donuts or coffee. It will be MUCH CHEAPER!!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Dunkin closes at 10! I went there at 9:30 and the doors were locked! If you want to end earlier then don’t write 10 on your door. Unbelievable. Now I’m hungry.

Sorry I wish I can give you a rating just don't like you or your employees thank you folks absolutely disgusting I tell you to change your gloves because I'm allergic to yellow cheese and you don't but I am going to get in touch with corporate or District to have you guys have your ass at straight because you walk around like you own the place and you don't pay just employees and you just manager but I can promise you this the hammer is going to come down on you folks hard fast and quick so the next few days be looking out for corporate to give you a call or your district manager

This has been a very good place to go get breakfast. I can't reccomend it enough! It's Dunkin, what's not to love?
