Nice place to stay after or before shopping.Overwhelming athmosphere and very kind servers. The food was good and they have dishes you won't get in other restaurants. The restrooms were clean.And the store was the dot on the i.Just try it.

Went here last night. Due to the fact, we had never gone. Severs was great. Fast friendly on point.The food well mine was amazing, can't screw up fried chicken. Lol, mashed not-so-good rolls were hard as a rock. And the meatloaf sorry my dog would not eat that..but our server Daniel was very Apologetic, went and got dotty.(mud) and she took care of the whole thing got my friend a piece of chicken and some new rolls. She was great. Thank you to the crew that made his night. Plus he was eating my meal. Due to the fact he was hungry. So he got his chicken. Thank you guys again. Don't think I'll be back..lol

Cracker Barrel truly embodies the characteristics of home which we value most - great food and kind community.The Old country store in Wrentham is beautifully decorated and makes you feel like you're in a different era. The people are welcoming and friendly, with particularly attentive service.Importantly, the food is deluctible, healthy, and refreshing. I enjoyed the sampler breakfast, and everything was so well prepared.Thank you Cracker Barrel team. We will be back soon!

This place has gone so downhill. I was so excited to eat here and could not believe how bad it was. This is the second time I have felt this way in a row. The first time, I thought it was a mistake, so I didn't write the review, and now I have to because management has to make changes. The staff did not care. The food was poorly created and served. I was utterly shocked at the basic disregard of this restaurant. The food was disgusting and should not have been served. It was like microwaved food that had been warmed up from someone else's leftovers. One of their signature plates is chicken and biscuits, and it typically has a great, thick, and tasty gravy. Well, today, it tasted like fish juice water. See the video to see how watery and loose it was. It was odd. We were told that the corn muffins were cooking and they would be out afterward, and they never came. Our waitress disappeared for a long period of time. Having another person come to serve us. 3 out or the 5 plates she served weren't ours and had to go back. So we ate in shifts, destroying our family dinner that we were supposed to be enjoying together. It was free refills on sodas. And they never came back, so we couldn't get free refills. That we ended up spending $4 on sodas that we couldn't even refill. Every single thing about this place was wrong and off that day. Even the cooks that day didn't know what they were doing. The best part of that day was their shop and that is sad seeing we were at a restaurant.

The food is very consistent and always delicious! I'm good for once a month with my wife and several more with the whole family of 8-10 depending! Waiting for a table is never a problem because there's the rocking chairs with checker boards out front as well as the store itself has lots of stuff for every age! I'm big on the craft soda and candy!

Authentic American country style food. Comfort American food to the max expression.All of the southern cuisine staples available, plus breakfast available all day, which is one of my favorite things.Ordered sunny side up eggs and they were absolutely runny as I ordered them. All other items were delicious as well.The entrance is through their gift shop, but I frankly love the experience. The shop has that timeless American Christmas feel to it all year around and it's lovely. The prices increibly inexpensive for the location that is in. Fully recommended for large groups and family meals with children. There will be food for everyone to enjoy and the bill won't break the bank.Staff was super nice and helpful.Parking: Easy parking around building. Except for the weekends, as the crowd from the outlets can be too much.Kid-friendliness: Kids and family friendly restaurant. The menu will have plenty of options for the picky eaters.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access.

3 TB arrived after us and received their food before us. Ask waitress where's food. Apologies came and then our food came. Food was cold, ask for supervisor. Three of our meals were cold out of four. She apologized and went to get us hot food. Waitress apologized to us and left next we noticed the waitress leaving with her coat on at 18 minutes to 3. Ask where waitress was would not tell us. We were told we would get free dessert for our problems. Then the waitress tells us that the two Asian couples next to us pay for our meals cracker barrel wasn't going to take care of it. Thank you to the Asian couple but I don't think you paid for it. I was led to believe that she did not want this to be out that we got free meals. Two more waitresses and could not tell us what happened to the waitress we had and we were led to believe she was fired. Also the manager did not have the friendliest attitude toward us. Overall our meals were very good and we just happened to hit a bad experience. We were also led to believe that the couple did not pay for our food which was over $100. Good place to eat. BAD EXPERIENCE! We will return and try again.

The food was good, the price you can't get anywhere, but the waitress was horrible. She brought me coffee and dropped all over the table and didn't come back to clean or bring me more coffee, she left me with half a cup of coffee. We have to ask some kid who was cleaning the tables to bring us silverware. We ate our food, then we asked her to put two orders to go, she just put one. But we will go back there, because we love the place. But if we get her again, we will ask to get us another waitress.Kid-friendliness: Very good for kids and a lot of goodies in the waiting area for everyone.

Restaurant side was wonderful. Service was fast and wait staff were super pleasant and went above and beyond. The store side was a different story. One younger gentleman was very nice, however we witnessed a male employee being disciplined by an older female employee which was a little uncomfortable. The younger female cashier who checked us out was very cranky and acted like she didn’t want to be there.

This was the first time that we’ve visited a Cracker Barrel restaurant... no, store.. no, restaurant...We were looking for a place to grab a late lunch in the area, so we decided on Cracker Barrel. When we first pulled up, there were about 30-40 rocking chairs outside (for sale), strange. Then, upon entering the building, we realized we were in a store... a “country store” gift shop type of place. It was a pretty good size store too... again, strange. It took us a few moments to find the entrance to the restaurant part, which was in the back corner, behind all the shelves of stuff for sale. Once we got over there, we were warmly greeted, and shown to our table. We ordered the fried chicken, which seemed to be one of their popular dishes/specialty. It came out quickly, and was served hot. Everything looked and tasted pretty good. The service was great. Overall it was a nice meal. The whole walking through a retail store, and discovering the restaurant in the back was weird, but made for an interesting experience I guess.

My boyfriend’s food was good but I ordered their sweet and tangy chicken tenders which was supposed to be TOSSED in their maple bacon glaze but instead they poured it across the tenders and they didn’t offer any type of dipping sauce that was part of the meal or any cornbread either. If I go back it will only be to go into their shop that’s all.

Cracker Barrel in Wrentham: Where Wallets Rejoice and Families Grow (Literally!)Ah, Cracker Barrel! The place where the food tastes like Grandma's secret recipes, but without the "why aren't you married yet?" questions. As a growing family of soon-to-be five, with our third little princess en route, we've found our haven here.Let's address the first marvel of this establishment: affordability. When we walk in, my wallet does a happy jig rather than its usual sob of despair. It's a joyous occasion where I can afford a full meal and STILL have enough left over for that random antique I never knew I needed until I walked through Cracker Barrel's door. Yes, that's right! Their store is the Bermuda Triangle for impulse buys, and I'm gladly lost in it.For the experience? Oh, where to start! Between the creak of the wooden floors, the checkers games that my two soon-to-be big sisters fiercely compete in, and the menu that seems to be an endless parade of comfort food, it's a wonderland for families. The rocking chairs outside aren't just chairs; they're a rite of passage. I've rocked, pondered life, and then rocked some more - all while calculating the days left till our new arrival.Now, for a family of almost five, the portions here are bounteous. If food comas had a loyalty card, I'd be their platinum member. The kids? Well, let's just say they measure their growth spurts by Cracker Barrel visits.In conclusion, Cracker Barrel in Wrentham isn't just a restaurant. It's a family experience, a wallet's best friend, and probably the reason why our soon-to-arrive third girl already has a taste for biscuits. High marks for the cook Matt. He did a spectacular job on my pancakes, bacon and eggs meal. It been a while I have been looking forward to a classic Cracker Barrel breakfast, over 2yrs. Elayana was my waitress and she was very professional and timely to my table. I asked her who was the cook and she told me the name of the cook (Matt), midway through my mea. I asked if it would be okay to provide him with a tip because he did an amazing job preparing my food. She agreed. The reason I feel compel to share my experience is because I had a less that ideal experience at another cracker barrel in Wrentham Ma on father's day after craving breakfast over two years but never having the time to drive over to one of their stores. Those pancakes were not made with any pride. One was extremely thick, another was extremely small and all were blackened on one side and very light on the other. Unfortunately I did a pickup order so I did not see the poorly made pancake at curbside pickup. Kudos to the manager Cory Rose at this location for having a well trained staff. I high recommend this Cracker Barrel, where you feel valued, and you are sure to have an A+ experience.Thank you!

I loved the decor. Its rare I go here because its always busy. This time was no exception. Our poor waitress had been there since 7 AM and we were seated at 3 after a 45 min wait. They were short staffed. But that's a norm lately with all restaurants. The food was great though. Good portions. Priced fairly. Very clean eating area. The one thing I didn't like was that you paid your bill in the gift shop and that place was busy! There was clear signage that stated to wait here for cashier, she didn't acknowledge me when she did , she stated I needed to wait in the gift shop line to pay. What?? Thank goodness the mgr was there or I would have walked out the door after "placing" the money on the counter. I had waited to eat, waited for the food, waited for the bill, and then had to wait again to pay? A one hr lunch turned into 3 hrs.

Not the greatest experience. Country fried steak was very soggy no crisp. Was about 45 min from ordering to getting food. Terrible alcohol selection which is fine for a breakfast place but I ordered sangria and since our waiter wasn’t 18 I had to wait 25 min for an adult to bring it to me. Probably won’t be back.

Good food & great service when we had our late lunch. Ordered Southern Fried Chicken, Lemonade and something breakfast with a sirloin steak. However, the wait for too along about 30 minutes because of lack of servers. Still recommended because nothing to eat (no good food) at the outlet mall. Other restaurants closed down within or around the outlet mall.

I normally love cracker barrel but this was just disappointing. We were greeted promptly which was nice then seated. Our party of three ordered an app and some drinks, then our food. We never got napkins or silverware until we asked for it multiple times.After we got our app things went sideways. Our waitress just kept ignoring our table, and we sat there with no food for the better part of an hour. She checked in on us 1 maybe 2 times saying "I'll get your food now" too then come back and walk around our table and further ignore us. People who sat 20-30 min after we arrived, ordered, got food, then left.... our food finally came, served by a different waitress, and my order was wrong. At that point I couldn't even eat I was so just mad/disappointed, I got a to go box and took my food home.I get it if you're having a bad day, just apologize and own up to the fact you screwed up. Don't do what our waitress did, just ignore us and hope the problem goes away. I doubt I'll ever step foot in this establishment again.

The last 2 times I went there. My mashed potatoes were very cold and it took them a while to bring me out hot mashed potatoes and I was charged twice. Also they had peach cobbler and it came with ice cream and when they brought it. There were no ice cream and the kitchen manger came out and had an attitude that we did not like how we were talked to by him. So we decided not to go back to Cracker Barrel. We were treated so badly
