I love visiting this store. The deals are good, but the staff is what really makes it great (shout out to Shane and Ashley). The team is friendly and knowledgeable. They set me up with quite a few boards and tons of gear.I'm very impressed with the quality of the clothing and love visiting to pick up shirts, windbreakers, hoodies and non-mountain gear, too.

Staff was amazing, 10/10 - They helped me for an hour guiding me through everything. I was able to get my board, boots, binding, everything here and it was all 50-60% off. Even gave me recs on nearby mountains and instructors, overall super friendly and so informative. They set my board up with the new bindings I got and I walked out of that store with the biggest smile on my face!

Always a great experience, The workers tend to all be riders as well so you'll never have trouble finding what you need. Not to mention some of the summer sales, You'll sometimes find brand new boards for 50-70% off, just because its the off-season and they're technically last years stock. Great place to get a brand new setup.

My cousin and I went in looking for a new board and spoke to Dan (one of the Burton Employees) who was extremely helpful. Fortunately, he worked as an advanced carving instructor at a nearby ski resort. He explained exactly what type of board we needed for him. I also recently purchased a 154W Burton Custom on the Burton Website and he explained very well why I didn't need a wide board. Dan spent a whole hour helping us. Ryan (the manager) was able to exchange the board for a 158 (since it was unopened). I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a board.

I came into Burton needing a pair of snow pants for the new boarding season, and had no idea what I was looking for. Caiden from Burton Outlets assisted, taking me around the store and asking what colors and styles I prefer. Caiden explained to me how Gore-tex technology would help with wind chill while boarding. He found my sizes and I found something that worked well for me. I can’t wait to ride comfortably (and in style) for the season!

The service is extremely poor. There were probably six people working not one person asked me if I needed help. Everybody seem too occupied talking to each other. I was in the market for a new boot and binding set up. Looks like I’m gonna have to go somewhere else.

We had a great experience in the Burton store today. If you need help picking out the right snowboard gear, make sure you ask for Grant. We ended up buying a snowboard, bindings, and boots and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Grant was super knowledgeable and gave great recommendations on everything. I left the store with no questions unanswered and know that I can come back any time for further support, waxing, or fixing of gear.

The Burton outlet offers some of the finest outdoor jackets, bibs, long sleeve shirts, and accessories for colder weather. The Burton outlet Wrentham outlets is always fully stocked and you can pretty much always find a large if you’re a man.

I've been going to this store for some time to pick up the freshest gear at great prices.I have plans to snowboard for the first time this season, this coming weekend. While reviving my antique board from hibernation, I found my left ankle strap on my Lexa EST bindings to be nonfunctional. I tried to find a replacement strap by calling various local stores and even visited a couple stores, but no luck.This store had a replacement strap!!!!!!!!!!!!!The sales associate (Jamie, if I recall correctly) was super friendly and attentive.This place is great, they are the best...I will be back!!!

Helped heat form my new boots. Also accept online returns and since it is so hard to find boots in stock anywhere nice to buy a few on line and then return the ones that do not fit. Stick in store not the best, if you are XS or XXL you may be in luck...
