Usual a decent experience unless the cashier is a young cashier with a low haircut with a part no matter when I go there if he’s my cashier he’s always very rude and unprofessional. Today as he finishes scanning my candy bars he’s slamming them down with an attitude. After I paid for my stuff put my candy in a bag but gave me no bag for my drinks and I had bought 2 6cts or ginger ale. Literally anybody else has great customer service but him

Not a bad Walgreen's location. I've noticed many negative reviews & complaints, however most of these involved only the pharmacy & not the actual store itself. I have not had any dealings with the pharmacy, so I cannot comment on that...however the store itself seems well stocked, easy to find items, and friendly staff from my experiences. Last time I stopped by was just before the holidays & I enjoyed checking out all of the Christmas merchandise. I got one of my girl's a Hot Wheels toy that was attached to a discounted price (under $20!) that made a perfect gift. They had beautifully boxed Christmas cards as well, some were the more expensive Hallmark brand ones, others were for less & still very nice. I would revisit more often, alrhough Worcester isn't that close to where I live though.

Went inside to pick up a prescription asked for my insurance card as I didn’t have it on me they told me a picture would be fine. I get a picture within 2 minutes. They had walked away and there was still no one to be seen 10 minutes later. So I go through the drive through. Sitting and waiting in the drive thru for THIRTY+ MINUTES! Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never had a pharmacy take so long.

The line for the pharmacy is always at least 20 minutes. Every employee is rude and miserable. Go to CVS down the street or a different Walgreens. All others are much better.

The unprofessional young person at the drive thru was very rude and uneducated. She would roll her eyes as I asked a question about my medication as if she was bored and not interested in what I was asking. please go back to the getto !!!!!

I go to this pharmacy as it is the only 24 hr one within an acceptable distance from my home. It is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of receiving medication from. Truly horrible in every way. I have never seen the pharmacist do any actual work, they leave it all to a young 20 something tech. Refuse to assist the tech even with 20 clientele lined up. I was on the phone on hold for 1.5 HOURS before I decided to drive over, still on the call. No one was on the phone when I arrived, no one was in line, and it took 3-4 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. I am ashamed for the grown adults who cowardly leave the tech to deal with a line (which quickly developed after I spoke with the tech for about two minutes) of upset customers. This pharmacy is literally the worst. It is a gross and dirty building. Rude, lazy, and that poor tech deserves better. Shame on those adults.

literally some of the worst service from any pharmacy I've ever been to. They never refill my prescription unless I ask at least 2-3 times. It's never ready when I arrive even though they will call and tell me it is ready. The level of apathy held by the pharmacists toward customers is genuinely concerning. I would give this zero stars if that were an option.

So today I called the pharmacy for a question I had regarding one of my kids antibiotics. Upon reaching the pharmacy staff I was prompted to give my child name. I told her to please wait since I had to kids on antibiotics. I had to repeat this twice since she kept repeating herself. Then I could hear her say oh you don’t know her name with the rudest voice ever. Wish I knew her name but when they answer the phone they don’t tell you there name. All I know she was a female. No customer skills at all, no compassion with customers that are sick and very unprofessional. Nevertheless to say I was transfer to the pharmacist and she took care of my question.

Very incapable pharmacy, always there is a problem with their system or their staff don't know how to use it. Their work for is so inefficient that each prescription pick up takes 30-40 minutes at least, many times without success.. Very incompetent staff and branch, would recommend avoiding this pharmacy if possible!

Very friendly and easy going store manager. Allowed me to use the restroom with no problems. They ask you to please leave your bookbag and other bags in the front of the store near the door understandable because there is a lot of shoplifting goes on there.

Literally a nightmare to get anything with a PA required filled. The staff is rude and condescending and every person who picks up the phone gives a completely different reason as to why they can’t fill your meds that are 2 months overdue.

So dissapointed. My prescriptions are never ready on time. They say prescripstions can be filled in as little as 1 hour, this has never happend! There has been times where I have to wait until the next day to have my prescription filled. Very slow and rude staff. It's sad that sick people have to deal with this

Trying yo refill a prescription for my husband. Called the number, get the answering service for refills, as always. Enter information and even though it shows one refill available, it transferredme to a staff. On hold for 8 minutes, listening to strange noise. Hung up, called again twice, same story, but the call was terminated immediately and not transferred. What a bad service.

Never dealt w covid vac, there, & the phone system is not a human. But where humans are involved, I've found it to be the finest pharmacy in Worcester. I prefer accuracy, & cleanliness in my drug store, they have it in spades. I just read through the comments. O M G, what belly laughs 😂, Hilarious, if you read between the lines, you will see, a lot of sad individuals, with weird unique complaints, that I'm sure they keep bumping into everywhere they go in life. Lmfao, So sad, buddy, no, life isn't fair. If you've been given life's short end of the stick, 24/7, then I bet you keep hitting that brick wall, & glass ceiling, imposed by nature, for the survival of the fittest. Apparently, stop by 24/7, & you may see a few unfortunate, individuals, complaining to themselves, & bumping into the outside brick building, rather then use the door. Sad, but life isn't fair. Some have shorter sticks then others.

Avoid this branch if at all possible. Poorly competent pharmacy staff. Told two days in a row that a prescription "would be in tomorrow", before finally being told it was on back order and would be unavailable indefinitely. In addition, external building is dirty with lots of litter. Panhandling outside the entrance is also common.

Had an appt for 6:00pm on 1/14/2022 to get my daughters vaccine . I checked in 6:05 pm and I waited for almost an hour the lady who checked us in never gave me the form to fill out . Plus the lady who was giving the vaccine shot was taking way too long to call anyone in . I was very upset because my wait time was going to be a lot longer than my appt time. I definitely understand when people get busy and this is something not to be rushed but what’s the point of an appt time if it’s going way past the appt time .

Pharmacy always getting things wrong. They tell you they will fill a script in 10 minutes you get it an hour later. Love when you call and they scold you for calling instead of using the app that barely works. The pan handling is out of control there as well. I gave 2 stars because I'm being generous.

Love the employees! Don't love the physical store. The drive-up window is always filthy / dirty with dirt dust and spittle. The grounds around the building always has trash in the parking lot and grassy areas. The floor of the store is horrible: Dirty, trash everywhere and just gross. There is no excuse for this except poor, very poor management. I only shop there because my favorite pharmacist works there!

After receiving a call and a text message saying my prescription is ready to pick up 2 days in a row, I came to pick it up after I am done working ( 11:00 pm). I was waiting like 30 mins in line. The pharmacist or pharmacist tech turned the patient in front of me away and told her to come back the next day and of course that patient was not happy. When it came to my turn she brought out my medication but could not check me out, told me to come back the next day. I ask her what is the problem? She said the computer keep saying the medication is not ready for pick up?!? I told her you have my medication in your hands why couldn’t check me out. She told me to come back the next day again. I am sorry she is definite undertrained , doesn’t know what she is doing and working alone. I am a diabetic patient I pick up my medication very often I never see her before and I am pretty sure she is new. I asked for her name ( she said her name is Filamina) and left. I am wondering if walgreen should let’s someone is so undertrained working alone at night? It’s a waste of time for everyone. Apparently I spent like 35 minutes there, my medication in front of me but I couldn’t take it home and had to come back the next day. I’m sorry but I think my family will switch pharmacy from now on after 5 plus years

I’m not from here.. Had to think between 1 or 3 stars. I’ll be nice.The manager seemed to be a younger lady who directed me to completely different isle by the wall for a nasal spray. Wasn’t there. I didn’t really care, things happen. I got it eventually after finding someone else to help me. Then this lady was helping me out with the rest of the things, she was nice and actually walked with me and helped me get certain things. One of my purchases was DayQuil that I got IDd for.. I mean I guess it’s hard to notice almost 30 year old and you have to ID me for medicine.. whatever. I had an expired ID on me, and she was not giving up.She says, your ID is expired. I asked her, does it change my age? She wouldn’t help. I had to go find my passport, and when she got it, she looked like she never had seen one before and took quite a while to figure it out. Like come on. Really

My wife & I use this pharmacy and my biggest concern is the beggers that sit right near the front door every day, I have spoken to the manager about this .He said they have a securety company at night watching the lot .I told him that most of this goes on during the day & these people are back at the homeless shelter by 7:00pm. I would not complain but now they are getting nasty if you don`t give them something ,

I had a bad experience at this Walgreens. I made an appointment for a covid booster shot online and arrived a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork. I was told to have a seat in the waiting area and I would be called for the shot. After waiting nearly an hour I finally cancelled the appointment and left. I will not be returning to this store.

The staff at this Walgreen's is pleasant. The store was clean and organized.Walgreen's, like CVS, has become very pricey. They offset it a little with their app. You can earn rewards.

I called and asked for a refill of medication and they said it would be ready the next day. I went to the store the next day and they told me they forgot to order the medication so I need to come back the next day. What’s the point of calling in a prescription if they don’t even order it when you call
