I have a couple of clients that bring thier dogs here for doggy day care the staff is always nice helpful and professional. They are also excellent with the dogs the dogs that I bring there are always excited to get there and when coming home happy and totally tired while coming home would definitely recommend bringing your pup here

We love this place! We send both our dogs to Waggerz for daycare and boarding. Waggerz staff is great, very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We recently adopted a second dog, they were great with him (more so with me). They know their stuff about dogs. Our dogs come back exhausted from a day of exercise. They must wipe them down with puppy wipes, our guy always smells so good when he comes home, no kennel smell. I wouldn't go anywhere else.. They do grooming as well; great for us; we drop off for daycare and our guy comes back with his nails done. Great place for pups.

The best dog daycare in Worcester. My dog leaves tired and happy every day. I get to go home and relax with her, instead of spending the evening going on 3 walks in between her bouncing off the walls. You can tell the staff have a true love for dogs and what they do. If you're an animal person, these are your animal people.

I’m so glad we found Waggerz Lounge for our dog. The staff is great and very caring! We boarded Scarlett and she interacted with lots of dogs; the socialization with other dogs is great for her. They get lots of exercise because when she comes home she just wants to sleep. . It’s great knowing we can make last minute reservations for either day care or boarding along with feeling comfortable that she’s in good hands.

I can't say enough about Waggerz' Lounge. Great spot for doggy daycare. Been coming here for 4 years now. My dog always gets all of her energy out and is asleep for 2 days afterwards. The staff is attentive, polite, and respectful. They're always updating records to making sure that all the dogs are up to date with their vaccinations. Great hours for early in the morning drop off and late afternoon pick-up. Boarding is easy to do, just have to call and reserve a spot. There are two pens: one for big dogs and one for smaller dogs. From what I can see, all the dogs have a great time playing with each other. I can't recommend Waggerz' enough.

Our dog Sully loves going to waggerz. We have been going here for over 5 years for both daycare and boarding. The staff are great with all the dogs and I feel very comfortable leaving Sully both for the day and overnight if needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable doggy daycare! Very friendly and caring staff. My dog loves it here, she can't wait to go in the mornings . Ive also left her with them on at least 3 occasions for a week, and every time I pick her up shes healthy and happy! This place allows me to relax on vacation as I dont need to worry about my dog. Staff is wonderful. They are like family, except nice!

My 3 yo lab mix has been going to waggerz for 2 years and we couldnt be happier. She is always so exicted to be there and comes home tired and cuddly from a day of fun! The staff there are so friendly and take the time to know each dog. Place is clean and i feel very comfortable with leaving her there in their care.

Waggerz Lounge has been a wonderful experience for our family and our dogs. Beginning with Allison, the groomer, she is fabulous. Depending on the season, when I tell her what I would like, she clips my Pomeranian perfectly. Her affection for all the dogs is quite evident and the finished product of how my dog looks shows her grooming knowledge and artistry. I'm always more than satisfied and pleased.Several years ago when I first considered boarding my dog there, I took a tour of Waggerz with the owner, Chris. It is well organized and clean and I saw how the size and temperaments of the various dogs are taken into consideration and grouped. It was nice to see the dogs happily playing within the inside and outside areas as well as interacting with the employees.Upon completion of my tour, I made an apptmt to bring my dog for a 4 hour "trial" period as to how she interacts with the other dogs her size. She was fine and I made reservations to board her for 2 weeks. It worked out so well and she made friends with one particular dog and they hung around together the entire time. (a surprise to me as she has always been aloof with other dogs). Waggerz Lounge has been just great in every way regarding the care of our precious dogs, whether boarding, grooming, and daycare. So happy for Waggerz Lounge. Thank you!

My dog, Moon, started going to Waggerz when she was only 3 months old and 11 pounds. I trust the staff so much - they take care of her as if she’s their own dog. She has stayed there for both daycare and boarding. I can tell Moon gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. Thank you for taking such good care of my little troublemaker!

We've been bringing our puppy Moose here for a few weeks now. He was very afraid at first of going here (although he loves the dog park), we suspect because he has already been showing signs of separation anxiety. We have been pleasantly surprise with how he has grown to seemingly be happy to be going in the mornings to daycare. They have shown to care for the dogs well, and even worked on practicing with his gentle leader one day while he was there. This is costing us the same as our dog walker was and now he is getting supervised for up to 12 hours!! cant beat it. We have an older dog who can be temperamental so I wouldn't think this would be a good environment for her, but as long as you know your dog this is an excellent place to bring them. The only thing I would change or improve is I would love if there were webcams to watch throughout the day. Id love to get to see the dogs playing periodically while I'm bored at work!

We have been getting our dog groomed for years at Waggerz and they are great. Even during the pandemic they have been trying to get all the dogs in who usually get groomed and have been following the strict guidelines. Alison did a great job as usual.

Our two dogs attend day care at Waggerz on a regular basis. We have also boarded them there on multiple occassions. Boarding is actually a misnomer- for a dog it is more like a sleep over camp with your very best friends. Chris and Sherrie and the staff love each dog as if they were their own. They also seem genuinely happy to see them every morning and sad to see them go at the end of the day.Chris and Sherrie are very knowledgeable about animal behavior and make sure that it is a safe and fun environment for your pet. We have been able to leave our dogs there and go out of the country with no worries. Your dog will receive excellent care and socialization and plenty of love. I could not recommend Waggerz any higher.

Waggerz Lounge is the go-to daycare for my Dog. Having had the opportunity to experience both local to Worcester shops my wife and I prefer Waggerz. Chris and Sherri are both great and you can tell our Dog really likes to visit and be part of their pack the three day's a week we visit.Being able to play outside during the day is a bonus that was unavailable at their competitor. The only thing we wish they would institute is larger Daycare packages and slightly longer (7pm) hours.

We have been bringing our 1.5 year old Alaskan Malamute, Cloudy, to Waggerz for the last 7 months, and we have nothing but great things to say about them. Cloudy is a big boy with a lot of energy, he wakes us up every morning all excited because he cannot wait to get to get to camp to see all his friends! Chris, Sherri, and their team have been nothing but fantastic to us and Cloudy.We shopped around numerous play areas in order to make sure Cloudy stayed properly socialized and felt that Waggerz was the best fit for us. Their knowledge of not only his breed, but also all breeds, and friendly demeanor made them stand out to us. We recently returned from a vacation out of the country, normally vacation is so stressful because we worry about the wellbeing of our dogs, but this time was different. We knew Cloudy was in great hands, and loved seeing his pictures and videos posted online and sent to us while we were on our trip.Chris, Sherri, and their team are always available to talk to, and have gone above and beyond in terms of customer service. Waggerz is the only place that we will trust with our boys for grooming, daycare, and playtime.

My dog has been a satisfied Waggerz daycare client as well as boarding client for the past few years. I read about people being concerned with their dogs' thirst after returning from Waggerz. I have found that my dog Niko is also quite thirsty when he returns, but it is because he does not like to drink out of bowls other than his own. He loves going to Waggerz. The people who work there love dogs, and Niko can't wait to go in when we pull up and get out of our car. If Niko did not get what he needed there, he certainly would not eagerly indicate his desire to go in.

Our dog Penny is a veteran of Waggerz Lounge, starting with Puppy School when she was just a tiny little girl. We were so impressed by Chris and the Waggerz facilities that we knew that as soon as she was old enough, we would try her out there for daycare. That was the greatest decision we ever made, as she has been going several times a week ever since, six years and running. Her excitement on “Waggerz Day” is amazing, from the moment we tell her in the morning that she’s going until the car ride is over and we finally arrive. When we get in the door, she runs to the gate and bounces like a rubber ball until Sheri or Alison or one of the other folks lets her in. She greets the staff with a grand hello and the biggest smile you can imagine, then off to the play area in a gallop to get to her friends. It never fails to start my day off with a smile to see my best friend so happy, and it happens every single time that’s she’s come for all these years. Incredible. Penny has also boarded at Waggerz - we can leave her with great comfort knowing the extraordinary care she gets while we are away. And not to forget Alison, the best dog groomer on the planet. We can’t wait to pick Penny up after her “spa” treatment day... she comes home soft, beautiful and smelling like a rose! To top it off, Penny simply loves Alison to pieces. I could go on, but can wrap it up very easily - Waggerz Lounge is the greatest. Thank you all for your caring, hard work, dedication and expertise, and for being part of our extended family.P.S. Penny’s Puppy School diploma still hangs proudly on our refrigerator!

They don’t give dogs water!I went abroad for a month and board my lab here based on the previous reviews. But when I picked him up, he seemed very sad and apparently thinner. The snacks I left has not been touched and returned to me by staff exactly the same as I gave it to them a month ago. After getting home, my dog drank 3 full bowls of water and peed only several drops with dark brown color.There is something very wrong going on here. I will never leave my dog here to suffer again.

My weimaraner goes to waggerz every day. As soon as we get to the big intersection on the way in, her whole butt wiggles in excitement. I know she loves going, and know she is in good hands!
