Quite possibly the worst Home Depot store in America. The parking lot is impossibly small and nearly impossible to navigate because everyone is this city backs into their spaces. Online orders get left in lock boxes where they are promptly lost or stolen. Management has no means of confirming whether you or someone else picked up the order, then refuses to assist, forcing the customer to pursue legal channels to get a refund. The store building is awkwardly shaped, so aisles are 150% their normal size, meaning that merchandise is in a completely different place than every other store. Everybody is stoned, the store smells like a Grateful Dead concert, and workers seem unable to process information when you need help.

The staff doesn’t seem to care about customers. This was the third time visiting in a row when it was difficult to find someone to ask for help. The first guy flat out said no “he doesn’t know anything about plumbing” while stocking the shelves. The second simply left after he saw me waiting. Then, at checkout, three employees were having a social conversation they did not interrupt when pointing me to the self-serve checkout kiosk. I think I’ll go to Lowe’s next time.

About a year ago we installed windows with the Home Depot with a 24-month interest-free loan. This month we saw the interest charge on my account. We went into the store to get some clarity and Savannah was there to help even early in the morning. She was understanding and quick to resolve the problem. The credit card department representatives were very kind and helpful as well. It was an 11/10 customer service experience.

DO NOT ORDER KITCHEN CABINETS FROM HOME DEPOT. I had purchased a kitchen cabinets. I met with a home depot kitchen designer and together we designed a kitchen. When I went back to pay and place the order I confirmed with the Kitchen Rep the design I wanted and pointed out I also liked the handles they had on the display model of the kitchen cabinets I orders. I was living in a hotel due to a house fire when the cabinets were delivered. The contractors assembled the kitchen. So when I finally saw the cabinets it was the wrong design. I had ordered Shaker and got raised panel. I called Home Depot to ask how we could fix the problem. They told me I that it was my mistake for not checking the boxes first. Then they completely ignored my calls. I contacted BBB and finally got a response from corporate BBB stating they have contacted this home depot and that my problem would be resolved. They would replace the door fronts. Never heard from the store. So I called. I was told my ticket had been escalated and that I was to be transferred to a manager but the manager wasn't available and was told to call back on Tuesday. Called Tuesday was told it was the managers day off and to call back Friday. I called back Friday and was told it was the managers day off and I should call back Monday. I called back Monday was told it was his day off and I should call back Tuesday. This went on for 3 months of being completely ignored. When I finally did speak with a manager I was told if I paid for entirely new kitchen they would give me a discount or they could give a check for a portion of the kitchen I ordered for the "misunderstanding" I couldn't afford a whole new 2nd kitchen so I had to take the check now I have to live for the next couple decades with a kitchen I hate because of the mistake made by home depot. Extremely poor customer service.

This is my home store home Depot. It's very well staffed with knowledgeable employees. Who were very happy to help me find what I needed! Missing batteries! Pains in the arses.. and of course if you have to buy a new battery, why not a new tool too?

Huge and hoppin' location. Kenny at returns was polite and welcoming. While Omar in lumber went the extra mile to help me find the molding I needed. The manager there and Kevin in tools helped me in comparing compound miter saws specs. Jacob cashed me out with a very cordial attitude of professionalism. All the associates that I met along the way we're receptive and easy to engage. A neat well stocked store

Well, that was a journey.I gave it four stars because in the end I got what I came for and largely customer service was very helpful. But as you read the story below, it was a wildly inconsistent ride.I did appreciate the volume of customer support on the floor. Unlike the Shrewsbury MA store where floor support almost doesn’t exist, my story below highlights this store’s commitment to customer service, if nothing else, in sheer volume. So I show up. The first HD member I find seems friendly enough and offers to help. Let’s call him Bass Pro Hat, because I missed his name. I am shopping for Christmas Decor. He leads me over to the section, I point out what I am looking for, he checks his machine and says it shows we have four left. So we look. At some point he says I think I saw one outside, wait right here, I’ll be right back. So I wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. At this point I am thinking this is good sign because I am waiting so long, he must of found it (its big yard decor) and he must be figuring out a way to get it down, get out front etc. But I finally decide to move to a different location, only to find him socializing with a customer service girl. So I make eye contact over the barriers to customer service and ask him - did you find it? He says no and then randomly points to another rep and says she will be more helpful because it is her department. Ok.Turns out she was. Let’s call her super helper number one because I missed her name too. As we search again, we have a similar conversation that the inventory says four. She ultimately figures out that the only left is the display one. She then says she can get it down for me, and give me a 10% discount, it just won’t come in a box. Ok, awesome. Moments later she comes back with a ladder and a helper. Lets call her helper number one because I missed her name. I greet the helper, I try to make small talk, she just stares at me, doesn’t say a word, looks down at her machine, and walks off. It appears she is now looking for the other four the inventory claims to be in the store. Finally super helper number one is able to bring down the reindeer and the sleigh. She escorts me over to the register to make sure that I get the discount and hands me off to Brenda.Brenda is awesome. (aka super helper number 2) She gives me different ideas on what to do with the yard decor display. Full of smiles and friendliness. I say thank you and I'm on my way. When I get to my truck, I realize I will need ground stakes to hold down the yard decor on my lawn. So I returned to the store.I run into Kelsey. Kelsey is awesome. (aka super helper number 3). He's hustling and trying to find exactly what I'm looking for. He's asking people left and right. He's relentless. Awesome. We run into Kevin (aka super helper number 4).Kevin knows right away, says, yes, down aisle six, and it should be near the bungee cords. Awesome. As we are heading that way, Kelsey gets recognized by another customer obviously because of his former customer service who asks for his help. I'm like no problem. I got this. I know exactly where it is now. Thanks for your help.As I'm walking down the aisle and looking for it, Kevin literally follows up with me and says, hey, I'll help you find it. Okay, amazing. As we're looking for it, Kelsey returns and says, hey, I just wanted to check in to make sure you found it. And we do. So that's awesome. So then I am on the check out aisle, and the cashier notices I am wearing a field hockey hat. He asks if I play (I'm 54 btw) and I say no. He says, oh, I didn’t know if you were another Lia Thomas because you didn’t look like a girl. If you don’t know who Lia Thomas is, she is at the center of the transgender in sports debate because she was born a male but competed for the UPenn Women’s swim team.Anyway, four stars. Got what I came for. Mostly had good to great support. Bass Pro Hat, helper #1, and cashier guy could use a little more customer service training, perhaps from super helpers 1-4.

I had a very poor experience. When I visited the store tonight, the manager on duty, Adam, was rude and embarrassed me in front of three of my staff people. He claimed that the items I was intending to return were dirty and that the cart they were in was dirty. Attached to this review our photos of the items I was looking to return. The cleanliness of the carts that Home Depot provides to their customers is their responsibility to maintain, and denying a return on the basis of a dirty cart is unacceptable. I explained that my company spends a lot of money at many Home Depots across the state, and we return very little of what we purchased. I've never in my years of business been treated this poorly about a return. "Hassle-free returns" is far from accurate! Beware!

Absolutely horrible shopping experience. The lady who works in the home appliance section (her name might be Melanie? Mid 40’s highlights, glasses) clearly needs psychiatric help.

Their garden area is weirdly laid out with three disconnected parts. But they have what's needed it's just hard to find it.

It saddens me to report that the quality at this Home Depot has taken a nose-dive since around the time of the pandemic. While I could pick a host of issues to bring to the table, such as awful customer service (including the outright refusal to walk me to a location being described when asking for help - sorry, but as a person with vision disabilities I need help beyond just pointing vaguely, and the eye-rolls when asking to be shown in person left me feeling like garbage), or very poor management of materials stocks, particularly the lumber, I will instead focus on parking management. I don't want to go into personal reasons why I am concerned about the fire lane and people not parking in it, but I am just so frustrated with the lack of effort to keep drivers from parking in a place that ambulances and firetrucks would need to park in the event of a medical emergency or fire. Yes, I know this is also on the customers, but I just wish you would enforce your no-parking areas, or at least take me seriously when I point out the multiple vehicles parked there. I think I need to become a Lowe's person.

Love this location since I find everything I need (sometimes out of stock in other locations). Customer service is top notch, always trying their best to help you. I had to cut a board of wood and the cut had to be precise, KYLE F. spent considerable time and tried to get it right, and right he did. Thanks Kyle.

11/3/23: the phone rang for 10:42 seconds before somebody bothered to pick up in customer service. 2023 UPDATE: I placed a $1,600 order over the phone. The next day when I went to pick everything up I found out two things. 1) somebody should've told me that I needed to call two hours ahead of time before I can pick up all the materials. That would've been good information to tell me. 2) when I got there, one item was not in stock, and one of two items was badly damaged and nobody seemed to know about either of these deficiencies until they went searching for them. I ended up waiting almost an hour and a half anyway to find staff willing and able to help. The employees were very nice, but three of them mentioned that the poor staffing was because their scheduling was miserable. There was only one person in the entire Pro department. There were two times when I called customer service. One time it took 4 minutes of ringing the other time 9.5 minutes before somebody bothered to pick up. Last quarter the Home Depot made $4.7 billion net profit. Surely they could afford to hire JUST ONE more person per store.I think I'll stick to Lowe's from now on.

I tried to rent a steam cleaner here. I have a valid license, but my physical license is expired, but I have one coming in the mail. I have not had any issue anywhere, at bars, at liquor stores, in the airport as an ID, etc. It is a real, valid ID, even if the date is expired. But for whatever reason, I had an issue at this home depot. Because my license did not scan in their system, they refused to rent me the steam cleaner. I offered to supply emails I have sent back and forth with the DMV, I pulled up the DMV website to show proof that this is my ID and that there is one coming. But they refused to help at all. This was a very frustrating experience. I have been able to get through airport security with this ID, but apparently Home Depot license security is tougher to get through than TSA! I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service and refusal to work around what information was provided. I cannot control the speed at which the DMV sends me a new ID

By far one the best places ever. They have the best customer service. The manager Joe is spot on the best and the managers care.

I feel morally conflicted when I shop at the "big box" stores like this. But, this particular Home Depot is always well staffed with friendly and informative people.

I went into Home Depot to purchase countertops with installation thinking that everything would be fine since they are supposed to be a reputable company. I brought in my estimate of the countertops with pictures. They sold me the material, with what was supposed to be free installation and edges. I was told to go out and see the slabs at All Granite and Marble. When I got there, I showed the representative my measurements and she calculated it. Afterwards, I was supposed to have received an appointment from All Granite and Marble, the installation provider for Home Depot. Two days went by without any response. I called Home Depot and was instructed to call the provider. I was given a date and time frame for the measurement. The employee showed up 25 minutes late and had major attitude when I called to asked him how far he was. When he arrived at my house, he immediately started to complain that he was unable to measure the countertops due to the tile backsplash that had nothing to do with the countertops. I then called All Granite and Marble to schedule another appointment for someone to come out and was informed that the scheduler was at lunch. Two more days went by with no return call. I called on the Tuesday and was told that she was at lunch. Anyway, I was given an appointment date and timeframe from 11am to 2pm. I stayed at home waiting for their employee to come out. At approximately 1:47pm, I received a call from the company that they had to reschedule my appointment. I was not having it, as I explained to the representative that I should have been made aware from in the morning. They sent 2 non English speaking guys who ripped the countertops and my wall. I was then contacted by Home Depot to let me know that “they found an extra 16 square feet of countertop and it was going to cost me $1,900.” I told the rep that, that was impossible and that I wanted a refund. I also made a complaint regarding the damage of my walls. No one from Home Depot or All Granite and Marble have addressed this issue even though I sent photos of the damage to Home Depot. I received a follow up call from another associate at Home Depot and I reiterated the same message and was promised a call back which never happened. Finally I got down to Home Depot and waited for over an half-hour to speak to someone in the kitchen department. When he finally arrived, he tried to tell me the same story. I requested for the manager who arrived with much attitude. After spending 2 hours trying to explain the situation and reporting that the rep from All Granite and Marble basically hang the phone on me when I insisted that the measurements were incorrect and that I needed another measurement, I was promised another opportunity for a re-measurement. Two, guys came out, we spent an hour going over the template that was taken prior. I asked about 4 times for the countertops to be measured and even offered to get my tape measure for them to use. After much reluctance, he finally measured the countertops and found a much discrepancies. The measurements totaled 65 square feet verses the 74 square feet that the other All Marble and Granite employee had stated. I then received a phone call from Home Depot that based on the measurements, I now owned $1,600. I asked, how could that be since the first measurement was 74 square feet and would have cost $1,900 and now it’s 65 square feet so how can it be $1,600 more that I would have to pay. I requested a refund and was bluntly told that they would deduct $250 for having to come out to my house a second time to measure my countertops. I have placed 2-3 calls to Home Depot, transferred and received no answer.

It's a Home Depot. The employees seem to avoid customers like the plague and of all the times I've been in there no-one has ever asked if I've needed help. I use the app to find what I need in the store and that's how I approach this place as it is well stocked. The parking lot is chaotic and small and you need to be careful when maneuvering in there.

Pretty well organized hardware, construction and all kinds of materials for the contractor or the do-it-yourselfers, as well. There's a gardening section with beautiful blooms for the season.
