I went into Target to good gather gallon water when I asked 3 workers. The first worker told me that there’s some in the back but she can’t get it because she’s doing drive up (which I understand) and for me to ask someone else or go to electronics. So I asked someone else and he said he couldn’t do it because he’s busy to go to electronics. The other person he said the same thing he’s busy. So I go to electronics and ask someone and at first he’s acting like he dont know what I’m saying and saying there’s no more. And I told him the lady said there’s some in the back she checked she just can’t bring it out. He goes in the back asking me how many I’ll like I told him 6. He’s gone for a while and he comes back out with the second person and third who told me their “too busy” all three of them laughing in my face telling me there’s none in the back that they all checked. I told them the first girl doing drive thru showed me. They continue to laugh like if I said something funny. Mind you they have me running all around the store and waiting for a while like if it was a game. I find that very unprofessional and disrespectful I have to leave before I lost it. They didn’t want to bring it out because it was “a lot of work”

Security was horrible DIDNT stop me from stealing, the manager thought she was doing something and rudely approached me AND flopped while I STILL walked out the store with my free items untouched. I would give a zero I could.

I've witnessed this location go from a great store to sadly a dump. The store was such a mess, but I'm not sure if it is because of a lack of staff or poor management. I quickly ran in for shampoo & quickly ran out

The clothing and shoe department is a disorganized dump. Not sure if this is due to sloppy customers, or lack of care from the workers. But it is impossible to navigate without tripping over things flung everywhere. Just, so messy. There are hardly ever cashiers working.

This store is always clean and easy to navigate! Also has a Capital one Atm, which allows you to do complete banking transaction's which is very convenite, no line's to speak of!

Not a particularly great Target. Shelves are a mess and it’s not organized very well. Also, the checkout staff was quite emotionless. The only reason I didn’t give it 1 star was the gentleman at the front wiping down baskets was very friendly.

Keith Imbody is the ONLY reason I still use the Worcester target drive up. As a single mother to a 9 month old that works two jobs it’s hard to have the time to go into the store. Keith aka the flash is the worlds greatest target employee. He’s super kind, sweet, funny and smart. Always goes the extra mile to make sure you get everything you were looking for. Rain shine snow hail etc he is at the car the minute you arrive to your parked spot. He always knows how to make you smile. This man deserves a raise or a nice lil bonus!!!

The staff at Target Optical is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Girouard spent time with me to understand my needs, quickly find my problems and provide me with options that made me comfortable and satisfied with my new contact lenses. I would definitely recommend this shop in this doctor. It was a great experience.

Got to the store late as it was a busy day. Got here at 920 store closes at 10 p.m. . Other than the floors being somewhat cluttered with what looks to be inventory and restocking going on later tonight, was a great shopping experience. Staff was helpful and we're not rushing to people out of the store. Another one of the reasons I love Target.

Very poorly managed store. Supervisors get bonuses to keep hours low so they are constantly understaffed, and when workers fail to keep up with quotas due to how understaffed they are, they get berated for the situation their own supervisors created. Piles of product get stuck in the back, inaccessible, because there's never enough people to push it out onto the floor. The blame then gets shifted onto order fulfillment when they can't find products that they literally can't access because they are stuck on pallets in the back. This causes problems for customers when ordering online especially, as products will be listed as in-stock online even if they are stuck in the back, where workers literally physically cannot reach them. As such, many online orders cannot be fulfilled properly and you're never guaranteed to get the item you ordered. Their customers and their workers deserve better than this, and the management should be replaced with people who actually know how to run a store.EDIT 6/27/23: Instead of doing anything productive about this, Target has now decided to RAISE the order limit to 10 instead of 8 items, and expects its staff to fill these orders in the same amount of time, which was often not even enough for their 8-item limit, due to all of the above problems. So, yeah. Don't spend your money here.

Went shopping Christmas eve, all registers were open. Found every thing I was looking for no problem, wasn't that crowded and cashiers were quick to ring up items and bag them. Almost better then rest of the shopping days. Returned a item there were even extra help at that counter. If your really in a rush and there are long lines you can checkout In the electronic dept. Great experience.

no matter what month or day i go to this store it's a nightmare. can't fit a cart down any of the aisles because they're blocked with pallets and dollies of stuff. the aisles that are accessible are full of bare shelves and random abandoned things. the whole store looks like a pack of rabid children were turned loose in there to destroy everything. checking out takes forever. the only reason for the second star is that the staff is always polite and on point. they deserve better than to work at this wretched store.

Omg worst target I've ever been to. Barely anything on the shelves. Nothing in its spot. Literal garbage all over the front of the building and parking lot. No registers open. Huge line at the self check out. If I wanted to shop like I was in Walmart, I would have gone to Walmart. Very sad to see Target go downhill like this.

I want to thank the Target staff for helping me yesterday. I am autistic and felt I was being mistreated by the blonde pharmacist who works for CVS. I tried to advocate for myself and let that person know how they were treating me was causing me to be overwhelmed and that it wasn't okay. I tried to remain calm but grew increasingly upset until I had an actual meltdown. I was unable to get myself out of the store without help from target staff. They listened to me with kindness and compassion, got me water, kleenex, and even took me out another entrance so I didn't have to face the registers. I want to thank them for listening and treating me with dignity and respect.

The customer service at this Target is amazing. My daughter lost her phone while we were shopping last night. But a Retail lead found the phone and tried to contact one of the contacts that kept texting her. This made it possible for me to be able to reach out and find the phone. I am truly thankful for this associates help and honesty.

It used to be fine, but today I just went in and they've blocked off the entire entrance where you can easily get to everything. I use a walker and I had to walk probably an extra 1000 steps and maneuver through aisles blocked by merchandise. Totally inaccessible and unfair. Shoplifters ruin my independence in living apparently.

My first time doing a order online and picking up at the store. Wonderful experience. Reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because no one acknowledged me as a customer or said “someone will be right with you” that goes a long way.

Inventory that is that is supposed to be in stock is usually inaccurate and the store can get a little messy but I guess in some ways it means it's getting shopped...the piles of shirts in folded merchandise usually all over the place and can be difficult to find the accurate size etc

Had to change my review . Staff is still super nice. But everything is always out of stock. And I always find myself wasting my time everytime I order here . Especially with meat and water. I have a whole gift card that was gifted to me and I don't even know what to do with it because a lot of things are always out

Sadly the do not have registers that have staff. I went over to the service desk so as not to have to wait in a unbelievable long line to purchase a few gift cards. Was told they couldn't be purchased at the self checkout. Certainly disappointing at best...

Goodness, where should I start --> Target runs are exactly that, it's quick and easy. Whatever I need, I get brought to my car in minutes. Often everything I'd like is in stock and the associates are professional and courteous. I don't have to select a time slot hours or days in advance like at that other store. I'm grateful for this service.
