I ordered a toasted sandwich with steak, bacon, pepper Jack cheese , lettuce , mayo, green peppers & other additions and this is what they sent me on door dash ..... not toasted 1 pepper, 1 piece of bacon that didn't even look cooked, no steak , no cheese, heap of mayo... it was literally a lettuce and mayo sandwich on cold bread. How is this acceptable behavior ? Absolutely INSANE.

There’s a person making sandwiches and another hanging out in the back hitting a vape. Coughing all over the place, and speaking Portuguese to the girl making my sandwich while showing her memes off her phone.Furthermore, if you walk into a sandwich shop and ask for a BLT but the person behind the counter doesn’t know what a BLT is… you shouldn’t order. But being hungry, I figured I’d pick something else.No hospitality or customer service here.I’m glad I had this experience so the next person doesn’t.

I’ve never had a bad experience before but this is the first time I’ve been here in years and the spinach was wet and old. I can still taste it in my mouth. I didn’t have the heart to say anything because the worker was nice. But i had to spit out the rest of the sandwich.

Bought a small Italian there. I had to tell the woman there what meat does into an Italian and she put 3 pieces of 3 different meats, loaded it up with lettuce and wrapped it up. It was basically all bread with very little meat. Never going there again and if your looking for a good sub don't go there either.

Fine before but now they have two kids in there they don't even know what they're doing but this is not the only thing they also have a older woman she's worse she's super slow going to these places to get food fast but no the guy he takes forever he just like he's counting every little piece that he puts in the sandwiches and then you have to repeat yourself three times he's slow like a mule it took me today 30 minutes just to get sandwich and in top of that the guy gives me an attitude my lunch is 30 minutes they should put more people in people that know what the hell they're doing

I would definitely recommend this place, the staff is so kind and they always remember my order, I don't have that much time for lunch but they always make sure I take advantage of every single minute of it by being fast and efficient. LOVE THE SANDWICHES !!!

After re-opening, it went downhill. There's no standards (unevenly distributed toppings, bread cut awkwardly, poorly prepped veggies, over toasted) and really slow. Not sure why they closed for a bit but the previous staff were awesome. Fingers crossed it improves because I used to go multiple times a week. I'll try again in a monthVisit #2: 5 months later It's a bit better but missing Subway's standards. My sandwich was put together pretty poorly and I believe it was done by a manager. I'll have to avoid this location.Visit #3: Not sure why i thought it would be better but i tried again. Bread was overcooked (before being toasted). Topping poorly distributed. What was pretty concerning was the older lady was touching a dirty tablet with her gloves on in between finishing another customers sandwich. I brought it up at the end but she dismissed it saying "We know that, thank you" when I watched her do it less than a minute ago. The younger employee seemed great, the older one seemed to not care.Over the 3 times I've tried it in the last 6 months, not once have they met the typical subway standards. Used to be a regular customer when it was under different management.

The service is really good but the way the staff act isn't really comfortable it's like they don't care about your order either way the subs are really good

Idk if it was a bad time but the woman they have working tonight on the shrewsbury street location is clearly on something … she was barely able to complete our order. Might wanna check on your employees

This place is awful. first off the owner answer the phone as if you were calling someone personal number no greeting. Didn't say hello thank you for calling SUBWAY RUDE ACCENT SO BAD YOU COULD BARELY MAKE OUT HIS WORDS BROKEN ENGLISH. GO GET ENROLLED IN A ENGLISH COURSE.

Good location, nice people, and a nice place to sit and eat. East park (Christoforo Columbo park) is right across the street too!For a subway branch this is one of the better ones in the city.

The staff are nice but way too slow. There were only two people in front of me and two staff and it took 15 minutes to get my wrap. Come on!

This is my second time that i go to this location and the same employees did my order im going to be honest i worked for subway for 10 year this person doesn’t know how to wrap a sub or a wrap please teach your employees better
