Another great lunch from Spoodles! So hungry i didn't get food pictures! This time we ordered on-line showed up when it said it would be done and it was! This is definitely a favorite place to go!Got lunch here and fortunately called our order in ahead. They were busy and after eating I knew why. They made so delicious food! We had a turkey club sandwich, turkey bacon ranch sub and a hot steak deluxe sandwich. All three were big, some of us had leftovers! Counter staff was friendly! Menu is huge, there's something for everyone!

I never do reviews especially not negative ones but there was a significantly long piece of human finger nail in my Hawaii smoothie. I tossed it out immediately. This is a health hazard and I just have to let the restaurant know so that this is not repeated.

Awesome place for lunch! The price seems high but the proportions are giant. This deli has a wide variety from cold cut sandwiches, hot sandwiches, pastas, salads, gyros, and more. We went with the Hot Cubano Sandwich and the Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese.

There are SO many choices. The people are so nice as well! Super quick service and a really good value for your money. I was shocked with how much they gave me. This photo is the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. You get a free drink if you show a student ID.

We used them for the first time last week because they had the best vegan option for a workshop participant--and I'm only sad that I haven't been using them for years and years. The sandwiches--a big range of them--were all terrific and the cookies were divine. Everyone noted how good the sandwiches were and actually thanked us for feeding them (first time ever). The customer service was great--I wanted a last-minute change, for the food to come a half-hour earlier and they were on it. The delivery was perfect. Thank you!

Great place for lunch during work. Also good for an informal working lunch as there are a lot of tables available. Very clean, friendly staff, authentic Greek food that is delicious.

Still love this place. Staff is professional, efficient, courteous, friendly, and just plain nice. They do a great job and have a great attitude. I can't wait to try the new juice bar - it looks great. Shiny and sparkling clean. New equipment. Fresh ingredients. I usually take out, but the seating on the mezzanine is great. It's an unexpectedly large dining area.

Tasty, delicious food & awesome service in a relaxed & comfortable environment. Homemade soups available & amazing chicken & broccoli alfredo. Large portions, food always served hot & fresh. Conveniently located in downtown Worcester. Meter parking available or plenty of nearby parking garages. Excellent quality. Never a poor experience.

Great place to stop for lunch in the Main Street corridor of downtown Worcester. They expertly handled our large order close to their closing time with care and patience. That was much appreciated by us. Parking in the area is limited so keep this in mind as you approach the store. Highly recommended if business or leisure bring you to downtown Worcester

Wide variety of foods, you could patronize this restaurant for a month and still haven't tried everything on the menu. Every order of food that my husband and I have tried, were excellent.Two complaints are that most of the seating is on an upper level not accessible to the handicapped and there is no convenient parking. Regardless of the shortcomings, the restaurant is clean and all the food is made there. All food is made to order. They cater to people with food allergies. There is a catering service. People can also call in their order & have it delivered. We've never been disappointed in an order.

Made quickly i always like that. However, the food was less than impressive. Got the chicken and rice soup. Good flavor but soooo thick. Almost felt reheated from the day before. Got roasted eggplant sandwich. Was hot and could ve been delicious if it had more flavor. Eggplant is not seasoned and needed more hummus or tahini to make up for the lack of salt. Not the worst ive ever has. May try something else.

I ordered from Spoodles Deli via Uber Eats. I like to try new places especially when they have promotions. I ordered a BLT, and Egg Salad sub, and the Macaroni & cheese. I would definitely recommend the Mac n Cheese. It was delicious, although I was confused as to why they put croutons on it. I picked them out. The sub roll for the BLT was perfectly toasted. It has a certain "tangy" flavor to it that I couldn't quite put my finger on but it was good. The egg salad was a bit underwhelming, I love the egg salad at another local deli & this one had a sweeter taste, I'm assuming it was due to a different brand of mayo used. But the size of it was big & adding a little salt helps the sweet taste. Overall, pretty good. I would definitely try other items.

Yummy and plenty of selections.Space is clean and I hear handles lunch rushes well. Had a great time and felt like I got a really athentic gyro for a fair price!Only thing, The bathroom feels like it's got the wrong dimensions (too wide for just one stall).

They are just super wonderful people deserving an equally wonderful review.From one Greek to another, these people are not only super welcoming, generous, and happy, they are also excellent cooks. The owner is such a kind and considerate man who goes above and beyond to make his guests happy. His wife is also very outgoing and friendly. The staff there has consistently been friendly and attentive.The gyros are 10/10 and the spanicopita (spinach pie) has consistently been the closest tasting to my Grandma's spanicopita of any restaurant I've been to. I would recommend this place around 11:30am or 1pm or 1:30pm as they have a significant lunch crowd.The price is definitely right for the quality of food and for the friendly and uplifting atmosphere. We go weekly and recommend it to others daily.

MCPHS university student's best place to have lunch or brunch. It is tasty and favorable. Service is good, foods are warm and well placed. They have extra discount for MCPHS students and faculties, as a medical student with intensive schedule, we always have a short lunch there, frequent visit bistro.

Since the new owners took over this place its a constant wheel of change. They have been changing the food to make things cheaper/easier for them but kept the same high prices. Such a shame I worked downtown for years and ordered lunch almost every day at spoodles now a days everytime I go there too grab something that's always been top notch it's barely mediocre. Not to mention they close at 2pm now which during the beginning of the pandemic I could understand but a year later really that's just crazy. The chili, cheddar broc soup, the garlic bread, the alfredo all different than before. Now a days alot of time you get there at 1230 or after they don't even have bread left for there soup/chili, if your lucky they will offer to give you a piece of sub bread. The alfredo use to be some of the best in Worcester now it taste and looks like alfredo sauce from a jar/can with no flavor at all. The garlic bread was smoothered in oregano, that's all you could taste. the only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff has always been some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

The place is amazing! I love it and their pastas are delicious like never before. The menu might be pricy but it's definitely worth it. The people are friendly and it just gives you an amazing feeling to be there. I love the place, I would recommend it to everyone.

Not sure what the idea was behind not putting any kind of sauce or spread on the falafel wrap. Could so easily have gone from bone dry to delicious.Edit: there was definitely no tahini on it, but I'm glad there's supposed to be

I had a gift certificate that was given to me a couple of years ago by a friend. I forgot I had it and found it in my office desk. I was told today that Spoodles couldn't accept it, as it came "from the former owners". So, I'm out $15. Same name, same Spoodles logo. Doesn't the buyer of an establishment take on the liabilities that are outstanding, like gift certificates? I was not aware that a gift certificate could expire in Massachusetts. I thought that was against the law.Very disappointed. Before COVID I ate there two to three times per week for lunch. Now I'm not sure I will be back. Too bad.

Great food but poor customer service. My girlfriend was walking in to meet me for lunch and as she was coming over to my table the cashier screamed out "can I help you with something....we don't have public restrooms." Even though I really enjoy the food. I will not be back, I stand by my woman.
