Wonderful experience with the staff at the Oscow's pharmacy at this location. The Pharmacist Victoria and her team were so helpful and patient. I called about a new prescription the day before and spoke with Courtney - she was attentive and understanding, providing me with the information that I was looking for. When I came in, I was able to have a consultation that same day and was able to pick up my prescription as I needed. Geoff, the student Pharmacist, helped to process my co-pay and it was an easy and pleasant experience.This Shaw's location overall is well maintained, clean and bright. It's located close to a bus line and accessible for the most part (be careful when crossing the street! You'll know what I mean). Has a parking lot in front.I also want to acknowledge the nice butcher who came out to offer help in selecting a beef cut.Nice and quiet store - I would recommend it for your grocery needs.

Like Shaw's usually they run great deals. 10 for 10's they do a lot of. They seemed to have alot of items out of stock. They did have some marked down items in the dairy on some certain items . The store usually crowded, I tend to only get the certain important things I came in for & nothing else, sometimes in hard. Brain, at Checkout today, was such an "Is simple minded" didn't know how to use a manufacture coupon and had a wicked attitude, and Brain tried to get help and was extremely rude than walked away. As he was walking away, he mumbled something under his breath. The manager had to come & correct it would was very helpful and understood and fixed the problem that the kid made . We frequently do a large portion of our food shopping here at this Shaw's supermarket. We've been shopping here at Charles for over a decade or more. We like this store in general, and think Shaw's has most of the things we usually need in our household on- sale , they usually have the best circulars (Ad's) and best deals, Shaw's typically runs a 3 day special on a hand- full of items . We like that. So we hope we can continue shopping here at our local Worcester Shaw's supermarket without having constant issues or minor little hick- ups happen. We love shopping here at Shaw's, we do must of our regular grocery shopping here .

A valuable resource for the Greendale area where there would otherwise be a food desert. However it has been poorly stocked on things like bread and fruit on several occasions and has a much more limited selection than say a Market Basket.

overall great but i came in the store needed the small basket and there was none. and i needed 5 ingridients and coundnt find 3 items and it wasnt in stock . wasted a drive here

Went there other day, had a cashier named Laurie or Laura, was giving a man in front of us, bad attitude, very rude. When it came to our turn she yells at my friend "How are you paying" with again a bad attitude rolling her eyes at us.

Being from the Pacific Northwest, Portland specifically, I've grown to enjoy dairy-free alternatives (lactose intolerance) and pork/beef alternatives...we don't have Shaw's back home so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was SO impressed by the sheer numbers of options available!!! The quality is great also! Can wait to make groceries here in the future!

This place is an overpriced dump. They do have some organic and specialty products. The service is terrible and I know someone who got jumped in the parking lot. So I would avoid if unarmed. Also it's dirty and messy, see pictures.

I haven't been to this Shaw's in years. It's got such selection now. So impressed. Tons of produce and premade items. Also the cashier was so pleasant and friendly which is so rare these days (older gentleman who works front end in the early morning. Get this guy a raise!). I'll be shopping here again.

They usually have a sale the produce is better then Walmart that's a usual though. 🙄 the sales good produce, decent beef steak etc pork an alright seafood make it worth a visit .Again the sales aka the lower prices then other places that's this place strength. The quality sets it above slightly. Enough to make it worth the trip

I love the products and most prices at Shaw's. I also find that 90% of their employees are helpful and friendly. The one warning that I'd give to anyone using their Just4U program is CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! Sometimes the coupons are validated and many times are NOT!!Edited to add:I joined the Fresh Pass program - a shopping/delivery program through Shaw's. I got $20.00 off of my first delivery of $75.00 or more. I wanted to try it because you also get free delivery on all orders of $30.00 or more.Needless to say, I'm cancelling it. There were 5 items that weren't delivered. The receipt said they were out of stock. I went personally and they were items that could have been replaced with the same brand but a different size or same size through a different brand, but the shopper didn't contact me about how to handle this. I shopped myself and brought home every item on my list!!Bye Bye Fresh Pass 👋

I went in here the night before NYE looking for ricotta cheese. I was unable to find any in Leominster. I was amazed as soon as I walked in… all the pre-bagged salads, so many pre-made meals (just heat & eat), bakery, seafood, flowers, cooked chicken wings/tenders to bag yourself. As I walked the aisles there was so many different products then I’ve seen. Their Christmas/Holiday stuff was on sale (cheap). I bought a lot more then ricotta cheese. In fact, they didn’t have ricotta 😄 The place was clean, the employees were nice.We had a Shaw’s in Leominster that I went to ALL the time. I was surprised it closed. So it was nice being able to go into this one.

I used to shop at Shaw's all the time when I lived closer to it. Now I frequent Stop N Shop. Today I went back to Shaw's because I'm having trouble finding what I need. What a refreshing experience! Shelves are stocked, people are personable and prices are better! I believe I've become a returning customer!!

Terrible customer service. The deli closed early because they "didn't have enough workers" as excused by the manager even though I saw two workers cleaning up. How many workers does it take to serve one customer? I drove 20 minutes to come to this Shaws instead of other grocery store options and was turned away despite their public Deli hours online saying they close at 9pm. I even confirmed the Deli hours with the manager in person. Do not go to this location if you expect to be served prior to their closing time. I came 30min prior to their stated Deli closing time!

This is a very good place to go, with several people or just by yourself, it's clean, great employees,HUGE portions for a very reasonable price ,keno if you're into that, a scratch ticket machine ,and a very large menu for just about anyone.i highly recommend this restaurant.

I like the location, the great parking, good customer service when you approach someone. But the new app system to get discounts does not work great. I have missed discounts since this system has changed. I feel for the older folks that shop here and do not use tech! It's a bit unfair. Right now it's hard to get used to the new layout and where to find everything. But I get more steps in ... exercise lol

Every experience here I've had has been great. Excellent selection of everything, freshness is on point, and service is always friendly and helpful. The lines can get long but it's worth the wait. I'm closer to the Webster Square Shaw's but I frequently come up here because it's such a nice store.

Shaws has some pretty good prices, and good produce. They also have a great selection of pretty much everything.This one, in White City, actually has their own store-made guacamole. AWESOME GUACAMOLE! I mean like, thiers is probably the best I've ever had!The people working here are pretty normal for the most part.The store is nice and clean and well stocked.They have a public restroom and IT is very clean.Other than that, it's a grocery store, what more could I tell ya?

I really liked the cleanliness of this store. The customer service was excellent. But there was a cashier who tried to rip me off by weighing 2 things on the scale at a time and then told me my tomato weighed a pound and more. Went to the customer service and they refunded me my 4 and some change. She knew what she did she tried to deny it. I'll only go back there because the customer service desk was very polite and refunding me my money

Prices are a little steep but the store is always well stocked. every time I'm looking for hot pockets in a certain flavor they seem to always have it and some of the other stores and their produce might be a little high but least I know it's not going to rot the next two days so I rather come away with some decent vegetables and fruits without them rotting after two days

Very clean and good selection off products but customer service has work to do!! I did send my husband to return few cans of cat food with no receipt and the customer service person was very unhelpful... they could check under the phone Nr and see we did purchase cat food every week from there but it was unwilling to help... I love the store but I may consider to shop in other place if I can’t be helped when I need it!!
