We were blown away by how fast Joe was able to talk to us, give us a quote, start the job, and finish way ahead of schedule. We submitted an inquiry on a Friday night and first thing Saturday morning Joe had called to talk about options. He was out to measure our yard that afternoon. He never tried to upsell us, just listened to what we needed and offered helpful suggestions. He told us if we decided to go with Quality they could have our fence done within the next two weeks. We got in touch a day later to say yes, and within two days a crew was already digging holes for the posts. The whole job was finished in less than a week from when we first submitted that online inquiry. Everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly and the level of craftsmanship is outstanding. We could not have asked for better service or a better fence. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing job. I submitted an inquiry on their website on a Friday, Joe called back within 2 hours to find out what we needed and do an estimate. Then he set up a time on Monday to come do an in person quote. He showed up and did the quote and explained the process and how long it will take to do should we move forward.We sent in the quote and took care of the half down to secure the job the following Friday. Quality Fence showed up Monday to take down the old fence and put in posts, came back Tuesday to finish the job. A week and a half between initial over the phone estimate and completed job. Hired these folks to replace our stockade fence last year, 2019. They were the BEST tradesmen we have hired in a long time. They started when they promised and finished early. Cleaned up after themselves and made the yard look good. The quality of the work was excellent and the fence looks as good this year as when first installed. Price was fair and competitive and their expert knowledge and input caused us to make some material and design changes that gave us a much better finished product. Joe and his team installed a vinyl fence at our home in October this year.They did a terrific job and we were incredibly impressed as the crew worked tirelessly to get the job done well into the evening. I woke up the next morning to a beautiful new fence around my backyard! They finished the install in one long day then came back the next morning for a few hours of finishing touches and went through the installation very carefully. We have a corner lot with a small child and was looking to adopt a dog. We had an old broken down fence. After a checking out several fence companies including home depot, Quality fence had the best price. They met with us with in days of calling them. Consultation was great! We were scheduled out about 6 weeks as it was busy season. However they called us prior to the original install date and asked if we were ok with having it done sooner. We have the privacy and additional safety we need to keep the little and pet safe. We have people all the time saying our fence looks great. As I arrived home today a person in the neighborhood was driving by and said they were bringing their relative to see our privacy fence that transitions into a picket fence. I figured it was about time I get this review done. Thank you so much for the great service and quality fence.

AMAZING fence company and would highly recommend! I originally went with Patriot fence (see my review on them) and everything went very wrong with them- so last minute contacted Quality fence and said they could do the job in 4 weeks but would get it in sooner if they could. They showed up in 2 weeks and completed the whole job sooner than expected. Great customer service and workers. The fence looks beautiful and well put together! Great price!!

Absolutely the worst company you could ever work with. They did 'professional' installation at my property. Less than two years later the gates are breaking and falling apart. The quality is garbage alongside the workmanship. The gates are all un-leveled and coming undone. I've tried to contact the company 6 separate times and left several voicemails. Do not waste your time. A college kid off of Craigslist could do a better job and have more pride in their work.Service: Vinyl fence installation

I would honestly give a 6th star if I could. We found this company after we contracted Lowes to install our fence (paid 10K). In the winter after installation the town smashed into it. After 18 months of back and forth with the town and Allstate Fence, the contractors Lowes used, it was determined that while Shrewsbury didnt require a permit, they had regulations about how far a fence should be from the road that Allstate didnt follow but because it took so long to work out they weren't required to fix it. They stopped returning our phone calls and Lowes said they would contract to another company for 3.5 times the price of Allstate's quote and not until December. In came Quality Fence, who quoted and completed the work within two weeks and the job itself within a matter of hours. The fence looks better than the original installation. I will be calling on them again next year to move the second half. It's so nice to know that there are still trustworthy people out there. Thank you thank you thank you!

Absolutely negligent and no respect for property rights! The installed a fence for my neighbor and caused a mess on my land: dirt spelling over boundary, wood left on property, and removed ground cover in my garden bed ... all without permission! See photos. They're just a risk and extra liability that no one should take. My neighbor ended up spending his day cleaning up their mess on my property. Save yourself the aggravation and get someone better.
