I was walking toward cashier 4, worker was facing back looking towards cashier 1. I proceed to load my full cart load of food. As I’m almost done, he walks over back towards me, and says he’s sorry that he left the light on to go to 1. I’m literally in a rush helping my dad, and he proceeds to grab my food without asking me, and brings it to cashier 1. I look at him, and sigh very frustrated because I’m in a rush helping my dad. As this is going on, they both are laughing and making faces. Your light was on. I don’t appreciate not being assisted, and being made fun of at the same time. Check the cameras, and you will see what I’m talking about. What a horrible and uncalled for customer service. Why didn’t he just send someone over to help me? Simple. The one day I come to help my dad at Price Rite, things happen like this. My dad is a loyal customer and we do not tolerate this disrespect. Completely ruined my night. Get their act together.

Nice grocery store with pretty good produce prices along with a good variety. Most of the stuff in the store is priced fair or low and you can now load coupons to your account and use that for checkout which is cool. They could definelty expand plant based offerings as currently they don't carry much. I do however love the great priced almond milk at 1.99,can't beat it and it's quality. Good store to get some in house staples for sure.

BEST grocery at walking distance from Clark University (13 min is okay for me). Everything here is neat, organized, and affordable! It’s like wholefoods and traderjoes quality of a Walmart price. Wayyyy cleaner than Walmart. A bag of fish fillets for 4.99; frozen blueberries or other fruits for 1.99. My favorite! Employees are friendly and helpful, too.

Very clean store also was well stocked with a lot of the items that are hard to get. The cashier was great very pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job. This place has great prices too. The Wakefern group has done a great job at supporting these stores. That is their parent company based in Keasby, Nj. This is a picture of where it is located on Southbridge Street in Worcester, Massachusetts.

My first time at this store yesterday. Huge store. Has a variety of African, Asian vegetables. A wide variety of meat, fish, plantains, cassava, and frozen items too. Many check out points n self check out so no queues . Prices seem reasonable for the items we got. Place is clean. Only thing is parking. There are other stores around it so be careful when you park. Someone could be moving ,reversing or anything in between without looking. My car almost got hit by a lady pulling out n not watching to see if her back was clear. I.plan to visit the store again.

Prices used to be reasonable, so I started going there but not now because when they see people purchasing particular item they increase the price the next day. Please be careful of buying some fresh veggies and fruits they are rotten inside. Customer service is very poor all they care is their money especially self service staff, they get mad when you ask for help. Please make sure you are responsible for yourself because you will be disappointed when something bad happens to you there . I have had countless bad experiences there.

The store was clean and well stocked and the prices were great, I would have given it a five star review if the staff had more people on for the crowd. The cashier's were working fast and doing a great job but the three registers that were open weren't enough. I certainly give the cashier's a five star for the speed and courteous ways while dealing with such a crowd.

Best deals in town on groceries, and the produce is excellent. They keep the prices low by offering off-brand items, so though you can do most of your shopping here, you'll probably have to shop elsewhere for some name-brand products. You can fill your cart here for less than $120 if you control your impulse buys (they have some really delicious international foods)!

The Supermarket is fine they have basically everything you need to your house in regards to food and higiene/cleaning. The only thing that I don't like is that sometimes the place is not too organized, besides that, the prices and options to buy are good and also the service. They also offer big parking, which is really convenient.

Kind of good experience. A couple of associates were very nice helping me finding a couple if things that I couldn't find. The store looks very clean and organized. Good prices. The cashier was a 1 star the most. He was rude to the person in front of me (an older guy) and then to me . I asked for two bags for my groceries and when he said thanks to me I asked if he gave me the bags. He said (it's coming, slow down). No need to answer like that to a nicely asked question. Maybe he was having a hard morning?. Too early for that.

Fully stocked, lots of selections, GREAT prices, helpful friendly staff & very clean. I stopped shopping at price rite years ago & today after making a couple stops (price chopper, walmart) looking for roots & not finding ANY I stopped at price rite, it was close by so why not, right? To my delightful surprise I found what I needed & some! I'll definitely be back!

Went there today haven't been since covid but now that things are looking up a bit it felt great to go to my favorite grocery store prices are great but I just wish they had a better and not so far location they would make a GREAT profit in a town like Brookfield or Spencer.

Love the prices on a LOT of staple items.Always great to see more allergy sensitive foods.Fresh produce is hit or miss, but overall a much better selection than box stores.I love the selection of ethnic foods, always willing to try something new.Saves me a ton of of money on groceries.

While I love the prices, friendly staff and convenience of it's location, the noticeable recent changes in management is why I gave 3 stars. On any given day, shelves are empty, void of things as basic as potato chips and coffee creamer. Another disappointment is they have at least 15 check out lines but never have more than five or six open even on peak days during peak hours.

Price rite is my favorite place to go grocery shopping at! I'm not from Massachusetts I'm visiting from Texas and honestly Price rite is better than Kroger and HEB! The customer service is always great everybody's always very nice and they have a really good selection.

Rude staff at self checkout. Customer wanted to get bags wasn't aware that she had to get them first so the clerk told her she had to back everything out of the register and pay for her bags and then scan everything back in again and she wasn't very nice about it, I think the lady would have stood online waiting for a cashier to wait on her however there were very few cashiers and the lines were long

Not the greatest selection of brands, but the store is much neater and cleaner than it used to be. Their prices are cheaper than most other grocery stores. The addition of self checkout lines makes checkout quicker too.

Good prices and staff is really helpful. They just need a bit more selections. I would shop there again not a bad place to shop as you do save. You should bring your own bags. Try it and see for yourself.

More cashiers will be a great help for us customers. Specially on the afternoon hours. I dislike most of the time when I have to wait quite a while to pay for groceries and the self-service registers aren’t a big help, people are all over the place making a line for each register and shouldn’t be that way.

I'm giving 3 stars because the food is fresh and the price is actually rite ...But check out is terrible it takes forever or there's no cashier and you are forced to use self checkout which is seriously flawed and is very aggrevating ...I actually left all the produce because I really don't want to be a cashier at price rite and start weighing things and finding codes ... I will try another price rite store and see if they have cashier's if not goodbye price rite

They have elderly hours 7am to 8am but no cashiers until 9:30. Old people are told to learn on how to cash out their own groceries while two employees keep an eye on you to make sure you don't "make" mistakes.
