Recently made a large purchase here for groceries, which I do pretty often. I opened up these brand new unopened rice cakes and took a bite, only to find they tasted sour and stale… looking at the expiration date they expired JANUARY 2022! This is extremely unsettling, luckily this was something I noticed before more consumption or feeding to my kids…

One of the larger Price Choppers in the area. Usually have everything in stock, including sale items. Store is always clean. Start is friendly and engaging, yet the checkout/front end staff need training. I had an issue redeeming a rain check. I had 4 different employees(including a manager), over a 25 minute span, unable to figure out how to redeem a rain check that includes bonus points. Besides that, I like that this store has self-checkout, florist and a great meat selection.

This morning I shop at this store around 6:15 am produce on bananas no oranges celery mostly gone cantaloupe $4.99 that's crazy meat dept. Poorly stock I just took a glance around some shelves were empty or very little bagels only 4 packages leftover but the plus side plenty of apples and milk this is very Poorly run store around, I got market basket, Shaws, and yes market 32 yes it's a price chopped store but a lot better, so this is what I found just to inform I am shopping elsewhere but I do hope management do something to make this store better. Thank you

Excellent floral arrangements and staff! Went in for a quick birthday bouquet and staff helped me find the perfect arrangement. I saw a beautiful potted plant I want to go back and get for myself too! The selection was awesome too. One of the best around. Thank you to the lady that helped me this morning. :-)

Older store. Shelves were stocked well and store was clean. Two kids ringing and bagging thought it was ok to mix chemicals and food in the same bag and heavy items in with bread. They charge for bags. The bags are smaller than typical and paper.

One of numerous Worcester shopping plaza grocery store locations, that employees and select customer base(probably another local gang influenced retail location), exhibit provocative and hostile behavior, to unsuspectingly/unaligned shoppers, suspicious and suspect behavior, probably directly related to unusual employee/customer activity, possibly criminal, and reported to law enforcement.There are better choices!!

Not the worst PC I've been to, but not the best. It's about on the same level of the Auburn Shaw's. Like I'll stop there if necessary, but if I truly want to get the stuff I need I'm going to bed to go to a better grocery store, sadly.

On weekends, produce is almost completely out of stock in addition to items that are on sale. We've tried the online pickup through the app at this location, and it endes up being more of a headache than a convenience as we had to replace items we wanted with more expensive, available options or take it off our list completely and go somewhere else to buy it.

Dirty, limited products, empty shelves, limited employees and those who do work take no pride (agree with previous poster) especially cashier on 1/11/21 @ 2:44 #126. Forgot my Price Chopper card said she would put one through for sale items, did not. Did not offer bags, did not bag, terrible attitude will not be returning except tomorrow with my card so I can get my sale items correct. I also tried Instacart @ this location in the past, no one came out & had to go in to track down my order. Just close and put a market in this location that wants to service people.

Wish there was more natural and organic meat choices at a reasonable price. Otherwise good for everything else. Wish it was one stop shop for healthy, organic food and everything else I need as its conveniently located in the fair shopping plaza. Employees are always friendly, and ask if you need help. Processed foods cause cancer...

Waited 15 minutes at meat counter (approx 4:30 pm) called the store only to find that entire meat/seafood dept was at lunch. Would never begrudge anybody a break, maybe a sign letting customers know when to expect a return?

Dirty store it's too bad because it's nice and small and easy to go in and out. The last time I went to the store I had got a cooked roasted chicken and I picked up the bag a big mouse jumped out of the bag it had been closed in the bag having a feast on the chicken!! SO DISGUSTING

You will get the best experience during the day but second shift is the reason why the 1 star I understand with time changing self checkout is preferred but I witness a elderly person denied to be helped out by a cashier standing at the self checkout register. Her excuse was that all the cashier left for the night with 40 min till closing ?????? How is that possible?? Ya can’t have 1 register by the self checkout open for big orders?? And for ppl that can’t use the self check out on their own?? I was baffled the elderly person was just going to walk out if it wasn’t for us patron to help the elderly person out with his transaction as if we worked there!!! Crazy!!! Definitely will be making a call to the higher up at this price chopper the disrespect I witnessed can not go unheard!!

I got overcharged and had to stop at the service desk to get $9 back. Whennd I returned back to my car, I noticed that I was overcharged some more. Not worth going back for an extra $2. The only positive thing, the front end manager was a pleasure to deal with.

This Price Chopper is one of my go-to grocery stores! It is consistently clean, well-stocked, and they have a wide variety of products and brands. There is always something on sale!! Friendly staff, Great Store! Keep up the awesome work!

This price chopper is convenient, prices are decent, they have some good deals, but their brown bags are a joke. At a minimum they need to put handles on them. It’s also very disappointing that they haven’t gone back to being open 24 hours

Store is ok. Three stars due to restrooms (mens) were filthy and smelled. You can tell a lot about a place including restaurants if there bathrooms are clean. Groceries are well priced, bakery, deli, prepared foods, nice but typical although bakery staff helpful. Meat department puts effort into there butcher selections. Produce typical and uneventful. Not enough front end people but the staff there is very nice.

This Price chopper is a very good place to shop. The bagels are a little bit better than the other Price Choppers.Months back Price chopper changed their, recipe for bagels.Now they are more like a sandwich. roll.You had wonderful bagels before. Why would you mess with a good thing ?? They are supposed to be chewy, and shiny on the outside.Ask any Jewish person that was the true bagel. Now they are just a roll. The only bagel you make that's similar to a real bagel is the spinach one. I hope they go back, to the way they made them before

Quick in out bathrooms could use a little tlc, but other then that was help in the meat and seafood both with great customer service and couldn't have asked for better cashier.

I just bought the most amazingly spiced boneless pork chops! For 1.99 a pound! I am usually about the bone-in fatty pork chops for fear that boneless will be dry. Im a sucker for a deal so... An hour and 10 mins later I was amazed. However they spiced it up, not sure if it was caraway seeds or what , it was juicy and great. Price chopper is not quite Market Basket as but thought I would share that.

Amazing staff polite and experts at what they do. The main door closes but the side is available towards the left end. I work late nights near by and its so convenient during last minute night time breaks. Closes at 11pm.b

The cashier was very nice, but something needs to be done about the little bugs flying all over the store, I do understand sometimes it's hard to control when there's fresh fruit but they were in the fresh Italian bread bags at the opposite end of the store...
