Great place to shop. This place is very clean. The atmosphere is very calm.This is one of the best places to be if u need fresh fruits and vegetables. Dairy products, meat, water, liquor, sweets etc can be found here. I almost forgot to talk about their sea foods😍. If you are a lover of crabs and lobsters l bet you will enjoy buying from Price Chopper. You will have the opportunity to “point n kill” the lobster of your choice.The employees are young, energetic and very friendly. I love shopping here because the prices are cool and the employees are always willing to assist customers.There is enough parking space here. I recommend Price Chopper to y’all.

The big lady at the cashier with short purple hair give me a really hard time. I told her I wanted to put my phone number in for my store card. She then told me I had to say the numbers slowly. I started to say the numbers and I noticed that she was waiting after one number so I started again with my phone number one at a time. She said that my card did not go through because I already gave her seven numbers I noticed it was because I started again and I asked her to put my number in again and she kept telling me that it didn't work and she didn't wanna put it in again. I told her never mind it's fine. How do people hire people that are like this to work at a cashier, it is absurd. requirements should be a little higher. she even argued with me that I gave her seven numbers. She should be stocking shelves or something, but not dealing with customers.

Never in my life have I been to a more incompetent grocery store in my life. This place constantly tries to sell expired food. Vegetables, pickles, meat. Awful. Take your business else where.

First time shopping at Price Chopper. I liked the store. Found everything I needed except for Hot Dog Relish. Can't blame them. It's an old mix of mustard and relish that's almost impossible to find in stores.

Horrible prices on meat unless it's on sale. But it has a fairly good selection I can't think of anything that it beats any other Supermarket on it doesn't. And then they charge you for the shopping bags. Because they charged me for the shopping books I don't put my shopping cart in the Corral Petty yes. But I'm not going to ring up my own groceries pay for the shopping bag and put away my own shopping cart. I've already saved them so much money by scanning my own groceries they could at least give me a free bag

I feel like the prices are better here than other supermarkets in the city. Also, the employees that I've met here are GREAT people from all different walks of life.The store, AND RESTROOMS are very clean, and always well stocked.The building is pretty old, but that shouldn't matter so much unless you're planning on bringing home with you...The neighborhood is a good spot, night and day.I shop here regularly, If that says anything.

I come this price chopper a lot. I work late and sometimes I need to swing by for one or two things after work. There has been MULTIPLE instances where I come 10 mins before the store is closed and the door is locked. There has only been a few times this store has been open till 11pm like advertised, it truly depends on who's working. I DO NOT complain. I get it... however, tonight I was annoyed. The cashier was at the door, 10:50pm, and did not let me in. I only need water and paper plates. I don't blame the employees or management. I have a feeling the company has reduced hours like every company and there is no help or available hours for management. Price chopper, do better!

This Price Shoppe is near my house and I only go here for emergency as I do not like to shop here. It’s small, most of the time they don’t have the things your looking for. The teens that work here never want to look for anything. Also in a bad mood, or arguing with someone. The checkout is old! There is no self check out. And they don’t have enough registers for the amount ppl that go in there. This store needs a major update.

I have never had a bad experience at price chopper the only one thing I hate is you get paper bags now not plastic. And the paper bags are terrible they rip and the handles break off the bag very quickly.

Horrific experience. Covid compliant when it's convenient. Tried to return cans that the machine wouldn't accept even though the product was purchased there. Service desk said they could not take them due to Covid. Checking out, despite signs, conveyor belt NOT wiped down. Prices high compared to other grocery stores and the whole place could stand a good cleaning. Very disappointing. Just moved to the area and will be shopping elsewhere.Update: pleasantly surprised on my shopping experience this morning. Store seemed very clean and bright. Staff was super friendly. 👌

Small , nice n clean and employees are very nice . Not much here tho ... I like store that're big that way I can grab what I'm looking for . Most of the time. When I need something specific. I have to go to Walmart not this store. Either they ran out or don't carry it . But it's a nice store. I live a couple houses down so. I can't really complain because it's not out of the way when I need to get something quick

It's very small for the number of customers they have. Also, they don't carry a lot of items like the other stores. That could be because the building is too small.

Small compared to most typical grocery stores in the area. However the prices are good, selections decent and the bakery items are always fresh and quite delicious (though not always consistent in terms of what they have... its hit or miss on most bakery items... but the ones they have are always good.

This is my neighborhood store and the workers are awesome but I can't even shop here anymore on a daily basis the lines of people are way down the aisles. I don't know if management can't hire people or can't keep people but this is the only Price chopper that I've been in that is having this ridiculous situation on a daily basis. I live three blocks away but after today I have to remind myself do not go here or else you will be spending a large chunk of your life waiting in the aisles because for some reason they never have enough cashiers. It's very sad because the workers are very nice here and obviously overworked because management either cannot or will not hire more people and schedule them appropriately.

I like this grocery store. I like how they are providing jobs instead of installing self checkout stations. Keep doing what your doing at this store and i will always be a customer here. I wanted to add that this is one of the few grocery stores that has great customer service. Employees are always respectful and looking to help.

The other day i went to this grocery store.I was at register 4 and a woman named AARON was the person cashing me out.once she finished ringing up all of my items, it came up to an amount that was unexpected.So i advised AARON that i needed to go to my car which was right out front to grab my wallet to get another card to complete the purchase.She totally went left on me. Not sure why but I was shocked. Her behavior towards a customer was unacceptable. She told me that she needed to void the whole thing out. Once i mentioned to speak with her manager she was able to put my items to the side without voiding them out.This whole time her attitude was as if there was a long line and she had to wait 20 minutes. There was one person behind me with 2 items. The person bagging up my groceries witnessed the whole thing. Who knows if she was going to be honest or just lie.I spoke with the manager. Forgot his name because i was very upset and still am about his whole thing.His attitude was very nonchalant and just apologized and said my deepest sympathy. Not sure if he did anything about it but i told him that i would be writing a review about it.I ended up not purchasing the items as i was truly disgusted by the whole thing.I don't know if i am going back.I go to this price chopper every month to do my groceries and never had i experienced anything like this.I was in shock and did not understand why as a customer i was being treated the way i was.Truly unacceptable and i hope no one else experiences what i went through.

They usually never have a stocking issue for being one of the smallest try Price Chopper's in the city. The Meat dept was lacking until recently. They have rearrange some of it and seems to be better stocked now. Only current issue is some of the Vendors can't seem to show up and stock their product(s).

I usually do my weekly grocery shopping at the discount grocery stores, but sometimes those places don't cut it for anything beyond the basics. I really like going to the little Sunderland Road Price Chopper. They have a great variety of merchandise and the staff and cashiers are always so nice!

Great quality goods for a lower price. Especially during these times when groceries are more expensive in general. I would definitely recommend this grocery store to anyone who needs groceries!

Price Chopper Supermarkets are pretty good in my opinion. What I like most is their discount store card because you can earn points from each time you shop there and then eventually use that towards future shopping which can be used to take money off your food bills.

Price Chopper is great. They chop prices - when they can. Which is often. This location is small yet packs a wallop. They have great selections and sections despite a paucity of space. Well designed Price Chopper. Well designed indeed. I recommend!

This location is constantly closed earlier than their posted hours with no signs offering explanations. I frequent price chopper due to my erratic work schedule and ability to grocery shop on off hours. Other than that, this store is clean and we'll recovered. The staff is friendly also.

Very good! Didn't have card - no problem, the cashier used hers! No change for the nickel bag - cashier had a nickel! A whole chicken and a tin of coffee for 6 bucks and change! Can't beat that!

I came to this store to purchase a few items that were on sale.. I entered the store looking for a carriage and to my surprise they don’t keep any inside? So I had to go back outside to the parking lot to find one from a corral.. very strange. Inside the store is very small and outdated. There were only two lanes open and the lines were so long people were crammed against the grocery aisles, so people waiting in line were blocking the whole pathway to get down the aisles; then when your the one in line you can’t help but feel your in the way of people trying to shop. Spent more time in line then in the store grabbing items. Next time I will drive out of the way to Market 32, so much cleaner and better vibes.

The cashier informed me that they could not accept SNAP "food stamp" payments at the moment. I was confused and the lady in line behind me was kind enough to explain that she must have assumed that I received public assistance. I'm not sure why she made this assumption. She did not mention this mishap to the two customers in front of me. Maybe it was the way I styled my hair that morning. I proceed to pay with my intended payment method and left the store without comment.

Empty and messy shelves, and overall dingy appearence. Very small selection of products other than the normal big brand items. I have never seen more than 3 registers opened no matter how busy it is. I've seriously waited in line from 10 to 15 minutes to buy a single item before. With the multitude of other stores in the area (especially Stop and Shop right down the road) there is really no reason to go here unless you have an emergency

This is by far the absolute worst price chopper I’ve ever been to. No one was friendly, I was told they wouldn’t accept my bottle deposits because they “have to be put through the machine” even though the machine wouldn’t take them cause it was being glitchy. They also have beer and wine but the store is so small they lack in several other areas so I ended u having to go to another store to finish my shopping and was so disgusted with the treatment at the service desk, I felt they didn’t even deserve my business in the first place.

This place is a joke. Every time I come here there is absolutely no one covering the seafood counter. I’ve gone there all different times and only one time there was someone actually there. Management needs to get there act together, there should always be someone there. What a complete waste of time.
