I have been trying to find a groomer for my dog and it looks like I finally found one! They were super nice and I loved how it’s all an open space so you could easily see where they groom the fur babies and where they are held. You also have a nice view from the outside. My dog is my baby and my husband and I get very anxious about leaving her anywhere but we are very happy with this place! They groomed her within an appropriate amount of time as well, she didn’t wait around to get groomed. Will definitely be back for her next grooming!

Otis is my main man🐶 I have been going to Erika since he was eight months old.. he is going to be seven in January. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I didn’t think that Otis received the best care possible🌟 I can’t even mention her name on grooming day because he will whine all the way there until he sees her. if that isn’t a vote of confidence, I don’t know what is! I highly recommend Paws and Claws.

My 5mo mutt had a puppy bath - ears cleaned, nails trimmed, full bath, and came out a happy girl with a super shiny, great smelling coat.They have automated appointment reminders and that's super helpful.Super reasonable price and super friendly staff!We'll be back in 6 weeks :)

Only place I trust to get my fur baby looking his best! My crazy dog is always sleepy or calm after being groomed. That being said they take good care of each animal that enters. You clearly see an organized system in place when you walk in. Paws n claws also allows free access for the animals to explore getting used to the environment. Some dogs or cats need that extra time to settle down to feel at home. They have understanding and compassion for animals supplying the service that benefits them.

it’s been a few days since I got my golden retriever groomed here and I wanted to leave a review about how happy i am with the work they did ! The haircut is amazing and she is the softest pup around. we’ve used most of the groomers in the area but this was by far the best. i will def be bringing her back here.

This was my first time taking my cat, "Mork," to Paws and Claws Salon. I was a little nervous, because I only had adopted him from the shelter last year, and I never had him groomed yet. The staff did an absolutely amazing and incredible job with him! They gave him the royal treatment, bathed, and shaved him, and even gave him a nice bow-tie to take home. The groomer was able to pick him up and put him in his carrier, which blew me away, because I've never picked him up before (he hates being picked up usually, and he's a big kitty). They gave ol' Mork a "lion cut," so no more nasty mats on his back. He was chewing them off and choking on them previously. He desperately needed a good grooming, and Paws and Claws Salon delivered in spades! I would SO recommend Paws And Claws for any pet lover! They even do nail trims for gerbils and hamsters should you need that service. If I could give a 6-star rating, I would! Thank you Paws And Claws !!! I will be back this Fall for a return visit! A +++

Just moved to Worcester. One of the hardest parts about moving is finding grooming and veterinary care for your fur babies. I lucked out finding Paws and Claws. These dogs are my babies. The ladies at P&C have helped put my mind at ease. They take such good care of my poodles. The kids always come home looking fabulous.

Petco and PetSmart always denied my dog service due because she gets very anxious around other pets. But not here they always take care of my pets no matter their behavior. They are really great at what they do. Also my dogs come out of there clean and smelling great

I brought my Silky Terrier Clover, who is a very nervous girl here to be groomed. She came home looking fantastic and in a great mood!! I can tell the groomers here really took great care of her. Thank you for making Clover look so pretty!

I just had my first experience with them today. It was great! I have a 16yo Shih Tzu who is a little blind & deaf. They were very accommodating to his needs. My pup was very happy with the service they provided him.

I brought my golden retriever that was recently traumatized by a different groomer. This place was great! She was sooo good with him and patient knowing what he experienced by another placed. She gave him lots of reinsurance that it was going to be okay. She also shaved my cat that gets extremely matted! He looks awesome. Highly recommend!!!

I dropped off my 2 girls yesterday. When I picked them up, they were beautiful! Ive been to 3 groomers in the past year and havent been happy with the way that they looked or smelled. The girls at Paws and Claws were very friendly, professional and they did a great job despite one of my dogs being a difficult groom. One of my dogs even tried to go back in the building! They must have a great time! They will definitely be back!

Amanda and Erika are fabulous with our golden doodle. Very professional and kind. When Nala was sprayed by a skunk (2 weeks in a row!) they were able to get her in quickly for deskunking baths. 10/10 definitely recommend!

THE BEST! I was able to walk in and have my cat get her ears cleaned and nails trimmed in less than 5 minutes. My cat was really comfortable and calm during the process, too.
