Yet again another fantastic Panera. I really cannot imagine how the world would be like without this café. I really enjoy every single thing about this place. The drinks are very tasty, the food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. I have the drink subscription and I believe they deserve every penny and I go there almost every day. I really don’t know how they can maintain such high quality in every store that I visited first whatever they do is right and they should keep doing it. Plenty of sitting a space with charging outlets where are you can do your work while enjoying a good meal and a good drink

Parking is an absolute nightmare, horribly small and overfull parking lot. Spaces are too small to park safely and people make their own spots and block the very narrow pathways in and out.I always ask for extra dressing and usually have to return to the counter to ask again.The order kiosks always try and get you to buy more desserts and it slows down the order process. I know exactly what I want to order, don’t recommend more things to me. Waste of time. It happens for everything you add to your cart.They stopped keeping the cups at the order counter so now you have to go asking for your cup and they get all suspicious of you. If you’re worried people are taking large cups and only paying for a small, maybe just get over it. My lunch is more than $20 and you charge $4 for a small soda.The bathrooms have code locks on them now, few things are quite as disappointing as having to ask permission to use the restroom.Used to come several days a week on my lunch break at work, probably won’t be returning.

Coffee was cold and staff said they would put out fresh coffee in 5 minutes. No cream as well. My wife finished eating and still no coffee. She asked for money back on coffee. Manager said couldn’t do that just ask for free coffee next time come in. Told him that is ridiculous answer. Offered a stale pastry instead. The are always out of something at this store.Very unorganized and poorly managed.

if If I could write zero review then I would put a zero star I just contacted them ask them for a refund because they gave me salad that was old rancid black and wet basically saying I’m lying making me come in the next day just to bring it in for proof instead of just giving me my refund like I wanna waste my time bringing in a mistake that they did fresh don’t seem fresh to me and i will be there 6:29 on the dot that i gotta drag my 2 year old with so i can show them proof for a refund

I got the Spicy Take chicken sandwich. It wasn't spicy and it was rather small for being about $10. It tasted good though. I also wish they had regular green tea instead of one honey ginseng green tea and like 4 black teas.Features: No mask mandate, no sanitizer around. Staff were masked.

Friendly service, plentiful seating. Parking can be tight during peak hours.Wifi connection is worst among all Paneras I've been to. I understand it's because the underground cable needs to be upgraded and landlord & tenant can't agree on doing it. Unacceptable.

My wife and I had dinner around 8:45 pm on Sep 26 and ordered chicken noodle soup and an napa almond chicken sandwich. Soup was lukewarm and half the bowl. It tasted salty and awful. Sandwich was not that bad. Prices are TOO expensive for what we ordered. And this is not the first time we have been dissatisfied!. We are not going back...

I ordered the steak & white cheddar 😋 very good sandwich definitely pricy so I expect the 👌 best each an every time.......Okay I ordered twice the steak an got the regular amount not 1 extra slice not 2 extra slices double the steak is regular times 2...That should be at least 8 slice aka I should be getting stuffed full not hungry after eating this double size sandwich...On the order screen it states an shows x2 steakI only got maybe 2 extra pieces of steak...I definitely feel that I was sold a lie..Other then this I've always had a great experience here

Absolute WORST experience I've ever had with Panera. Ordered food for a coworker and myself, and got a screen stating the food was on the way. An hour goes by, no email, no text, no update on the website tracker.OF COURSE, I check my bank account and they had NO problem taking my money, but when I called to get an answer, I got the same useless help as any other bad restaurant worker would provide. An associate by the name of Kayla answered, and wanted to give me attitude, when I'm seeking an answer or help in getting my order or refund.Will be cancelling the order, get my refund, and will speak to the district manager.

We usually get take-out or delivery, however the last 4 times we've gotten delivery, they forgot to add the protein to our salads, so they were essentially just a bowl of lettuce. We'll no longer order from Panera since we've continued to pay for ingredients that they omit. With prices continually going up while you get less and less, the value and quality just isn't there. I guess it's a good way for them to make extra money, but at the expense of losing a repeat customer.

While delicious, I found that my $14steak & cheese and $8 cheddar soup bowl was skimpy. The big sandwich had less beef in it than the small Arby's biscuit size. The broccoli and cheddar soup came in a large bowl but was only half full and appeared to be little more than in my wife's smaller half bowl of soupI have eaten at Panera's many times but will be eating not often in the future.

Usually clean and quick service and friendly staff. Nice place to get some work done with busy atmosphere. Food is definitely a bit expensive for quality. I’d recommend getting pastries and soups which are yummy and not too overpriced.

Pleasant staff, great customer focus. The managers and supervisors run a well-oiled machine. You won't have to wait long and your food and drink are all yours. We have ordered from the Worcester Panera several times for our office staff. Five out six times, the the Panera Staff has forgotten to send an item or has gotten the order incorrect. The only reason we continue to order from Panera is because the quality of the food is superb and our order can be delivered to the office.The last time we ordered from Panera, Doordash delivered the food. Panera once again sent Chicken Noodle Soup instead of Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup. I called the the Worcester Panera Store from which we ordered and asked for a refund for the item they did not send. The store manager proceeded to say that Panera could not refund me and that I had to call Doordash. I called Doordash Customer Service and after 30 minutes with a representative I was then patched over to Panera Customer Service. After another 20 minutes, the Panera Customer Service Representative was able to refund me and explain to me that the Panera Store in which I ordered from should have been able to issue me a refund over the phone. What should been a 10 minute resolution with one person, ended up being an hour resolution after speaking to 3 people. What has happened to customer service?If you want to order from a restaurant where you know you will get the same quality every time, then Panera is a good choice. If you want quality food and great customer service every time , do not go to the Worcester, Massachusetts Restaurant on Gold Star Blvd!!!

Terrible customer service and poorly executed sandwiches. In general, I like Panera, but this location is an embarrassment.I waited 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. There were almost no eggs or meat (1/4 strip of bacon!), the bread was burned, and sandwiches were cold. For $14, I expect better.It seemed they had plenty of employees, but there appeared to be no training, direction, or management. Never again.

Panera no longer has their panini machine and no longer offers caramelized kale.Placed an order in person for myself and a friend. Had to reiterate it 4 times. It was for 2 half sandwiches, chips, and Caesar salad.When I picked up my order, I did a quick check. It was missing one half sandwich. The server told me I'd have to go back in line to place the 2nd half sandwich since cost wasn't included in the first order.Having limited time, I simply left with the food to meet my friend at the park.My friend enjoyed her turkey BLT with chips.My Caesar salad contained pieces of old, brown lettuce and some parmesan with a minute amount of dressing. That was the total salad. No croutons.Overall a disappointing experience. Not worth the expense or time unless you have no other option.No plans to return.

This establishment is an embarrassment. The employees are not friendly. They don't handle it well when they make the food wrong. When asked to make it a second time they make sure the second try is cold as ice. The service sucks the food was disgusting cold soup and no avocado on the remake sandwich. Appalled and disgusted. Don't go to this location!
