I walked up to an employee with a question, not knowing she was the Regional Human Services Manager. What an awesome lady. She went way out of her way helping me get a small turkey, then a cooking bag and even gave me instructions on how to cook it. I was so grateful. These are the people that make a difference in this world. She cared. Thank you. ❤

While shopping here always check over your receipt. While driving home I thought to myself " wow inflation is crazy!" then I saw this. Cashier got a little carried away with her typing when ringing in my 1 scallion! When I returned to the store I asked for $50 for my inconvenience but they would only give a $10 gift card.

Went specifically looking for the fish and chips dinner I have heard so much about and I have to say I was not disappointed. Portion size perfect for the price. Taste is delicious. Workers are very friendly and very helpful. Will be back but not only for the fish and chips. There is so much more to try and there is even a place for you to sit and enjoy the meal. Shopping is also a pleasure as prices are not to bad especially if you have the store card

I love Market 32, it's always clean and organized. Workers are super friendly and always willing to help anyone out no matter the difficulty in your request. The isles are labeled visibly for cleaner traffic flow. My mom who's 76 still has trouble with that as I'm sure many are still trying to get used to. Theres never a shortage on sterilizing spray, paper towels and hand sanitizer to clean your carts and hands entering and leaving. They've also had plenty of toiletry and food stocked. Thanks for my freezer and FREE Coupons! I kept my receipts and I ended up getting back more then I paid for FREE.

This store is currently my favorite grocery shop for several reasons. First off, it's not usually busy. Next, prices are very competitive. Third, the folks working here are always really friendly and helpful.

I stopped here a few times. It always seems to have things I been looking for since moving to mass from Philadelphia. Locatelli cheese being one of them. Not only do they have it they have a beautiful display. Always seems stocked and workers are friendly

Market 32 is the only place I get my groceries. Stop and Shop is closer to me but I still go here. They have selections of meat, fish, dairy, produce, and much more. It’s always fresh, affordable, the staff is personable and helpful, and they sell meats/protein you can pick out yourself. Definitely worth it for anyone who cooks at home or has kids!

Filthy. Most ghetto price chopper I've ever seen. Went in because I had to use the bathroom and wanted a drink. Left without buying. Wouldnt want to ingest anything from a place that clearly doesnt care about hygiene.

They have a new manager from Gardner who is a real space case. She is rude and bossy. I refuse to shop there as long as she is there. She talks about people and thinks she is better than everyone.I have never had trouble at this store and liked shopping there. Please send her back to Gardner. Better yet send her to stop and shop, she will drive away there customers.

Good prices w the PC Card, good people, produce, variety of foods. Tried their baked goods twice and both times not so good. Open late and love them best in the area anyway. If they improve baked goods I'll buy cakes, cookies from them too- hint hint!! :)

Market 32 and Price Chopper used to be our favorite markets. Lately they no longer carry many of our favorite items. If they stop carrying what you want what's the point and the Bakery is horrible. Most items are over done. They never have enough checkouts open 4 tops. Market Basket has 16 open all the time. Never takes more than 5 minutes to check out! Market Basketsc Bakery is fantastic. Market Basket is the best Market around. They carry our favorite items. They have a amazing selection of prepared foods. Best of all our overall food bill is less.Market Basket kicks A$$!!!

The floral department as of late has been pretty dissapointing. I usually go here for my flowers but lately I've noticed that there's a lack of care and upkeep. Half dead flowers, moldy stems, stamens not taking out of the lily's and staing Yello because of it. The roses are expensive for what you get. They look very dried out and on their way out the door. Over all the store is cheap but I wish the floral dept would step it up a bit more. For the prices of flowers they should be putting in more work

Also seems to be crowded. But some good deals. Unfortunately, I went here yesterday 6-1-23 with my dad to do Bottle & Empty returns . I had multiple issues with trying to get an associate to help me out at Bottle & Empty returns it took multiple times for an Actual human being to actually come both me and I down had to go inside the store and ask and they said they'll be coming about 10 to 15 minutes.Later, they finally came, and he kind of had an attitude. The The machine gym for some reason then I had a problem with customer service, that was my next poor In counter I was waiting patiently in line while the store front "Head Floor Manager " I asked him a question it at At one point look like he was going to help me then ask time proceeding, he goes in the back and I ask are you going to help me he avoids me and it's on his cell phone. taking a personal phone call , meanwhile from there than walks away. I was so furious and upset. How extremely unprofessional to have a 4 manager avoid a customer when? I said I am a customer here, but you can't see that something to that effect. He bluntly ignored that me and just continued talking on his cellphone and said it was a very important call so Unprofessional on many levels. We love shopping here all the time. I mean it's a great store but this needs to be addressed ASAP. That is why this Review is getting too stars. I will change the review if stone is willing to address my situation further this. We do love shopping at the store and other Market 32 & Price Choppers. My family's been shopping with them for many decades.

Nice place but they wouldn’t rent out the Rug Doctor machines to me “until the morning”. Why they add those secret rules without telling customers beforehand will remain a mystery. Now I don’t know if they’ll add another new rule in the morning, so will just go elsewhere…

Market 32 has more diverse & vegan options that I appreciate. By far the most modern grocery store in the area. Front-end, Deli, and late night stock employees are awesome. Great for late night snack trips.

This message is for the wonderful young lady who helped me out tremendously today while shopping at the Market 32 on Pullman St in Worcester. I was there on 7/25 at around 10:25 am. After checking out about half of my items I realized that I was not going to have enough money on my food stamps to pay for all my items. I was about to give all the extra items back to the cashier when the young woman behind me stepped up and said she would be happy to pay for the rest of my items. I didnt know what to say at first. I told her it was probably going to be around 50$ and she said that was absolutely fine. After some hesitation on my part, I said ok. Well, it ended up being a total of$103. She still wanted to pay for it all. I just wanted to say thank you to her and let her know just how much her generosity meant to me and my family. She was an absolute blessing. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Jeannie the register older blondish lady with glasses was so so beyond rude. Avoiding her in the future. She Treats people like they are stupid. They never have fresh bread at 0800, why have a bakery open? So expensive there. Wish market basket was closer.

I came to this market because it was near by and my wife needed some ground pork. I went up to the meat area and a staff member took me right to the Ground Pork. He was very helpful.At the check out area Robert, the cashier, was also very helpful and got me on my way in no time at all.I was home in fifteen minutes and I had even more that I went for! I bought some walnuts as well. Mission accomplished that to Market 32 and the great people who work there.

Update, down voted to one star. Ridiculous that they converted to support self checkout and have limitations on what you can and cannot buy at them. No cash, no wine. Instead, was forced to stand in like for over 10 min for for items because they only have 4 registered open during the after work rush. Each is backed up to the beginning of the aisles. All this for 4 items. Strongly recommend going anywhere else if you are in a hurry.Surprising selection and clean. Customer service leaves a little too be desired.

New up date on my review. I like the store but hate being charged for brown bags. Ever since they stopped the plastic bags , they decided to charge for brown bags too. Not everyone can afford brown bags at 10 cents a bag. I shop big orders. Not happy being charged. Thank you for allowing us date. Hope they change it back to old ways. Plus I used to recycle brown bags. I used to make book covers. But not at that price.

The presentation is fabulous and the layout of the store very good, but the parking is terrible because they never pick up the carriages and you can never leave because they never have enough cashiers and the lines are long. Plan on spending more time in this store than any other grocery store because you'll have a hard time parking and a wait to checkout.

I have a unknown transaction which was $67.34 and they never gave me a refund back, i even called the bank to dispute the transaction but the claim was denied because Market32 send them the proof that I received the product which I HAVE NOT. They even checked the security camera for me to see if it was me or not and they said they will void the transaction but THEY DID NOT. Worst experience ever, donated $67.34 to them LOL

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. Its is well stocked, has friendly staff, and offers good deals. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because lately the lines have been long and the cashiers sometimes don't have someone to bag the groceries.

Great place with flamilure faces. I watched as they fix with renovations and at first it was small isles but now it got a lot better now that stuff is in place. Like the way bottle machine area is... cool looking floors. Nicely rearranged. Top of the chart for rating. Employees are nice...

I'm very impressed with the store! There's a few tweaks to be worked out but I am excited about the varieties of fruits, veggies and everything in general. Staff has been more than accommodating. I'm happy! See you soon!

First time here (since the name change). Very nice on the inside. Only purchased one item so can't comment on the prices. Didn't like seeing the lobster tank. Wish supermarkets would do away with them. Very sad to see.

Ordered a roast for Christmas to pick up on 12/23. Paid for it online. Received email confirmation. When my husband went to pick it up at the designated time, no roast and no knowledge of the order. Apparently when you pay online you pay through instacart, and there appears to be no communication between the store and instacart. It took him over an hour to sort it all out. He finally did get the roast. They should not offer online ordering if they don’t receive the orders!! Generally a good store but I would never order through the app again.
