Prices are great and I love the selection. I recently bought my butcher block countertops and I was blown away by the incredible pricing. Also their peel and stick flooring selection is amazing! I love their products! The only thing I’d point out that I’m not too happy about is that sometimes the workers don’t know much about the products. I feel like if I’m going into a hardware store and I need to ask a question about say, plumbing, there should be someone who knows something about it. I’d also respect them more if they said they didn’t know and could find out for me, instead, many times, I’ve gotten wrong information and ended up going back multiple times for replacement parts. The staff is super nice though so I’m not blaming them. Just hire a couple more experts to help and I think all would be perfect!!!

I came to the store for pick up items which were three pieces to the shower, as well as the doors. The best associate I have ever seen at this store. His name is Tony and he helped undo my seatbelt which was caught and we couldn’t on latch it, he was very determined and finally got it so we could load my car up, he is one hard worker. Thanks again Tony.

Tons of issues with the store. I've had returns rejected because their system isn't able to recognize the item. Essential lumber items are stacked 15 ft high out of reach, and when I've asked for help getting them the associate said yes then walked away and just kept doing what he was doing before without asking anybody to assist me. I stood there for 15 minutes like a dummy waiting and wasn't even acknowledged when I walked back by him. I nearly got hit by a floor truck that was being backed up at high speed without a flagger while I was shopping. Everybody seems stoned and incompetent. Unfortunately, there is not a home improvement store in the city that is run by competent employees.

Went to this store to buy 2 toilets and have them installed. First toilet I picked out when I went to go checkout and schedule the install the associate says those aren’t available, why you ask ? Her response is “we have a lot of items that we say we sell but they are discontinued and we don’t actually sell them”. Ok makes sense right, have stuff out for people to look at, measure and try to buy only to get told nope we don’t actually sell that. Then why is it being displayed on a rack with a price tag to purchase and is listed as in stock on your app ? Yah good luck trying to explain that one Lowe’s. Luckily I picked out 2, so we went with the other one, which was actually $30 cheaper so they lost out on an additional $60 right there but hey if your business model is to make less money your right on par. Scheduled the install for a week later thought I was good to go man was I wrong. Day prior to install I reach out to the store to confirm toilets are there, get the obligatory “yup” which I figured was enough but again my mistake. Installer shows up the the store the next day only to call me and say nope they only got 1 toilet. Called Lowe’s customer service and spoke with Charles, only after being hung up on 3 times, finally got an answer that yah we can give you a replacement for the toilets, ok great. Called back the installer, who already left the store and was coming to my home to install the 1 toilet, that they were supposed to give you 2 toilets. His response “they lyin to you bro”, I said I just spoke with them they have the 2 toilets for you. “Nah man they lyin I ain’t going back there you want this toilet installed or what ?” Said no I want the 2 toilets I paid for to be installed. Called Lowe’s back spoke with Charles again, who was dumbfounded by the whole thing and couldn’t understand what was going on, he said he’d reach out to the installer to come back get the 2 toilets and get out to your house to install them. 40 minutes later Alec, the assistant store manager, calls me and says yes we can give you these 2 toilets which are $30 more but we’ll give them to you for the same price. Whoopty do Alec thank you for your grade A Lowe’s mangerial style of making a customer feel guilty. Not like this is already a bad experience. Installer shows up with the 2 toilets ready to get this done after being run around and making me feel bad like it was all my fault. Guilted by Lowe’s and now guilted by their installer which is from Angi. Toilet 1 goes on, leaking instantly, crack in the toilet. Awesome nice work again Lowe’s. Installer again extremely agitated and making me feel like it’s my fault this is happening to him. Has to pull that toilet off and use the second one I have which in turn will leave the other bathroom useless, which is in the master bedroom and the only one my 9 month pregnant wife can waddle to. Not that they’d ever care about that right, not their problem is their customer service motto at Lowe’s and Angi. Toilet on now and not leaking but again paid for 2 toilets to be installed got 1 and was left high and dry by Lowe’s and Angi to deal with it myself, cause the installer said “hell no I’m not coming back” ,nice. Angi’s response, an all timer, “we can schedule it for 3-5 business days, we can’t force a contractor to come back and finish the work”, thanks Vic, your a real humanitarian who cares over there at Angi. Told them no I’m good you’ve failed every step of the way so far I don’t want you back in my home ever again. Lowe’s only support is a refund for the 1 toilet and install fee for the toilet that was removed and never installed. Now I have to pay for an emergency service plumber to come out and finish the work that was started and not completed so my wife doesn’t have to squat over a hole in the floor. Thanks again Lowe’s and Angi, I’ll be having my attorney send you that bill to get paid, keep an eye out.

Most if the store seems very well organized and well stocked although some of their product seems to be relatively slow to restock when it runs out. I wish they had a better spray paint supply as well.Employees are all very friendly and helpful. I have had zero negative experience with employees and they have all gone out if their way to help and talk with me, especially the ones working self checkout and the paint department.The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 for me is the lack of employees. There are times where it can be difficult to find anyone that isn't stationed at self checkout.

Staff is great, but whoever is allowing solar panel salesmen to harass customers INSIDE the store needs a reality check. Will probably be going to Home Depot moving forward because of this, I just wanna buy materials, not explain myself to an overzealous salesman every time I'm shopping. Hope yall address this, thanks!

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered using Lowe’s for an item to be delivered to the store for me to pick up. The last time after about a month of being late/ lost I had to cancel the order. Now another order late and not arrived on time. Customer service is terrible and they are absolutely useless. Lowe’s in general is terrible. At least this location is.

My parents had a fridge delivered today. Whoever you used for delivery service was horrible. They demanded the shelf in the old fridge even though we couldn't find it and threatened that if we didn't produce it, they'd leave the fridge. My parents purchased a $15 hose they didn't provide and said go pick it up at the store. And we just found a bottle of piss from the drivers in our driveway. They also dented the brand new fridge and said oh well. Thank you for that horrible and disgusting service.

Lowe's seems to be staying on top of what their inventory. I used to go there and bins would be empty or have the wrong stuff in them, or you look to see if they have something at the store online the website says they have 6, but when you get there they haven't stocked "those" for a year. Different branches......

Great hardware store. Great selection of tools. Great sales on going, perfect for Christmas gifts. I find this time of the year (October) the best to buy. If they don’t have what you need, you can always buy it online and ship it to the store.

Very rude and unhelpful employees. I went to go look at a dryer a few weeks ago, and saw one I liked and wanted to purchase it only to find out it was discontinued. The manufacturers price at the time was $596. I came back a couple days later to purchase it, and found the same dryer on clearance, but the price had jumped to $824. I talked to the manager Jen and asked her if she would sell the dryer for the $596 value since it’s the manufacturers price. Jen continued to look at me up and down and laugh at my face and say “I don’t price match.” I was wearing my working clothes at the time and have an accent when I speak English, and felt very judged for asking a simple question. I asked her why she was laughing at me and she quickly changed the subject. She told me she’s never seen the manufacturers price before in a very rude manner.I left the store, embarrassed for asking a question. I went to the Lowes in Leominster and informed one of the employees about my situation at the Worcester Lowes. He told me that Jen was in the wrong, and was supposed to sell the dryer to you under the manufacturers price. I then bought that dryer there in Leominster. I’ve been shopping at the Worcester Lowes for 20 years now, and even took part in constructing the foundation for the building back in 2001. Needless to say, I am never shopping at this Lowes again.

The key making attendant should be fired. It clearly shows and advertises fobs on the machine but the “worker” was rude before I asked and was refused. If your staff lack the social skills and professionalism to properly deal with the general public, take them off the floor. I was here on Friday 10/27/23 at 115 pm and will be speaking to corporate

I like lowes, I dislike how they've got rid of their chasier. Go on a weekend and the self check out is the only thing open with one person attending all of it. You can't do military discount or any of their promotions on the self check outs.

I saw an ad for loveseat , I went to Lowe's, I trust that everything they have is good, to my amazement the loveseat was of great quality , perfect size for my front porch, now there were 3 employees that were sooo helpful , since I have a shoulder injury I asked , let me tell 2 women didn't hesitate to lift up for me, so cordial ... after I paid the cashier called a young man to carry out to my car. Honestly that was a beautiful experience , these people were absolutely amazing.

A well lit and huge location. Arrived before 7 in the morning and they were open. Lots of friendly staff. Lots of evidence of Covid compliance. The layout is very thoughtful and easy to traverse. The pricing lands on the high side of the wallet.

I always was skeptic of the customer service since I could not find an associate who would help me find something. Still wanted to try my luck because this store is very close to my house. Wanted to buy paint for my washroom and was not sure where to start. As I was gazing at the paint isle, some one came up rushing to me and asked if I was all set. On his friendly behavior I asked him a bunch of questions. He schooled me on how to paint and what color to use etc. He took his time and got me all I needed. His name was Eric and was the supervisor of the paint dept. I am very impressed with his attitude, his detail orientation on his job and his extreme depth of knowledge. I wish him success in his career.

Ordered a fridge back in June and it arrived damaged. They then told me I would receive a new one which I never got, so I requested my money back. A month later and I have yet to get my money back. Customer service desk keeps telling me to call a different number and the store won’t even pick up my calls. Best go to Home Depot next time. Laughable customer service.

I looked online for the lumber I needed, saw it was in stock at this store (Rt 70 Worcester) got here and went to the isle. Found the product but it was on a higher shelf. Went to get help. Found someone on their cell phone sitting at a desk. Asked for help. She radioed for someone to help. Waited 5 minutes. Some guys appears and has an attitude like this is the last thing on earth he wants to do. His name is Mike. He asks us what we want. We point to the woods a few shelves up. He lets out this big sigh. Says he can’t find the guy who works the fork lift. We wait. 10 minutes goes by. Then Mike says “I think he’s helping another customer.” We have literally not seen another soul in this store. There is no one else that needs a fork lift driver. We are the only ones anywhere near this isle. We waited (I’m not kidding) 40 effing minutes. Finally I chase Mike down and he says “oh there he is.” And starts walking over to another worker who we have been watching roam the isles doing nothing.

Best to avoid. Ordered a refrigerator on 4/15/22, after being notified three different times that it was being delivered only to be cancelled at the last minute. I missed a day of work on each occasion. Finally got hold of the fridge on 8/17/22. Turns out it was buried in the back room for several months. The only reason it turned up was because a new employee took the initiative to actually look for it. The regulars in the department would look up the order and tell us it was delivered or on the way.Ordered a beer fridge on 6/29/22, to be delivered on 7/14/22. After taking another day off, you guessed it, last minute email, no delivery.I’m through with this outfit.

It's honestly an embarrassment of a store. There is no one EVER working at the paint section, I'm not exaggerating, it's honestly incredible how badly this store is run. Maybe go just to see for yourself because it's wild to witness how awful it is.

Folks here are truly spectacular and helpful. I was so grateful for all the help I received picking up a portable generator, gas cans, and extension cords to deal with a storm-related power outage. From online order pickup, front lead cashier, and the incredible floor person who helped get me items from deep back stock—I felt so cared for. Thanks so much!!

I went in there to buy 3 things.The Sales Associate was very helpful however I don't remember his name; but his pay should be doubled.Checking out was a flaming train wreck at best between no cashiers, and switched between lines, and know one knows what's going on there. This use to be my go to spot for decades but I am now starting to see why Home Depot has the edge over you,
