Fuzzy pants has been excellent for my dog! He was having problems in a different daycare and I needed to switch. He has been thriving since going to fuzzy pants! He hasn't had any problems with other dogs, he is always so excited when we pull up, absolutely exhausted at the end of the day! The staff are wonderful!! And it's very affordable. I highly recommend this doggie daycare!!

JL and his team are second to NONE when it comes to taking exemplary care of your furry family member! I have a rescue (Billy) who is timid and shy and he was welcomed into the Fuzzy Pants family with open arms and now has a crew there (canine and human) that he absolutely adores and looks forward to his socialization time there. Grooming services are also on point and they do an amazing job! Brianna (sp?) and Brittney (sp?) are fantastic- Brianna is literally Billy’s emotional support human! If you’re looking for a place that will embrace your dog for who they are and love them when you can’t, Fuzzy Pants is the spot for you and your dog!

I went to this place last week for the first time and it will be my last and let me tell you why. Staffs are not friendly at all. Screaming at the dogs. I still say let give it a try, big mistake, dog grooming was so so but my dog smell bad like they didn’t give her a bath at all. I have to bathe her at home that is why I’m not taking my dog back there again and they are not cheap to give this kind of service. Very disappointing.

My dog Coco is very anxious and Fuzzy Pants was the only groomer around who could get him cut. They are very good at taking care of him. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much to the staff at Fuzzy Pants!

10/10!! My previous groomer closed down and I tried taking my dog skai to abig franchise only to be left so disappointed. Skai is very nervous and Fuzzy Pants is the only groomer that was able to give her a cutt that was perfect and everything we asked for. Surprisingly we found out that she did so well during her grooming session which left us shocked and happy. I left feeling satisfied and the customer service was 10/10. I will be returning :)

I have been going to Fuzzy Pants for a total of 6-7 years and never have I ever been disappointed until now. This is my second Pomeranian I started taking there I’ve recommended this place to so many friends too. Upon talking to the groomer, Jess, we agreed cutting too much of her hair could ruin her fur so we explicitly stated we didn’t want to “buzz-cut” her down and to only trim an inch off but to cut her bottom short. My boyfriend brought my dog in for me but I was on the phone when he got there to give instructions. Misu (my dog) had thick long hair before her appointment as you can see. FURIOUS is an understatement for how I felt when she was done with her grooming. Not only did she shave her down, doing exactly what we said not to do, it was uneven and awakened all over.I called the shop and spoke to the groomer to ask what happened. Jess at first said she tried to take only an inch off but her fur was so thick it was hard to make even. I asked why she didn’t call to consult me before doing the one thing we asked not to do. Jess stated that my BF said to shave her down, which was untrue since I was on the phone as well. Jess, if my bf only told you to shave it down, then why were you trying to take only an inch off? How did you know to do that if we apparently didn’t say it? The appointment also took nearly THREE HOURS when it’s normally less than 2. My poor puppy was so stressed when she got home, she was vomiting and exhausted for the remainder of the day. Jess was unprofessional and was not apologetic or taking responsibility for what she did. She then cut me off on the phone and passed the phone to the manager who apologized and refunded me. The money wasn’t what we cared about, I didn’t even ask for the refund. It’s the integrity of how the business was conducted.Seriously, just look at that before and after photo. How did you let that happen.

Do not go here. I have a senior Persian cat, he is a very kind cat but is not big on getting his legs or belly touched which is why I get him groomed by professionals. I took a shot at Fuzzy Pants and was beyond disappointed. I told the groomers that he does get upset when being groomed and will swat and attempt to “bite” but his teeth are too worn down to cause any harm, plus he’s missing a fang. The owner looked horrified when I explained this, and I should’ve just left then… but I didn’t. I left my cat there and started running errands. A little under an hour later I get a phone call from Fuzzy Pants. The man on the phone starts complaining about my cat, saying he’s aggressive and there’s no way he can groom him, saying he’s “hissing and spitting” at them (how does a cat spit???) Mind you, I have groomed him in my home, with zero training and I’ve brought him elsewhere and had zero complaints. The man was so aggressive and rude to me and clearly wanted to make me feel ashamed of my cat which made me so upset that I brought backup to pick my cat up. The man was so thrown off that I brought someone with me and was then very pleasant. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Do not bring your pet here, they are mean, they keep the dogs in a big room with no windows and there’s constant barking.

I havent gotten the chance to bring my cats to fuzzy pants for grooming, but after my experiance today I would trust them to take good care of my pets. I dropped my wallet and Jess Mckinly was kind enough to find me on facebook and messaged me to let me know I lost it, and that they had it. I am glad to see that good people still exist!

Best dog daycare in worcester area. JL and his staff do a phenomenal job of getting to know the dogs and making sure they have a fun and safe day. Everyone is kind and down to earth and my dog absolutely loves going there. We would recommend fuzzy pants 10 times over to anyone who needs daycare for their pups. Their hours are also great and you don’t have to sign up before you drop your pup off. 12/10 all day.

We LOVE this daycare!!Staff is so sweet and friendly always communicating and letting you know how your pet is doing. I’ve only been bringing my dog Nitty here for a short time but it’s been the best daycare she’s been to. She always comes home happy and sleepy.The store is great too, great dog food selection as well as treats and toys!Haven’t had my dog groomed yet but plan to very soon. When she was in daycare they noticed her nails needed to be trimmed and did it the next day, thought it was great they noticed small details.Would recommend this pet shop and daycare to anyone.

I was recently treated in a VERY unpleasant manner when I went to go pick up my dog. My dog was so excited to see me, like he always is! He was jumping and had the biggest smile on my face and I obviously was excited to see him too. I was told to stop being excited, which I thought was a joke, but was stared with a dead straight face and was told again to stop being excited. I would accept an explanation for our excitement, but he was just let my dog out of the doggy area and walked away. Absolutely rude! This made me wonder how my dog was treated when I wasn’t there by him or how any of the dogs in that day care are treated without their owners presence. I was so upset and want the benefit of the doubt that it was a bad day, but I am no longer going to service this daycare. I was recommended to this place by a co-worker, but after my unpleasant encounter I dug deeper into online reviews and came across unpleasant reviews. Like any parent they would want the best place for their child. I would highly recommend doing homework before selecting this daycare or any daycare. Customer service means everything to owners even if their child is a dog.

I contacted Fuzzy Pants Pet Shop to find out if they offered a dog sitting service. I needed to have my home cleaned and I did not want to leave my dog outside all day. From the time of first contact, to leaving my dog, the staff at Fuzzy Pants Pet Shop have been absolutely amazing!! SO incredibly helpful, super friendly and really helped put one's mind at ease about leaving your furry family member in a new place. My dog has strong separation anxiety, but did really well with a grooming and interacting with the other dogs. This was GREAT news and it now gives me a place to bring her once a month so I can get my home cleaned and it's a win for my dog because she gets interaction time with other dogs and is not home by herself! Definitely give them a call, you will not be disappointed!!

Honest, caring and direct. I've been going here for about three years now, my brother referred me. He's been doing business with this daycare for 6 years. Dogs get full activity and playtime all day for NO extra charge. We drive 16 miles one way. Awesome place

I loved how they let me be there for the first half of the initial assessment, no other daycare has ever done that! Since the beginning, all of the staff have been incredibly kind and work really hard to take care of the pups. The staff have worked there for years and truly care about the well-being of the doggos. But I'm really writing this review because of Brianna. I absolutely adore her and so does my dog, Dalí! It's because Brianna treats and loves Dalí like her own and Brianna is more than compassionate. Dalí and I would go back just to visit her! I would highly recommend this sweet place :)

I have brought my pup here multiple times now and each time the owner remembers my dogs name. The man is extremely respecting and has a great sense of humor.I wish there hours were longer and offered boarding. Also, good selection of pet supply and exotic treats!

By far the best pet shop/groomer/dog daycare in central MA! JL and the rest of the employees go above and beyond for our dog. Daycare is a great value too, and dogs aren’t kenneled at any point during the day (unlike many other dog daycares.) Cannot recommend Fuzzy Pants enough to anyone looking for a dog daycare, groomer, or pet store in general.
