First time in this particular store. Female employee follows my husband around then tells him "she knows him as hes in all the time". Tell her the truth that we have never been there before. Accuses him of stealing so empty his pockets which has nothing. Still threatened to call police. Never going to this location again!

This is the most horrible family Dollar in all Worcester, service is bad this lady in the cashier mad rude, very disrespectful and very unprofessional always arguing with employees and customer if I found her name I'll report her right away, I mean you don't have to like your job but how they are going to have customers with people like this you should like customers and your job first of all and not only that respect people and old people either you like them or not just be thankful that you have a job,and treat your customers right and with respect. Show some love even if you don't know them :-) God bless

The place it self is good with deals. But the employees there suck so bad. They have 2 registers with one open I stood in line 20mins and there was 7 employees working, 1 at register and 5 standing around looking at u waiting to cash out and watch 1 employee behind the counter blowing up balloons. The service sucks so bad. Its 2bad cause I used 2 shop the 4or 5 times a week spending a minimum of 20bucks everytime

Customer service it’s thumbs down, most of them aren’t friendly. It’s like walking to a correctional facility. Positive side of this store: we can find everything we need here. Quick and easy checkout.

Wow they have a lot of things. Some prices were incorrectly marked. There was a fair amount of customers. The cashiers wete very polite. The lines were. Movinh pretty fast

HORRIBLE!! Do not go here, I repeat DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Went to buy a new phone, they only had one person on register so went to find another employee to help an they harassed an insinuated was going to steal even with wallet an money out!!! Horrible people who don't want to do the jobs they're being paid for!! Such inappropriate behavior by both employees

Great food!:), great people:) the restaurant is in the heart of Maine st which can sometimes be difficult. But instead of being spiteful these people embrace the struggle, giving out their left overs that would otherwise be thrown out.

There's only two managers at this storethat are great they're Stephen and John.The other manager Josah is ok.And the store manager Todd is the worst he talks about anyone of his employees that call out he tells everyone. I'm a customer and I hear it. Then he starts problems and says people say things they didn't. He also complains about his sicknesses. Everytime I go in that store theres drama. The only two people I enjoy seeing when I go are John and Stephen. They're the only ones that do their job great and make the customer pleased to shop. I believe John should be the store manager he always does his job and more he's a great manager he's a very hard work and is very pleasent. If not John then Stephen they're the only two that make my shopping experience great.

This place is in a rough area, but you know what you're getting into when you go to a Family Dollar. You don't often see this business next to a Whole Foods too often. As soon as you enter an alarm plays a message welcoming you/alerting you to the fact that you are at FD and this FD is equipped with equipment for your safety. Really meaning if you want to steal something, don't even think about it. I think it may be the rash of druggies roaming around. And this message plays every single time a customer crosses the threshold, the FD on May St. doesn't have this. Come to think about it none of the other FD's I've ever been to have this.Nonetheless, I was in need of cheese, like the blocks of Cabot cheese they sell at reputable establishments and I needed a pack of cigarettes, theirs are way too expensive. I thought you were the Family DOLLAR, Emphasis on the Dollar. Back to my point I went looking through the grocery items and found no luck in the way of Cabot cheese. Although, they did have Shredded Velveeta Cheese, which I will contend is not cheese. After I procured my lung killers and Velveeta I proceeded home and made myself some pasta, I like to make a large batch of pasta sauce then microwave whatever amount I may be in the mood for with a liberal helping of cheese mixed into the sauce. I was delighted to have my sauce hot and pasta mixed and skipped off to my bedroom to privately and greedily consume my pasta/cheese treat to myself. After a bite I was in a nauseated state and mustered through a couple more before calling it quits and crawling into bed in defeat from the Velveeta. 1/10 will never eat Velveeta again. And this location, just don't make eye contact with the hobos, hookers, or drug users (these demographics are not mutually exclusive, mind you) and you should be fine.

Most of the staff is rude, not all. Any staff that is friendly do not seem to last very long. Good prices & Smart Coupons are great. Store is clean, considering how busy it is.

Everything was a mess. Things that should have been put in a big bag where not. Associates where just standing up front talking. Also the kid who cashed me out had no problem swearing and when someone said something he said " we're all adults".

Convenient place to get simple necessities however, employees are more interested in gossiping/chatting among themselves rather than focusing on being professional and ringing out the customers in a timely fashion.

RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER SHES CONSTANTLY COMPLAINING OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS AND HER COWORKERS SHES USUALLY THERE AFTERNOON SHIFTS , PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR AT THAT !!!! RUDE TO YOUNG CHILDREN AND TEENS AND CALLS THEM NAMES !!!! DISSAPOINTED AS THIS STORE IS A GO TO FOR ME AND MY FAMILY AND I SEE THIS BEHAVIOR FROM HER NOT ONLY TO MY FAMILY ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS BUT I SEENED THIS BEHAVIOR OF HER TOWARS OTHER CUSTOMERS AND COWORKERS !!!!

If I could rate below zero I would. This is the worst family dollar in all of Worcester. The woman working the cash register is always horribly rude and poor customer service (if any). I dont know her name but I do know I won't step foot into this store again for any reason.

A new store in Main Street Worcester, Massachusetts. With everything a consumer need a low prices.. they have some furniture in this store, but I wouldn't call it a furniture store, cause it's a store with everything you need for your family, home, office and car.
