Out of every Family Dollar I have been in, this one has the neatest, most organized clothes department. I shook the hand of the girl who is in charge of the clothing department, Eisa, she is very pleasant. Also Jaime, and everyone else at this location, have never disappointed me in the way of customer service.

Everything has been rearranged in the store! They have improved significantly. The new employees are welcoming and helpful. Everything is really easy to find in the new store because of the excellent arrangement. Overall, the difference is spectacular, and the family dollar retail chain should be proud to have this store operational as it is right now.

Not a bad place for household products and cheap toys. Family dollar stores are a bit messy and the employees are mostly friendly but don't really know the products the store sells. Also, this location happens to be in a bad neighborhood. You will often be hit up for change/money from a number of local characters, and the parking lot is small and shared with other businesses. Overall, if your close by and need a stick of name brand deodorant and some windex or a gallon of milk etc, prices are low and Family Dollar will suffice. Just make sure you lock your car doors and keep any loose change out of sight. Trust me, folks around here even listen to hear it jingle in your pockets.Other upsides of this location:Gas, grocery, pharmacy, Dunkin donuts, restaurants & fast food are all close by. All within a mile.They actually stock a wide range of products, name brands as well as their own discounted brands.

I have visited many Family Dollars Store but this one has been the most cleanest and organized store I have ever witnessed. I am very impressed. The staff is very friendly and polite. The manager Mrs. Brenda, along her crew have done great keeping it this clean. Keep the greatness going. Thank you for the hard work.

The store is all reorganized! They have really stepped up their game. The new staff is friendly and helpful. The new store layout is fantastic and it's very simple to find anything i need. Overall it's a amazing change and the family dollar chain should be proud to have this store up and running the way it is now.

Smelled bad, not enough parking. Its pretty obvious that non-customers are clogging up their small parking lot. A beggar approached my car while I was in the parking lot, so not the best neighborhood.It's the post Christmas reset, but the store was still very messy and understocked, even allowing for that.Staff is polite and helpful and everybody I saw was working hard, and my checkout was fast. The item I got was defective and I had to exchange it, but the exchange process was quick and painless. I may or may not return, as this location is clearly below average for a Family Dollar.

This place need a change in management. It always stinks. And not like regular stink. Like the rat queen that gives birth too all the rats in the city lives there. Like im surprised they still sell candy and chips with that type of rat infestation. I met one of the higher ups of the company and let me tell you there is nothing worse than if the man in charge does not see anything wrong with the store. A lady was on register, line full of customers and he asks her if the new guy knows how to ring up instead of being a true leader and helping out, he commands the new guy to get on drawer. How much worse can this get?!!!

Came in to get hangers and I can honestly tell you that I've never seen a dirtier store in my life. It's as if there isn't a cleaning crew. Floor was filthy and the inventory on the shelf was unorganized.

I didn't find the store dirty at all, As a matter of fact, the manager was rushing around disinfecting while I was there and no face mask , No entry. Pretty good bargains also

I hate this place. Always dirty, can never find anything I'm looking for. Very unorganized. People who work there are extremely rude.! And always people outside asking for money!

I went to family dollar to get laundry detergent and paper towels got to the register to pay the computer started to act up but finally i payed which I had to go to different line act up too however being patient comes along way!

The store is closest to me, but it's always so messy inside and out. Inventory almost always in the isles. Stock always low on certain items which cause empty shelf space..
