Addressing customers like this is extremely unprofessional. If you weren’t stalking me around the store I wouldn’t have had an issue. I’m not the first person to have been stalked around your store either. I literally have proof of my horrible sunburn because I HAD SUN POISONING. I work hard too and that specific day, worked an 11 hour shift with sun poisoning.

Just had to leave this store bc just coming in to shop my wife and I were followed around and stared at like we were up to something making it extremely u comfortable. Some Spanish girl with some loud annoying voice yelling for Christian the dude following us. So disrespectful. Get rid of them

I’m the manager of Family Dollar on Goldstar. I just want to state for the record to the person who said she had a sunburn. I didn’t see one and if your not stealing which I’m suppose to look out for why would you care if I was following you? And Marie Torres if your boyfriend was fallowing store policies he would still have a job. I have some really good people who work with me and we have worked really hard to clean our store for people to shop in and we’re trying our hardest to keep it that why and for the negative comments we get twice as many complements.

I’m rating this family dollar 1 star, if I could give zero I would. It’s July 14th 2:44pm and the old women with white hair and glasses that works here is disrespectful, thoughtless and inconsiderate. I was holding my stomach due to the fact that I have a major sunburn, you can clearly tell I’m sunburnt everywhere. This women had the audacity to say out loud, I think she’s stealing and then proceed to follow me around the store. I just worked an 11 hour shift…. After working my 11 hour shift, I would definitely not be stealing from a FAMILY DOLLAR.

I stop in here about once a week. In my experience the employees are all very accommodating and friendly. The store is small and has a ton of products so its cramped but orderly. It's obvious the employees try very hard given the limited space.

I have rarely taken time to post negative reviews, but the employees working at this store were incredibly unprofessional, loudly complaining about the owners of Family Dollar for not giving overtime, going on an antisemitic screed. It was shocking.

Unprofessional and loud. I could tell you details about people's personal lives because all they do is talk about their personal life in front of customers. Unfortunately I have to use this location because it's close to my work. But I have overheard phone calls, private phone calls, conversations between staff that shouldn't be discussed in front of customers. The store itself as a mess and overall my last choice but out of convenience I HAVE to go there.

Incredibly rude management that tells their customers that they're "a waste of time" for trying to carry out a simple return. When you're the ones who kept my receipt, it's YOUR fault for the receipt not being in my possession.Store is constantly filthy with disorganized shelves and loose merchandise in the wrong places. Avoid this store at all costs. Not worth the hassle.

Awful and uncomfortable. Unprofessional staff. Nasty floors and even worse organization. I was in the store for a total of 30 seconds before a manager of the store rushed me and asked me if I needed "help". He assumed cause I'm a young male that I entered the store to steal. Now I never super anything in my life so this was very insulting. I would go to any family Dollar in the city instead of this one. Stay far far away.

One rude staff member, most people are nice but the bald manager guy is not. He harrasses people about buying chocolate for donations even after you've bought one. Terrible person.
